"Zombies?" Icarius asked, having never heard of any such thing. The term had been lost though hundreds of years, and it was quite remarkable that the language had stayed relatively the same throughout that time. "Is that what you call those hostiles? Are they not human?"
He of course asked this without either of the people in his company knowing that he had basically slaughtered these hostiles expecting that they were some species of human or at the very least, sub-human. "I never really paid attention in my history classes, so whatever happened here has either been called something else in my timeline, or apparently never happened at all. Though an alternate universe is something I will not dare explore as of yet," he replied with a small sigh. It would get much too confusing if he and Prometheus had been warped to a different dimension. If they had, it was very likely that they would never get back to their own dimension. He relied on the timeline theory for hope at the moment.
"And as for Aliens... well I am a native of Earth technically speaking, so Alien isn't a word I would really use... unless you've met those not of Earth so far," he continued.

Der Mond ist aufgegangen. Die goldenen Sternlein prangen. Der Himmel hell und klar. Der Wald ist dunkel und still. Und aus den Wiesen steigt. Der weiße Nebel wunderbar. Adelaide frowned, realizing how much sense Mara's explanation made. My father always said be weary of what is not explainable. Then again he killed himself when this happened. She said, staring at the hospital deep in thought. She then turned to Bruno and smiled. Glad to know my theory was correct. But what is this talk of dimensions?
The moon has risen. The golden stars shine. The sky bright and clear. The forest is dark and silent. And is rising from the meadows. The white mist wonderful.

Coraline looks at Icarius, "I apologize for saying the word "Alien". But I really dont know what to call you." "As for the word "Zombie" it's a deceased human being who has partially returned to life due to undeterminable causes. The brain retains base facilities, namely gross motor function. In its near-mindless state, it grasps no remains of emotion, personality, or sensation of pain. In rare cases, some of the reanimated have reflexively preformed routine activities from their past lives."

Jasmine Langdon Jasmine breathes in slowly and softly. Okay, go time. No backing out now. A straight shot to the loading dock and into the hospital, no biggie, right? Oh, except for the zombies in the way! She wished she knew what was in the parking lot, bringing the zombies into their trance for.. Whatever they ate. Did they even eat other things rather than humans? No, no time to let the mind wonder off. She closes her eyes, concentration was the key. There had to be atleast 30 zombies standing in the way.. What quiet way was there to kill a zombie with telekinesis? All of a sudden, big shards of glass began to levitate in the air. Jasmine opened her eyes, focusing on a few zombies. Her hands tighten into fists as the glass shards fly, impaling the zombies in the head and neck area. They stagger before falling over, finally dead. She smiles, 3 down, about 27 to go. She quickly scans the side of the hospital, incase someone was looking out, so then she can know she's doing this to get in to survivors. But needless to say, she needed those supplies, survivors or not.

Xavier was stunned to hear Coraline's explanation of the infected. She knew much more than he had thought. "You forgot to mention how they're hunger-driven." He said to Coraline, then turned to Icarius. "It appears their only motive is to feed. On the living. And for some reason, only humans. I haven't seen them attack animals, as of yet."
Xavier left the two to converse, as he picked up binoculars and peered through them, once again, to the two figures by the treehouse. He turned back to Coraline and Icarius. "Would you happen to have... erm, something to send a message?" He asked. This man clearly knew so much more than them, and he didn't want to sound uneducated. But that was going to be difficult if this man was from hundreds of years in the future.
"There seem to be survivors over there in the distance. We sent them a message but we're not sure if they saw it. We need to send them a more detailed message; directions to here. Do you have any ideas?" Xavier asked Icarius.

As Coraline sits there, she thinks of another way to give out a signal. "Perhaps we could find somthing to burn on the roof. They might see the smoke." as hoped of an option (wish I could have put more but I didnt know what she would be doing besides of thinking how to send a message)

✘✘Evelyn Alice✘✘ Open wide.. Alice gasped after what had happend outside with the zombies. What was this girl? She had seen nothing like this. "She'd be a fine speciman to our research." Dr. Howard added, pushing up his glasses. "Tend to her." She nodded then punched in the security key for the door that led into the lobby. When the steel door was open a few zombies took a run at her and in panic she fell backwards. Jacob fired his silenced pistol at them, all headshots. He shot her a look that told her how useless she was. Evelyn got up, brushed herself off then walked over to the main door and again entered the security code. Hopefully those girls could just make a straight shot for it because these two would not be able to fight back if the undead started to make their way in. ...Its time for your medicine

Icarius blinked slightly as the girl started to rattle off a continuous stream of information. He didn't honestly think she could come up with so many large words in a row. He smirked at the thought, but at least now he knew what he would be dealing with. As they spoke of these zombies Icarius assumed that there were hordes of these things.
"I would suggest not drawing attention to our location since these things are drawn to noise. I'm actually quite surprised that there were none around when I came to investigate. Those people may come at their own leisure, though I suppose writing on the building would help guide intelligent beings," he replied.

Prometheus slowly started to wake up, but before he fully woke up, he was trapped in his memories of what had happened before he passed out. He and Icarius were chasing the last ship as it darted past a strange anomally on the spectrometer. He couldn't tell what it was. Icarius urged him to chase the rebel ship. He could feel the hull straining against the wormhole and before he could pull away from the force, they were sucked in. It felt like forever until they were shot out again. The spectrometer showed no ships, and they started to fly towards Earth, but the signals were interfering, and there was another ship that made them lose power temporarily. He remembered gaining power and using the thrusters. Icarius was shouting, but he couldn't understand what he had been saying. Everything went dark... then he and Icarius were chasing the last ship...
Gasping for breath as he snapped awake, he threw off his helmet, letting his blond hair tumble out and suddenly he felt how sore his muscles were. He looked around and noted that they weren't moving. "...Icarius?" he asked softly, but recieved no answer. "Icarius?" he asked more loudly before he took off his safety belt and looked behind him at the fighter seat. It was empty. Panic started to swell within his chest and he let himself have a moment to freak out before he calmed down and tried to steady his nerves.
So they had landed on what appeared to be earth and right now he was all alone. "Behold what I, a God, from Gods endure! Look down upon my shame, The cruel wrong that racks my frame, The grinding anguish that shall waste my strength, Till time's ten thousand years have measured out their length!" . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . - Prometheus Bound

Xavier slapped his hand to his forehead. "Why didn't I think of that?" He said. "I also agree. Noise wouldn't be that smart at this moment. I didn't even think of that when we lit off those fireworks. But then again, that loud explosion didn't seem to draw too many of them." He stood up.
"Well, we need to find something to write with. Paint, maybe? Something that can make big letters, so survivors far away will be able to read it. But then, how would we even go about writing it on the side of the building? Maybe we could draw it on a huge piece of wood, and set it up as a sign?"
Xavier was just throwing ideas around. He resumed his place by the window, and looked out at the empty street. Bright lights were flashing in the distance, but didn't appear to be of concern at the moment...

Coraline thought, Icarius was right, the zombies were drawn to nosie. The fire she thought of would be a bad idea. They might get attracted by the light. Then she heard him say we should write on the building."Thats a very good idea. But do we have something to write on the building with?" Coraline asks, hoping if Xavier or Icarius had an answer.

Paint? It took him a moment to remember that humans in this time period must use paint. In his timeline, robots did menial tasks like painting numbers of ships and titles on various equipment. "Where is paint kept? And how is it used?" he asked, unsure what form paint actually had. He'd had little to no experience with the actual substance itself, though he did participate in vandalism when he was younger. He used a plasma pen to burn things into buildings, though, so he wasn't quite sure even how one would apply paint.
He was clearly out of his element, but his body language was still confident and almost portraying an 'alpha male' type of vibe. He liked to be in control and know what he was dealing with before things started to happen. He would have to go back to his ship in a while, but since Prometheus seemed out completely, he didn't see the harm in wasting a couple more hours.

Coraline looks at Icarius, surprised that he didnt know how to use paint. "You dont know how to use paint?" she asks in curiosity. As she waits for an answer, she thinks how can he not know what paint is? perhaps being in the future most of the things we used wont be used anymore...

"How is it use-" Xavier began and stopped. He rolled his eyes. "I'm sorry. I keep forgetting you're not from this time.. Okay, paint is a substance in almost liquid form. Very thick. And there's different colors. It's used for pretty much anything. Coloring houses, making pictures on paper or canvas. But in this situation, we just need some to make a sign. I have no clue where we would find some."
Xavier got up, and began to look around the apartment. He hadn't explored much of it since he had been there. The first few weeks he was too scared to even move from his post by the window. But, much to his surprise, he discovered a maintenance closet just outside the room, in the hallway. It was very hard to see in here, but he found a few buckets of paint in the closet.
Xavier brought the buckets back into the room to show Icarius and Coraline. "I couldn't tell what color paint it is in there. Too dark." Xavier held the buckets up to the light. "Okay, there's grey, black and green. I think we should use green. It seems bright, and would be easier for people to spot. Who wants to help me make a sign? I think it's clear we won't be able to paint on the side of the building, so we need to find something big to paint on."

Bartholomew chuckled as they started to bicker again. "Well, Verra, Tora, and Sydelle. Lets eat. Then I'll head out with Tora, but you two are free to come or go. Just, try not to let the zombies in. Or any psychopaths." He said in a serious tone. Going back into the kitchen, he laid the food out on the five plates and sat down, bowing his head quickly in prayer, and finished, waiting for the others.
