    "When I think about it, rules are like people." ███████████████████ ███ ██ █ Sylthfreiyn listened to the Xochiquetzal about her predicament. Although, he almost went off on a tangent, dissecting her name out of sheer amusement. Xochi was her nickname apparently due to the laziness of other people. This he understood since his name had him in a similar situation. Although he was trying to figure out what kind of name Xochiquetzal was and he was trying to spell it in his head.
Because most people would misspell his name to Silthfrain and so Sylth figured that he should NOT pick letters that are often used. He was thinking along the lines of Xjoxyquwetzal, but he figured he probably just butchered the name. "I see. Hello Xochi. " Sylth said, just because he wanted to say her name. Although he wasn't sure if she enjoyed her full name so he just used her nickname.
However, he forgot completely about her name when she mentioned Abel. "Ayu?" Syllthfreiyn knew about Angela, but not about Ayu. Wasn't she that healing girl who was a big pain in the butt and dearly cried out to be strangled and stomped and stabbed to a bloody mess? Now there was this purple girl? Sylthfreiyn was certain now. Abel was a serious child molester. "I see, so your fiance is being unfaithful. Then there is no problem. There will only be hardship if you force him to do anything. If he chooses to be unfaithful, then you may be unfaithful to him in return. That is all. Then the both of you may be happy." Or just not get together at all.
Oh yes, and Sylth will have to find Abel later and make fun of him for being such a *****. After all, Abel seemed to have romantic relations with three students already. If anything, that was just sick, and twisted, and definitely amusing as hell to poke fun at.
"As for the other girls, it would be for your own benefit if you avoided them. Especially the white haired one. It is always the beautiful and attractive women that you must not trust as they are the ones who often hide malicious intent. I am not saying she is a snake, but you must be careful around the white-haired girl and not believe a word she says. If you feel it is jealousy, it probably is so." And Sylth just didn't want Angela spreading the word about the alliance amongst the students. █ ██ ███ ███████████████████ "They are better off strangled and stomped to a bloody mess."

How strange, how strange.. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Hm.. Interesting perspective. Xochiquetzal hadn't thought of being unfaithful to Abel, however.. It did solve the issue with her baby's father. If the Goddess had sent her an unfaithful husband, then perhaps she was insisting that Xochiquetzal be with both men. It was worth a try and this Sylth seemed a very intelligent and wise man. She idly explained Ayu as the question was brought up, pondering further the benefits of carrying out the other's advice. “Yes, Ayu.. Her boyfriend.. has recently left her, so I believe.. it is possible..” She drifted off there and hummed thoughtfully before standing up. “I will follow your advice before taking drastic measures, Sylth.” The voodoo doll will have to wait, she supposed. She did a halfhearted curtsy before turning and walking out the room. She would have to return later when her guides weren't present; Sylth was certainly a good adviser.

  Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ It was summer break so it was the perfect time to be snooping around. Misaki didn't know where to start first but she was certain that there was no one in the school. So she snuck her way into the school and decided to go start with that suspicious counselor. Misaki snuck into his office that she had once entered with Suzume. It was quiet and eerie. Then again, the whole school was quiet and eerie. Carrying around the gift that Angela gave her just in case there were little minion demons in the office, Misaki crept in and circled around to his desk.
Now... to reveal this monster for his evil deeds! She opened the drawers and found hardly anything in the first drawer. Just a few papers, some student files. Things a counselor should have. Misaki bit her lip. There must be something! She shoved aside the chair so she could dig deeper into his desk. Some of the drawers were empty. There was one full of foul smelling stuff. She had no idea what it was but Misaki gagged and recoiled from it and slid to a corner. Just... gross.
She pinched her nose and and peeked into the drawer and found a few dead rats piled in there. Misaki grimaced and slammed it shut, but the foul stench remained in the air. He was definitely a weirdo, but she was at least a step closer to finding out his true nature. Misaki attempted to open the last drawer and found that it was locked. She pulled at it for a while and almost raged and tried to open it by force, but the counselor would definitely notice that kind of destruction. She released it and sighed. Damn. All his evil secrets were definitely hidden in that drawer. If only she knew how to pick locks.
She went to the computer and turned it on. She would just have to Google how to pick locks. It was just a normal teacher desk. There should be something. She got up and sat down in his chair which was surprisingly comfortable and went to researching... ______________________________

  "When I think about it, rules are like people." ███████████████████ ███ ██ █ Sylthfreiyn was hungry and he didn't want to go out just to buy a bag of cherries so he had to go to the closest place that had food stored and that was his office where he stored his poisons. They were difficult to get his hands on because the security of this place liked to keep an eye on those that bought such things, but Sylthfreiyn did not intend on wasting food on creatures that could not appreciated it.
He entered his office and was surprised to find a girl sitting in his chair on the computer that Sylthfrieyn only used to play spider solitaire. He closed the door behind him and moved to Misaki. It had been awhile since he had seen her. She was a very nervous girl if he recalled correctly. "Ah, Misaki. Have you been hired to take my place? I hope you don't mind me walking in without an appointment." Sylthfreiyn said to her with an amused smile as he went over to the desk.

Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ Misaki was here again. Last time she was caught, she was so scared, she ran out. However, she knew she had to pay for her bad sneaking skills so she returned to the counselor's office. She didn't want to, but she knew she had to. After all, she's probably going to be a prefect again and she had to own up to her mistakes. Misaki cautiously entered the creepy counselor's office.
"Umm... counselor? Are you here? I'm here to a... a.... a..." Misaki swallowed. She didn't want to apologize to a demon! She didn't even feel sorry at all for what she did! She'll just go ahead and accuse him of the dead rats! "I'm here to ask you about something! Those dead rats! And the locked desk! You're not as nice as you let off, are you!" There she said it. Misaki stood in the office stiffly, ready to run out of the classroom if he exerted more power than she could ever imagine because she was not sure she could fight him off with the gift Angela gave her.

"When I think about it, rules are like people." ███████████████████ ███ ██ █ Sylthfreiyn was actually in his office for once since he had a feeling she would return. This time she came to face him directly instead of run away. He gave her an amused smile when she accused him of not being so nice. He had to wonder where her dislike for him stemmed from. "Excuse me. The rats were the sake of my hygiene. Back where I lived, the air was not so clean so my body is still adapting to this clean air." Sytlhfreiyn said to Misaki. "If you want to look inside the locked drawer, then come by me then. I will show you. But whatever you do, you mustn't touch."
Sylthfreiyn smiled at her and he slid back on his chair and got out his key to open the unlocked drawer. He waited to see Misaki's response. So far she has been very entertaining. He hoped what she did next didn't disappoint him. Sylthfreiyn will have to figure out a way to keep her coming back. It would be a shame if prey got away. █ ██ ███ ███████████████████ "They are better off strangled and stomped to a bloody mess."

Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ Misaki narrowed her eyes. She hated to admit it but she could kind of sympathize. If the fresh air was like rotting smell to him and rotting smell was fresh air to him, then keeping rats in a drawer is reasonable. After all, Misaki would go crazy if she was stuck with stinky smells all day. Still, she didn't want to give in and was certain that he was evil at heart. He's a demon, of course! Misaki walked over to him cautiously. If whatever was in that drawer could kill her, then she'll be sure to keep her distance from it. After all, he said not to touch. Still, his confidence that she won't report him after she's seen what was inside made her a little worried and she had a small voice in her head telling her that she was wasting her time. However, the louder voice told her that this man was pure evil.
"If you can just show what's in there to just about anyone, then why do you keep it locked?" Misaki asked suspiciously. "Listen, I've left a clue to a friend of mine that I came to visit you today, so don't think you could try to keep me silent."
Well, it was really just a note in her room that said she went to the counselor's office and she dated and signed it. However, no one would probably discover it until she was long found missing and dead. Hopefully this man wouldn't be smart enough to check her room. Wait! Hopefully he doesn't kill her first!
She looked down at the drawer and waited for him to open it. Misaki crossed her arms, absolutely tense and ready to run if her life was in danger. ______________________________

"When I think about it, rules are like people." ███████████████████ ███ ██ █ Sylth tried not to widen his smile and kept it constant and polite as Misaki cautiously made her way to him. She looked at him with distrust. Why did she distrust him so much? Could it be that she knew that he was part of a group that wanted to destroy the school? She seemed to have the impression that he would try to kill her. Well, if he wasn't in this world where there were rules against this, then yes, he would take her and torture her for a bit. He opened the drawer where he stored all his poisons. "Our food back in the demon realm is not the same as the ones here. I'm having trouble adapting to this worlds' food source so I need poisons every now and then to keep me healthy. I lock it so that no one will come in and accidentally poison themselves with them." Sylthfreiyn explained to her as he let her examine them long enough so she knew that all there was inside the drawer was just poison.
He closed it and locked the drawer and then glanced at Misaki. "I hope this answers all your questions doubting me? I do hate to be distrusted by the students. I am the counselor after all." Sylthfreiyn said to her pleasantly. "I would never do anything to harm a student." █ ██ ███ ███████████████████ "They are better off strangled and stomped to a bloody mess."

Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ Misaki blushed. Could it be that she had bee all wrong all this time!? Was she wrong!? But this demon made her so nervous! He gave her bad vibes and she knew she didn't like him but why was he so perfect!? Surely there had to be someone out there who could testify that he was evil! Well there was. Angela overheard stuff about the counselor. But so far, there didn't seem to be anything to show his evil side. Sure he had poison and dead rats in his classroom and it sounded bad but it was a cultural thing? Demons are naturally bad, but in Rosentale, Misaki knew that she couldn't report him because of his cultural habits!
Misaki backed away from him when he glanced at her. "...Oh. I guess I jumped to conclusions. I'm... I'm..." She didn't want to apologize to this demon! "...I'm sorry." She muttered as she glanced at the door. "I'll just head out now. I didn't mean to bother you." She needed some time away from this man to think. She'll just have to investigate by asking people who knew him or were close to him. ______________________________

Although he had to do his best no to snicker or smirk at her. He only gave her a well-practiced sympathetic smile. "I'm apologize, Misaki. I wasn't able to hear you from where I am." Sytlhfreiyn said. Well, he heard her just fine, but he wanted to force her to repeat her words anyways. Although he doubted she would and would probably just run away like what she did yesterday.
"Although it's summer vacation, I'm still glad you held true to your promise that you would come back to see me again. Students aren't aware that there is a counselor in this school. Please extend my hello to Suzume if you get to see her." Sylthfreiyn added. After all, he was playing the very kind counselor at the moment. "When students come visit me, it always makes my day." Ah, another lie. It helped pass his day a little faster than just sitting around, but hearing sob stories was a bit brutal. Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ Misaki stiffened. She was definitely not repeating her apology. It took a lot of pride in her to repeat it. She was just about to say a quick goodbye and leave, but he talked about a promise? What promise!? "I never made such a pr--"
But Suzume did. They visited him once. It was very brief and very boring, but Misaki still felt nervous and tense back then too. He really was a lonely person, wasn't he? "If you want people to visit you, then don't just sit around here." Misaki blurted out as she turned around to face Sylth. "Why don't you leave your office and get to know the students? If you do that, then maybe they'll start trusting you." Well, no. Never. No matter how many times he tried to get to know Misaki, she would never trust him. She just said what she wanted and she was off to go investigate the people who knew him. So far, she only had the librarian and Professor Novaire as the people she could ask right now. Maybe Misaki will go talk to Angela about this if she could find her.
Misaki turned around to go leave through the door. ______________________________

However she did have a point and learning about the students seemed like not a bad idea. Although it was supposed to be that one blue boy's job back at the mansion. What was his name again? Suzanne worked together with him in the laboratory. He was the one who had a pet who seemed incompetent about their evil designs. Well, Sylthfrieyn can help the slacker.
He got up from his desk and strode quickly toward Misaki so he could open the door for her. "I see. Then I suppose I shall start now. I shall walk you to where you are heading. Since it is summer vacation, the campus is fairly empty." █ ██ ███ ███████████████████ "They are better off strangled and stomped to a bloody mess."

Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ What!? No! Absolutely not! She couldn't have the subject she was investigating with here while she investigated about him! She did not want him to walk her anywhere or spend any more time with this disgusting demon that was better off being shanked by a holy dagger. Misaki shouldn't have given him advice. She should have left without saying anything.
"N-no! It's okay! I can can go by myself. I mean, I'm just heading to the girl's dorm. I thought I'd go visit some teachers to see if they're hanging around in the school." Misaki said to him. "You don't really have to come with me. I mean, you have your summer to enjoy. Or... or work and stuff in case you counselors have work at all during the summer. You dont' want to spend wasting your time with me and walking me anywhere." Misaki was ranting right now. She was just trying to give him reasons not to go with her but she had to stop herself since it was obviously a 'too much' reaction. ______________________________
