"Uh..." Ark was at a loss; he didn't know what to say. "Why would I hate you?" he said, after a pause. "If something bothers you, I'll try to stop. It's not a big deal; I won't hate you for it."

"Why would I hate you for that? It's a natural reaction," Ark said, hoping he wouldn't offend Nezumi. "I'm used to living alone, or being around people who weren't bothered by that, I'm sorry. I'll be more conscious of what I do in the future."

(( I forgot, does this put us at Wednesday or Thursday. @_@ ))
Ark had fallen asleep on the couch. He had fed his birds when Nezumi went to his room, and then wanted to wait a while and see if he'd come back out to explain himself. Since that never happened, Ark had passed out on the couch; he had been exhausted from the day. Because he hadn't gone to his room, he didn't set his alarm and had nothing to wake him up.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ((wednesday, i think )) Nezumi got up earlier than he normally did, so he jumped in the shower. Once he got out, he braided his hair lossing, and put on a pair of short shorts with a big off the shoulder sweater. On his way to the kitchen, he spotted Ark asleep on the couch. So he went over and softly tapped on Ark's shoulder whispering, "Wake up..." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ark let out a low grown, and turned away from Nezumi's touch. He mumbled something incomprehensible, curling up a bit. He was a heavy sleeper, and often had difficulty waking up right away.
