Black Star shouts at Simon, "What the h*ll!?" he shouts in dismay. Asura heard his little brother that he won't join him, he made a scowl, "Tch! Then, I guess I finish you and your little pests off," he replied to him as he flight in such a height, he slam his both palms together and made Compressed Soul Wavelength Beam appear. Lucy is the first to spoken out, "Wha... What is that?" she ask. Hikari and Tsubaki seems to knew about this, so Hikari alert her friends, "We have to run, this beam will destroy everything!" she warn them, causing Lucy, Black Star, and Yami look alert. Before Tsubaki react, Asura made the two beams fire at Fairy Tails, DMWA, and Yami, this alerts her, "It's coming!" she called out out. Yami quickly grab Hikari and Lucy and dash out of the spot to avoid to get hit. Lucy look at Snake and Loke, "Snake! Loke! Take the Death The Kid out of the this radius!" she order her Spirits, then glare at Yami as she whack his head, "Yami! Why can't you take Midnight and Simon!?" she shouts at him, Yami grew irritated as he look ticked off, Hikari quickly reply, "He can't carry more then two, pregnancy doesn't count. Darkness will help him, but since the sun still up, he will be weaken," she told her about Yami's limit of carrying and his weakness from the sun. Lucy widen her brown orbs, "You mean we have to wait until the sun goes down!" she cried out loud to her. Yami stop in far distance from the beam, and gave Lucy a glare, "You are hurting my ears, sheesh you are heavier than Hikari-chan's weight through her pregnancy," he said to her rather annoying, mention about their weight, Hikari can tell he didn't mean it from her weight because she is pregnant. Lucy grew irritated, "Are you calling me fat!?" she shouts at him, Yami sigh, "You really need to calm down, that Simon is right, your future self would get embarrass to see you like this," he comment about Future Lucy. Hikari gets in between and tries to calm them down with nervous smile, "C-Calm down you two, but we have to deal with Asura."
Meanwhile, Black Star shouts as he grip Tsubaki's Ninjato Mode, "Speed☆Star! he cast himself before he grab Simon and get away from Compassed Soul Wavelength Beam. Once he takes Simon to safe spot, he look at Asura with a glare, "Listen kid, normal weapons won't work against the Kishin, if only Maka and Soul were here, they can finish him off because Maka has Anti-Demon Soul Wavelength. I don't know about Magic Spells and Magical Weapons so called Keyblade will work against him, but only Demon Weapon will strike the Asura," he instruct him about the difference between normal weapon and demon weapon. Tsubaki use the reflect on her Ninjato Form, "Black Star I'm sorry I can't use my host, the high power light will weaken my strength. Shadow☆Star is only best option, if I can to combine with my Ninjato Form," she apologize that she can't use her host, lecture him that high power light such as sunlight will weaken her dark energy. She suggest using Shadow☆Star to stop Asura, Black Star thought of it before he grin, "I like that idea."

By the time Snake save Lucy, Asura look surprise to see a monster appear before him. Relinquished attacked him with Drill Attack, because of Vajra use to be Asura's Dark Weapon that use to be his weapon partner, it blast him away. Asura swallow Vajra back in, "Not the Evil Human. I see like that blonde woman summoning Zodiacs, and white hair angel summoning the afterlife spirits," he states and glaze his red eyes on Simon, "You summon the monsters," he comment before he got hit by Kid's Twin Demon Pistols as he turn his attention to his younger brother, "You got a death wish, little brother," he told him before he charge to attack Kid.
When Lucy is save by Snake and Relinquished, she look at Snake with a smile, "Thank you Snake, you are a good friend," she thank her kindly. She heard Midnight and Loke as she look at them, "I'm alright, anyway Hikari-chan told me and Yami that we have to hit that creep by using our magic. Only Demon Weapon and Magic will stop him," she tells them as she pull out her Fleuve d'étoiles to extend her magic as she glare at Asura.
Yami motion Hikari to hide, which she did to hide in the close alley, he summon his Oblivion and Heart Found Keyblades and dash towards Asura with his hood covering his head. Meanwhile, Black Star and Tsubaki are ready to use Shadow Star, "Soul Resonance!" they merge their Soul Wavelength together along with power of Uncanny Sword and shadow covering Tsubaki's Ninjato Mode. Once the it done forming Ninjato Mode, Black Star held a different for of Ninjato, "Shadow☆Star: Third Form - Severed Shadow," he reveal Tsubaki's Shadow Star Ninjato Form. He increase his speed to charge towards Asura.

"say please" Simon said as inside Asura's head he pulsated enough of his own mind to invade with enough force to equal to a piano dropping on someones head "will you guys just knock this guy out already? i may have 3000 year old magic and a brain that can calculate faster than a supercomputer but even i can't keep this up forever" Simon shouted as he mentally threw another piano at Asura.

meanwhile Snake nodded "yessss my lady, i sssshall make ssssure they will be helped" Snake said as he leap forward and turned into a large boa constrictor hissing at Asura and swatted his tail down towards him

Asura take a hit from Kid's Death Cannon, Black Star jump back away and wipe the black blood off of him. Asura just glare at his little brother, "I won't regret for you attacking me, little brother, I guess I wasn't strong enough to destroy you. You and I will met again," he comment and link the madness to Simon's soul before he vanish in thin air. Tsubaki return back to her human form and watch Asura vanish, "We will get him for sure," she states in anger. Yami join Tsubaki as Hikari regroup with them. Yami growl and link his hand to hers, "At least you two are safe," he said to them. Black Star clinch his fist in anger.
Lucy watch Asura vanish in the thin air, she look at two Celestial Spirit friends, Midnight and Kid, "You guys alright."
