Nick gave his brother a sympathetic look, patting his shoulder. "Maybe she's teaching you a lesson?... I don't know, but she wouldn't do this for nothing, right?..."

"I guess so." He said before getting up, he held a hand out for Nick. "I'll ask her later." Matthew mumbled, he seemed tired from all the running.

"Yeah, but I told you, it's not that bad. I didn't have to run much or anything so there wasn't much stress on it," Nick replied simply with a small shrug.

Matthew chuckled. "You know I'm going to worry until your full healed, right?" He half asked, half said.

Nick chuckled in return and nodded. "Yeah, I know. If it makes you feel any better, we can both take a rest for now, alright?"

Matt carefully wrapped a arm around his shoulders and smiled at Nick. "It would make me feel a lot better." He said. "When my legs stop hurting, we can walk around the base again or you can walk with Clayton."

"Alright~" Nick said brightly. He took half a step, then paused again, glancing over at his brother. "So does this mean I can sleep in the bunks rather than going back to the medical center?

"Sweet..." Nick trotted off, leading the way to their bunks. Once there, he climbed up to his bunk and flopped onto it with a sigh of relief.

Matthew flopped down onto his bunk, he snuggled up to his pillow and smiled faintly. The pain was fading from his legs that still felt like jello.

Nick turned onto his side and fell asleep rather quickly.
((should we let them be for a bit and focus on TK and Rin for now? though idk what they should do either >< ))
