Wanting to try his luck again, Marosa darted in and attempted to hide, this time sneaking what he thought was a little better than before.
Apparantly, that's not what they thought; they found him very soon after, tapping him on the shoulder as he emitted a sigh, shaking his head in determination. He thought for a moment. What would he do -- what could he do that would hide him better...?

...Maybe too one. The Camazotz woke with a bit of a snort, rubbing a bit of drool from the corner of his mouth. The bat god had curled into the ceiling, napping upside-down in his sleep - as was his norm. Perhaps that was a little too hidden.

Somehow Mandy managed to hide inside a light fixture.
She liked to imagine that the Vulpes looked impressed as they extracted her to send off hiding again.
The lack of shuriken gave that thought a tiny bit credibility.

It should be noted that under a table is one of the least creative places a person can hide during a game of hide and seek.
Honestly she wasn't even surprised when she shurikened this time.
She would have done it as well.
