Cassandra tried hard not to glare at the woman. Her opinion of the European was dropping by the second. "Considering this is a Coalition base, where your safety is guarenteed, your guards are rather rude. They should learn some manners." She let her arms drop, forcing herself to calm down. She refused to let her infamous temper get the best of her. "The way your group is assembled, you're pretty much asking the Alliance to attack you. That's where we come in. Over Siberia, it'd take a massive force of Zabats to take down two Storm Sworders. And as for the traveling to Russia, we were just instructed to escort you there. Where you go after that is your business. Though if you pilots have any sense at all, they'd stay in Russia. Because the only other way back to your territory is to fly through Alliance airspace. Two Redlers and two Zabats wouldn't survive." She glanced over as a whistle cut through the Hangar. A tall, slender black man was waving towards her, letting her know the Zoids were prepped. "You could always refuse our help. Then we'd only take you as far as Siberia. our obligation to your safety ends at the Beringia-Siberia border."

((Woo.)) Jarid continued to laugh as Jhala began speaking about pity for the woman. He then looked over and gave a sigh. "Ah, yes. Such wonderful talking skills PAC has..."

Sergeant First Class Jhala "Hunter" Yadav, 1st IAU, Oriental Alliance "Today we march to War, my Brothers! We March with our Swords, Our Guns, and Our Zoids. For Victory! Until Death!" Jhala couldn't help but laugh at Jarid's observation. "I've noticed you Americans tend to be as subtle as a nuclear explosion. But, it is better than gilding the lily."

Lena was forcing back a glare of her own. She was being spoken to like she was a child with stupid parents watching over her. Lena heard the whistle and looked over in the direction of the sound. They must be on a time crunch and had to head out now. So, she had to make her decision quickly. She didn't want to start a battle by refusing the PAC's aid, and she didn't think they'd be setting a trap for her. The PAC wouldn't want to piss off EU and face their Ultrasaurus. But she still didn't understand the Russia thing. "Well, I have never had to return home via Russian airspace before, but if that is what is required and I no longer have time to think it over, then I guess we better go. My father will be expecting me home by this evening, though..." Lena and her guards started walking toward their government plane, the guards whispering something to Lena as they walked.

Hellfire shook her head as she linked up with Spade, the man that had whistled. "I'm surprised she's still alive. Apparently they love flying her through Alliance territory. Poor girl. I hate to say it, but if given the chance, I'd escort her all the way back to Mount Hoverla." She threw her headset on as she strapped in, Red Baron coming to life as the cockpit rose into the Zoid's head. "Any Union Zoid, this is Es-ko One."

Lena grumbled as she sat in her window seat and buckled up. "Like our plane would ever be shot down by anyone... It's a government plane, and no alliance in their right mind would shoot down a government plane, regardless of which country it's from. They'd risk too much backlash." Lena closed her eyes and sat back as the plane started to lift off from the ground, fully planning on getting a nap in.

((The Alliance is already at war with the EU. What more backlash would they get? Lena's the daughter of a council member. All they'd do is get a little ticked, but it wouldn't rally the troops. razz Also: What plane? I thought she was in a modified Redler?)) Hellfire growled as she was met with silence. "I say again, any Union element, this is Esko One."

"Hey, don't knock it. Nukes get results. Ask EU." Jarid smirked, referring to the Ultrasaurus that had tried to cross the Land Bridge. "Subtly is nice, but Blunt straightforwardness usually gets more things done."

((Yea...I'm wondering where you got that info since only one person is tracking the entire history so far. Though I think she told you wrong. ~looks at Cuwen~)) Sergeant First Class Jhala "Hunter" Yadav, 1st IAU, Oriental Alliance "Today we march to War, my Brothers! We March with our Swords, Our Guns, and Our Zoids. For Victory! Until Death!" "As I recall, the Union got that fourth Ultrasaurus all the way to Nebraska. And it was every last nuke the Coalition had left. And then some."

((I got it in the Land Bridge info thing.))
"Yeah, well we still give them the finger by taking it down." Jarid shrugged. "Not much really worth saving in Nebraska. TRUST ME."

{{*looks back at Red* What are you talking about? I didn't tell him anything, and he never said or implied I told him anything. Because you are the only person tracking the history so far, it makes it difficult for the rest of us to know what we can and can't do that won't contradict your rules. So I say again that it would probably be best to post that as soon as possible so we can all see it.
And I still don't think an opposing force would capture another country's government plane. I don't think they'd risk it, just my opinion. Plus, how else would I explain Lena and her crew never having gone through Russia airspace before now and not being captured? Personally, I don't see why they'd have to. Just go straight from PAC to EU, no need to bypass Russia if you go straight east. And I didn't know you wanted her to be in a Zoid. I just figured she'd be in a normal plane...}}
The pilot on the government plane jerked awake as he heard a louder sound in his headpiece. He had been napping while waiting for Lena and her crew to come aboard.
He heard the woman on the other end, looked around for a moment to get his bearings, and then watched as one of Lena's security guards came and joined him in the copilot's seat. He filled him in quickly on what was going on.
The pilot nodded and then responded to the woman who had spoken through his headset. "Roger. Ready for takeoff."

((I can quote you the two emails as well as the post where we discussed her modified Redler that can sat two...And I refer you to the PMs about a government transport. And you got the lingo right. You don;t have to use it after all. XD)) "Roger. This is Esko One. Myself and Esko Two are a pair of Storm Sworders. We'll be escorting you all the way to the Russian border today. Or until we hit Siberia, whatever you prefer. Just let us know." ((i forgot all about that. I just re-read it and it sounds a tad creepy. XD I realized I ******** up, so I changed the post about Beringia and made it nebraska. XD)) Sergeant First Class Jhala "Hunter" Yadav, 1st IAU, Oriental Alliance "Today we march to War, my Brothers! We March with our Swords, Our Guns, and Our Zoids. For Victory! Until Death!" "Well, I'm sure the natives of Nebraska feel differently." He looked back over at Sub-Zero, again taking in the defenses of the Hangar. "So, you seriously never heard of kronos Fortress until now?"

"You have to remember, that until today, I was more focused on putting down as many OA and EU pilots that ever came near me." Jarid grunted. "Russian locations and secret bases weren't exactly high on my list."

The pilot still didn't know why they didn't just fly east toward Austria, but he would do what he was told. "Ready for lift off. Will follow you out."
