Well, that hadn't been too difficult. Malodore decided to keep mining that place - it was called a vein, yes? How silly, appropriating a perfectly good medical term for use in geology.
Happily, another rock candy allowed itself to be pulled free.

Perhaps there was more? Malodore leaned in, its tail swishing behind it. It wasn't going to lick the walls to search for hidden sugar veins - it had too much dignity for that - but perhaps it could see where the precious sugar led.
There was more! Excellent. It pulled another chunk free. This was far better than getting fish thrown at you.

Malodore continued to mine away at that one spot. It had served it well thus far - perhaps there was even more delightful sugar to be liberated from the surrounding rock. How did rock candy form inside actual stone, anyway? It seemed improbable...
Ah! Even more! This time the plague doctor manage to free two chunks of candy. Perhaps it was on the trail of a true sucrose motherload!

Malodore was starting to get a bit tired, though. The plague doctor was unused to heavy labor, even of the mildest sort. Still, it would search one more time, and then mark the spot to return after a break.
Its search revealed two more candies! Pleased, Malodore bundled up the fruits of its labor and headed out of the mine for now. Time for a rest, but not anywhere where it might have fish thrown at it. Again.

Israfel was going to find as much candy as he could. These mines were getting kind of cramp feeling. But as his pick dug in, he didn't find anything.

Swinging high, Israfel hoped to find more candy so he could leave soon. But as his pick kept hitting rock, none came forth. Groaning his arms started to throb.

Another swing down. Rocks fell to the floor. Yet still no candy presented itself. He'd taken a break but he just wanted to find candy to take and leave. Mostly since he was getting super dirty now.

It just was not his spot. Fuming, Israfel picked up his things and started to go down another path. He'd try another spot off the beaten path.

Despite the amazingly putrid smell, Sebastian had actually decided to come back. The whirring machine had actually made him curious- especially since it was spitting out eyeballs. He could do without the cheesy music it played while the machine buzzed, but it was okay. He could deal.
What he could not deal with was the fact that the machine wasn't giving his seed back.
"YOU STUPID MACHINE" he shouted, "GIVE ME MY SEED BACK!" This time when Sebastian had approached the machine, it had made all of the whirring, the clicking, the gnashing, the bashing noises, but there were no eyeballs popping out.
Rip off!

Minnie came with her mini, Soul (again). She brought her bucket filled with currently 15 rock candies. She's really happy that she got Break's badge. Then... She mines.
CLINK!
"What's that?". Minnie crouched down to see it. Its a piece of something... "Soul, go get it boy!''. Soul goes down to the hole, and bites out... A rock candy! "Good boy!". Minnie puts the rock candy in her bucket, pets Soul's head, and Soul hisses. "Lets go get more!" Then Minnie mines again....

She mined for a few minutes, and got nothing. "Just wait Soul, we'll get something boy..." Minnie mines again, with Soul hissing.

"What's that? Soul, go get it." Soul goes down into the hole, and brings out a piece of metal. "Crap. Not really useful." Minnie throws it away. But Soul brings it back. "What's the use of it, Soul?". Then, Soul hisses, and then chew off the metal and spit it out. Seems like 3 rock candies was covered in the metal. "Thanks boy, good jolly i almost threw it away!"
