Well, not sure if this will pass since it's kind of like a lightsaber the way chakra is used to make a completely different weapon out of it. I don't know, figured that I might as well try sweatdrop ? By the way, we can modify our weapons as we rank up, right?  Name of Weapon: Loki (separately, they're Luki and Noki) Who Owns the Weapon: Setsuna Watanuki Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Setsuna created it herself as something useful that she could fiddle with whenever she was alone. It's taken her several years to make and even now she keeps on adding on to it. Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m ~ 20m) Weakness: The yo-yos are made almost completely out of metal so until Setsuna builds up a resistance to electricity, their ability to conduct electricity makes it easy for raiton users to shock her. Likewise, but to a much lesser effect, they also conduct heat so katon users might also have a bit of an advantage until Setsuna builds up resistance to heat. Weapon Description: Loki is a pair of coal-black yo-yos called Luki and Noki when they're referred to separately. Obviously, as weapons, they're made out of a light, durable metal that is much tougher than the plastic that most toy yo-yos are made out of and even the usual normal string is replaced by 20m of metal wires instead. To add to their usefulness as weapons, Luki and Noki also have a pair of slightly curved blades attached to opposite ends of each of them, one blade on each disk. The blades are sharp on the inside of the curve but dull on the outside, allowing Setsuna to control whether or not the yo-yos cut or simply attack bluntly. Luki and Loki can also be used as tops thanks to the conical extensions sprouting from the center of each of the two sides of each yo-yo. Special Properties/Abilites: To sum up the special properties and abilities of this weapon, Loki is able to conduct Setsuna's chakra to either extend its reach or offer precise control. Furthermore, it's ability to conduct heat and electricity could also prove to be a strength once Setsuna has grown skilled enough. Name: Chakram Form Chakra Cost: 5 points Stamina Cost: n/a Description: By channeling chakra through and away from Loki and then solidifying the chakra, the user can create a dual set of white chakrams with Luki and Noki as the center of each. The chakra used to form this weapon is the same pale blue as Setsuna's chakra color and extends outwards like flames before solidifying and turning even paler into the white of the completed form. The full change takes one post to complete during which the chakra segments can cut but not defend. While changing, the user must have both yo-yos held directly in their hands (indirect contact through the string is not enough) partially because the Loki does not have any strings hanging off from it after the change and partially because the direct contact is needed to successfully channel the needed chakra . Because the chakra solidifies into a metal-like material, extra chakra is not needed to maintain its form. To return Loki to its original form, Setsuna has to simply hold the chakrams in her hand and disrupt the solidified chakra. Disrupting the chakra requires no additional chakra and causes the solidified chakra that had coated Loki to fall down like a waterfall of white ash. These minuscule pieces of chakra disappear after a second or so. Returning Loki to its yo-yo form takes only a moment. Name: Kamaitachi Chakra Cost: 1 points/ post Stamina Cost: n/a Description: While in yo-yo mode and in contact with the user (whether it's by keeping hold on to the string(s) or touching the yo-yo(s) directly), Loki's blades can be lengthened by several inches with chakra. The strings (excluding the areas that the user touches) are also sharpened with chakra while this skill is active. These chakra blades are just as strong and as sharp as the original blades. Additionally, they cannot be seen physically. Name: Dance Chakra Cost: 1 point/post Stamina Cost: n/a Description: By charging her chakra through the strings, the user is able to precisely control the movements of both yo-yos independently and at the same time. While Loki is in Chakram Mode, the user does not need strings to control the weapons. Instead, the inherent connection of the user with their solidified chakra allows them to control the chakrams with the same level of precision without needing to be connected through a material like string. Rp Sample:Setsuna sat alone in the trees. Well, almost alone. No one was talking to her and few people seemed to be paying much attention to her but the girl was surrounded by people, as expected seeing how she was in the usual training area. As usual in such a case, Setsuna had a foolish smile on her face. This time, she decided to occupy herself by practicing with her yo-yos. The girl's fingers moved nimbly as she manipulated the string of each yo-yo so that she could manipulate the main body of each yo-yo. If the control the girl managed to exercise over what seemed to be toys wasn't impressive enough, then the speed that she manipulated them with was sure to cause at least a bit of awe, especially considering that the girl had yet to use any of the special properties of this toy. Just then, slashes suddenly appeared in the branches above and below Setsuna. The girl hadn't widened the reach of her yo-yos a bit and up until that point, there was no sign of the yo-yos having so much as touched the branches. However, if a sensor was nearby, they would be able to pinpoint the cause to invisible blades of chakra that had suddenly sprouted from the blades of Loki. Obviously, these supposed toys was not has harmless as they seemed. Then, Setsuna changed the pattern of her maneuver and wrapped the string Luki around the part of the tree trunk that was above her. The girl pulled to tighten the string and, with the Kamaitachi skill still active on her weapons, the strings cut into the tree trunk. Meanwhile, Noki resorted to a basic up and down movement while Setsuna wrapped Luki around the tree trunk. After the trunk was cut, though, the girl maneuvered Loki to the part of the tree trunk above her as well. However, rather than having the top-shaped yo-yo wrap around like its partner, the girl had Noki hit Luki, along the latter to unravel while the former rebounded back. As Loki returned to Setsuna, the girl firmly grasped them and shot her chakra through both of them, extending their reach. When the chakra solidified, Loki had changed into a pair of chakrams. As a bit of a flashy finale, the girl simply let go of her newly changed weapons and allowed them to whiz around in one quick circle before returning to her hand. Once she had firmly grasped both chakrams upon their simultaneous return, Setsuna broke up the solidified chakra that coated her weapon. The chakra fell off the yo-yos looking like a bunch of white ash, disappearing after it had gone only about a couple of feet. Once the process was done, the girl was holding a pair of bladed yo-yos once more.

Electric Parfait  Name of Weapon: the Wonder Box Who Owns the Weapon: Jouji Ijuin Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Jouji claims to have found it in some ruins buried deep in the forestry of the Land of Fire, ruins which have since apparently disappeared and obviously been rendered inaccessible. His reports indicate the ruins were some sort of tomb and when questioned further even under threat he simply answered: "To know more is to be plankton attempting to overthrow the ocean. Desist" Range: Close-range only. Weakness: It's a briefcase, have you ever tried fighting with a brief case? Weapon Description: A 90x90cm briefcase made from a black steel like material that affords it the same strength and durability as though it were by the process by which katanas are made. There is a demonic face emblazoned on one side and vague outlines of squares dot (or...square...cube?) the Wonder Box. The inside is a pitch blackness that seems to go on endlessly and occasionally squirms and oozes out from the side while the Wonder Box is open but disappears from existence the moment it is closed. Special Properties/Abilites: Objects cannot be placed inside, the blackness physically refuses them entry. The Wonder Box cannot currently be opened in combat. More abilities to come soon but I will obviously re-apply for them every time. Rp Sample: Do i haaaaave to? gonk Finally made one. gonk

j3susfr3ak1991 Name of Weapon: God's Judgement Weakness: It's heavy: -1 additional stamina each time it is used in battle(every time it is used it costs an additional stamina point)/ Laram cannot use the speed punch technique with this arm. Special Properties/Abilites: God's judgement can be used as a shield. But like every other physical apparition it too has it's limits. It can withstand any E rank, or D rank tai/ken attacks. It will break after five attacks from any C rank tai/ken, three attacks from any B rank tai/ken, and one attack ranked A or above will destroy it. Due to the heaviness of the weapon, Laram's punches are twice as powerful when he uses his gauntlet.
Yeah, you're paying an extra stamina point per use of your arm in Taijutsu techniques, but that doesn't justify the DOUBLING the power of your attacks. And on top of that, you want it to act like a shield as well, and yet not harm your arm at all.
I'm okay with it being unaffected by E-rank techniques... but I mean everything else is a bit crazy. Absorbing all D-ranks for free is out of the question and I'm not even gonna go into the rest. I'm sorry, but before I approve this, I need to see balance applied to the weapon.
Suggestions:
Give the arm abilities, like: Pay "X chakra and Y stamina" and the rank of the next Taijutsu attack increases by one rank... Cooldown = Z posts...
or "Pay X chakra and Y stamina" to absorb an incoming taijutsu/kenjutsu strike, Cooldown = Z posts... can only absorb up to a total number of hits, adding up to Stamina Q
... that kind of stuff. A custom is meant to offer a user choices to enhance his normal combat... not permanently enhance his abilities within it.

Name of Weapon: Cancer Sticks
Who Owns the Weapon: Nexus Uchiha
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Nexus makes them with his own special tobacco.
Range: Stays in Nexus's mouth.
Weakness: If one of them becomes wet, then it will be instantly useless forever. So more must be made at Nexus's home.
Weapon Description: Simple cigarettes in which the tobacco used has been laced with a layer of chakra that is used for special techniques involving the the cigarettes.
Special Properties/Abilites:
Super Smoke - All smoke-related techniques with this weapon are increased by one rank in strength because the chakra in the tobacco makes the smoke more potent. [Passive]
Smoke Out - This technique is only useful when fighting inside. Nexus will inhale then entire cigarette after it is lit and mold his own chakra into the smoke inside his lungs. He will release all the smoke at once and it will fill up an entire room to the point that the enemy can't see very well. After 3 posts from first being exposed (even if you escape the smoke after it touches your eyes) the victim will begin to get irritated eyes. They will become red and they will start to water. On the next post, the afflicted party will lose 50% of their overall vision. On the next post, they will feel such a severe stinging sensation that they cannot keep their eyes open very well at all. This lasts for 3 more posts.
Due to Nexus's constant smoking and his constant exposure to this smoke, he has become resistant to it and it doesn't affect him at all. [D-Rank Technique]

 Name of Weapon: Barrier Breaker Who Owns the Weapon: Dogou Teikiatsu Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? It was given to Dogou by a stranger who came through Sunagakure on their way to a distant land. Range: Fist Weakness: The gloves cannot distinguish between wielders, and if they collide, then the gloves will unravel themselves, and release all the pent up chakra within, basically exploding with the force of a Konaga, and ripping off an arm and possibly part of the torso. Weapon Description: The gloves are made with special chakra fibers that respond to impacts, and burst chakra in different amounts depending on the state of the object they come into contact with, and the force behind it. To use it's abilities, the user much give all but one point of their chakra to the gloves, without cost of stamina, and use that as a cost per hit to destroy a barrier. If the user's strength is a rank higher than that of the barrier, the cost is cut in half, if the user's strength is two ranks higher, the cost is nullified. ( basically you are paying the cost of the jutsu you are destroying without paying extra stamina. ) Special Properties/Abilites:< Barrier Break > - Through creating shockwaves of chakra that distribute the exact force of the punch to every square inch of a barrier or wall, it allows for the ability to completely annihilate a barrier of equal strength to the force of the hit behind it. This ability can even destroy barriers that cannot be seen by the regular human eye. Note: This ability doesn't work on humans because of their squishy skin. Rp Sample: Dogou fell to his right knee, breathing heavily. Blood ran down his face from a two centimeter gash above his right eye. His vision was red, starting to blur. He quickly raised his left arm and wiped his face, grunting in pain as two Shuriken hit his right shoulder. He smiled andslipped his hands into his pockets, each coming out with a glove grasped in them. He ran forward as fast as he could, his eyes widening, the veins within growing deep deep red, and bulging, like he had gone mad. Dogou slipped the gloves onto his hands just as the ninja he was facing paniced and made a barrier between them. Dogou brought his fist directly into the barrier, a surge of Crimson chakra flowing completely over the face of the barrier Dogou was on. Suddenly as soon as he made contact with the barrier it shattered... No, dispersed into nothingness, no tiny little granulets pelted the ninja standing behind it, nothing. It just seemed to be obliterated from existance. The look of sheer terror on the ninja's face only got more awful when Dogou let out a Ravenous Howl, His arm Bulding to much larger than normal as his next swing collided with the ninja's forehead, a loud shattering noise audible as the fist that took up the man's entire head seemed to crunch it like a can. Through the power of yelling Dogou had increased his strength to a rank that trancended almost everyone's defences, He had hit the man with the force not even a Sannin or Kage could normally deliver. Dogou stood over the crumpled human being's scalp, seeing as the force of the blow and Dogou's momentu was so great that he had accidentally ripped the man's head from his shoulders. The blood from the skull however had continued to fly, and splattered the ground infront of Dogou. He fell first to his left knee, then to his right. and then reaching over, he plucked the kunai and shuriken from his arms and shoulders, taking care not to injure himself further, and fell onto his face, his body getting ready to shut down from bloodloss, His eyes still wide open as the Sunagakure ANBU appeared and quickly began to heal his damaged body.

The way you get the weapon is a little iffy to me, I would like if you put the effort into making it less generic, but thats more of a personal preference rather than a must to get is passed through.
On to those now though...
1. " It can't do anything if he can't touch you. " not a weakness, it is simply the range of your weapon. Please come up with a real weakness.
2.I am not exactly sure what the gloves does, it says it breaks barriers... but that is a really vague term, do you mean defense justu, walls, Hyuuga rotation? That needs to be more defined.
3. The cost needs to be worked out, first you say "To use it's abilities, the user much give all but one point of their chakra to the gloves" then "basically you are paying the cost of the jutsu you are destroying without paying extra stamina."
The two phrases say two different things about the cost, and, if this is a taijutsu based weapon it will almost certainly cost some sort of stamina to use.

Are you slashing your opponent?... are you slashing yourself?... does this give you a bonus of some kind?
...what does it mean for slashes to last for five posts (which by the way, is a LONG time for something to last)
...and what does it mean to decrease the stamina cost?... Stamina cost of what? using a technique... or taking cuts and slashes?

I would also note that this needs a cost, as does your previous submission's ability.
Also, the description seems to indicate this is an escape only tactic, so I would ask that rules be put in place on it's use to avoid allowing the user to utilize the blade to gain the upper hand on an opponent.

The way you get the weapon is a little iffy to me, I would like if you put the effort into making it less generic, but thats more of a personal preference rather than a must to get is passed through.
On to those now though...

2.I am not exactly sure what the gloves does, it says it breaks barriers... but that is a really vague term, do you mean defense justu, walls, Hyuuga rotation? That needs to be more defined.
3. The cost needs to be worked out, first you say "To use it's abilities, the user much give all but one point of their chakra to the gloves" then "basically you are paying the cost of the jutsu you are destroying without paying extra stamina."
The two phrases say two different things about the cost, and, if this is a taijutsu based weapon it will almost certainly cost some sort of stamina to use.
Yeah, I hadn't gotten a different one, I'll fix that. Defencive jutsu, walls, anything that blocks his path. Rotation technically can't be broken by punching it, you've got to completely stop them from spinning, and from moving their arms around, since the rotation is them actually pulsing chakra out of their hands to deflect objects, and the chakra falling around their bodies, keeping the spinning motion, and that is the sphere you see. atleast that is my take on the Eith divination seals rotation. actually not really in the sense of how it works. when you put the gloves on, they absorb all of your chakra right there on the spot, except for the small amount to keep you alive. You still use stamina for the punch, don't get me wrong, the gloves just send chakra surging through the object you're punching, and destroys the bonds within, basically destroying the barrier on an atomic level. anything actually solid enough it doesn't have give would succumb to this effect. Therefore, loose cloth, skin, and mud wouldn't be harmed, but if it is meant to stop his fist in it's motion ( Say someone tries to grab Dogou's fist with a gauntlet ), then it is destroyed through the effects of the glove. The glove pulses the neccessary chakra to destroy the bonds of chakra within the already made barrier. Basically dogou's chakra destroys the other chakra within the jutsu, and crumbles it.

I am sure you can come up with something to help Augment your Rpc's punching power, but this will not be passed through.
1. You need to make sense, a big buff dude who is pretty much stupid and having very low chakra control wielding a weapon that is supposed to effect the atomic level... Doesn't make sense.
2. Make sure the description of your weapons ability's is done well, and clear, so that the mod working with you understands what your trying to do.
3. Add appropriate costs, this is the biggest part to getting a weapon passed through. Thinking up something and letting use help you tweak what ever you add is better than not adding anything at all.
Sorry your first weapon idea was a bust, but I am sure you can thing of something to add the extra Mmph to your Rpc's punches.

It does make sense, Goo doesn't crumble, skin doesn't crumble, water doesn't crumble. The gloves crumble the object into an infinite number of pieces. It breaks down things by destroying bonds like how a person could poke blocks out of a jenga tower. ( Yes, my inspiration for these was Jenga. )
The glove destroys anything that is made to keep him from his target. If his target makes a wall of stone, he can break it with the glove. If the target makes a wall of iron, he can break it with the glove. If his target bends space and time, as long as it isn't a portal or something, and he can touch it, he can literally break their hold on space and time. It is his chakra pulsing from the impact of the glove on the object and diluting the object to where the opponent can no longer control it, and it crumbles to dust. Since skin isn't made to stand in his way, it doesn't affect skin, since he can just walk through water, it doesn't affect water. since he can just walk throgh goo, it doesn't affect goo. since Lava would kill him, it doesn't affect lava. do you see what I'm getting at? That's the best i can describe the function of the glove.
I don't see why not being able to use any more jutsu that require chakra at the exact moment you put one of the gloves on isn't a huge cost in and of itself, not to mention the fact that the cost should only be as much as the barrier itself costed, otherwise the weapon would just be wasteful. Also, the reason it doesn't drain any stamina from the body is because the gloves act like a rag, and the chakra of Dogou's body is the water that the rag takes up, when you punch something with a rag wrapped around your fist, the water goes all over the surface that you punched, the principle is the same with these gloves.
These are my ONLY weapon idea Dogou fights with his fists, nothing else. that's why when I get the chance, He's iving all of his throwable items to someone else. He learned that his fists solve his problems, so he'll stick with them for the rest of his life. If you still don't get the picture from this post, I'm sorry, but I'd like a second opinion.

If you want a second opinion that is fine, but you missed my points entirely.
I said the weapon would make soft things be effected because the glove ability's effect a atomic level, like you said. Water can be broken down or "crumbled" on a atomic level. So I didn't say the gloves didn't make sense when you said they didn't effect water, I said you were wrong.
I said it didn't make sense a Rpc, with no chakra control, could wield a weapon that causes a effect on the Atomic level. For that type of ability a huge amount of chakra control is needed, and I assure you, causing a atomic reaction with only 24 chakra point slammed into something simple will not work
On a side note though, you can have several different types of weapons that augment you Rpc's punches, something that focuses your chakra into a explosion, something that focuses it into your body and increases your strength, even something you wear on you shoulder and explodes you chakra out of the back rocketing your first forward and adding damage. So it isn't like if this doesn't get passed through you will be hope less, it just means that a weapon that effects the atomic level is not acceptable, and if it were to be, it would have to be extremely well done, and have a chakra control requirement (Much like my sword has a strength requirement,)

TvIaMsOqTuHeYz It does make sense, Goo doesn't crumble, skin doesn't crumble, water doesn't crumble. The gloves crumble the object into an infinite number of pieces. It breaks down things by destroying bonds like how a person could poke blocks out of a jenga tower. ( Yes, my inspiration for these was Jenga. ) The glove destroys anything that is made to keep him from his target. If his target makes a wall of stone, he can break it with the glove. If the target makes a wall of iron, he can break it with the glove. If his target bends space and time, as long as it isn't a portal or something, and he can touch it, he can literally break their hold on space and time. It is his chakra pulsing from the impact of the glove on the object and diluting the object to where the opponent can no longer control it, and it crumbles to dust. Since skin isn't made to stand in his way, it doesn't affect skin, since he can just walk through water, it doesn't affect water. since he can just walk throgh goo, it doesn't affect goo. since Lava would kill him, it doesn't affect lava. do you see what I'm getting at? That's the best i can describe the function of the glove. I don't see why not being able to use any more jutsu that require chakra at the exact moment you put one of the gloves on isn't a huge cost in and of itself, not to mention the fact that the cost should only be as much as the barrier itself costed, otherwise the weapon would just be wasteful. Also, the reason it doesn't drain any stamina from the body is because the gloves act like a rag, and the chakra of Dogou's body is the water that the rag takes up, when you punch something with a rag wrapped around your fist, the water goes all over the surface that you punched, the principle is the same with these gloves. These are my ONLY weapon idea Dogou fights with his fists, nothing else. that's why when I get the chance, He's iving all of his throwable items to someone else. He learned that his fists solve his problems, so he'll stick with them for the rest of his life. If you still don't get the picture from this post, I'm sorry, but I'd like a second opinion. You should re-name them, "Fist lightsabers." A. So your weapon automatically breaks apart any sort of barrier and makes it crumble? So if I have a custom suit of armor, BAM, no more suit? Broken. B. Bones are a barrier that protects the organs from impact, and they can crumble. BAM, no more bones? Broken. C. Anything flexible can crumble if you take its elasticity away, which your glove's abilites could do by breaking the elastic bonds. BAM, auto-destroys an elastic barrier? Broken. D. So you punch an S-rank barrier, and it crumbles. So the user of the barrier spent 20 chakra and 15 stamina and their post action on the barrier, and you spend only 20 chakra and don't lose your post action? That's not very fair at all for the defender. E. Not being able to use jutsu requiring chakra for one post isn't much of a cost at all since you can still use kenjutsu, taijutsu, and any other abilities that don't require chakra or don't count as jutsu.. That's even less of a handicap when you're a taijutsu specialist.
