"YOW-!"
If he could have shot up in the air in fright he would have. Instead, several ribbons sprung undone, and he gave a very unsophisticated, very womanly shriek.
He didn't even KNOW what it was that clamped onto his foot, but with one of those horrible stitched up creatures running around under their feet he had been entirely on-edge. Now he simply looked very disgruntled and very unhappy as he realized he had been had, loose coils of shadow fraying off from all sides.
Uncool.

"EEEEPPPP!" Joachim let out a rather shrill shriek as the plastic trap clamped on his leg. He was seriously not having any luck at all in searching for things out in the field and it was pretty obvious that the Fitness Club was not for him.
Getting his leg free he made his way back to the sidelines where Muka was hoping that Willow had more fun then he.

Willow was giggling and checked on Yaus to make sure he was okay in her pocket. He seemed to still be nibbling on the sweet she'd given him. "Ah you're still okay." She smiled before making her way off the field towards those manning the booths.
"Thank you all, that was fun." She looked back for Joachim, it seemed he gotten caught in a trap, oh dear. However, he didn't look harmed any. She stood off to the side tail flickering waiting for him to free himself. Of course he seemed to have easily freed himself and was now near Muka, she blinked for a second, not wanting to be rude to the game hosts and just walk completely off.

xxxxxDanny was starting to get super frustrated looking for this lepus, but when she saw that everyone else had landed on rubber traps, she felt a bit happier about her search. Still, there was no lepus in her hand. Unhappy, she picked up a rock around where she was sitting. This was a feasible trophy. She tucked it deep into her pocket for now. It would make a nice memory.
xxxxxWhen she looked back up, the traps had been released and the lepus had run away. So much for winning a prize for Ash. Kicking the dust at her feet, she picked up another rock.
xxxxxDanny sauntered over to Ash and said, "Say uh ... good game? You're Ash, right? How could I forget such pretty hair?" With that she began walking into the building. Turning around, she looked at the patchwork and said, "HEY! LITTLE DUDE! Nice touch at the end!" She threw him a thumbs up and continued walking. Good work should always be rewarded.
xxxxxSticking her hands into her pockets, she moved the rocks around little by little. Who would she give it to? It had to be somebody good, that was for sure. For now, she just held on to the rock until she found the right person.

Sura had been watching the chasing of the patchwork lepus, eyes brimming with yellow and consideration as it ran and the students gave chase. Was she meant to chase it as well? It would hardly fill her stomach if she were to catch it at all. Her head slowly moved with the movement, following i-
"Hmm...?" She attempted to look up towards her head, seeming rather tired for someone who had hardly moved at all. Then again, she just slowly pulled herself off of the group's playing field, her tail continuing to drag through the dirt for a while. It soon perked up and curled around one of her legs, leaving her to find a place to stand out in the open to spare her new fantastic hat from being bludgeoned by any attempts to walk through any doors.
"I see, I'm Israfel." she repeated it, not quite in a stupid way or even a parroted way. It was simply repeated. It could have been Sura found some amusement in doing it. None the less, she held her head up as straight as possible; a challenge, to some extent, in a smaller body with less strength to it than her larger body. (Otherwise she would have been leaving footprints as she walked).
"I am Calamitas Esurientes......Sura, Israfel." she answered in a slow tongue. That first name had been a long one, but she held no fear in sharing it; clearly not a demon. "Is it comfortable on my head?" she asked further, not tilting her head in the least. "You may stay there if it is. You do not bother me being there..."

It'd been fun up until that flea bag had tried to bite her. With a scream of pure, unbridled fury Ash flung her barbel mace as far and hard as she could. The rope out of her hands she balled them up into fists and stalked off the field. This was the most stupid game ever*. She hated losing, she hated losing.
She stomped alone back towards the fitness booth, giving Danny a sour glance as the fire demon fell into step beside her. She didn't respond, the fury was so intense within her. Even the tendrils of fog were churning out from her neck in inky black curls. She huffed right past a purple...female with tentacles and no mouth and stopped beside the booth in a full blown pout.
(This game was actually the best ever.)

Riley watched Sparrow head off, offering a slight wave of her fingers in response. Her pleasant expression remained even as she watched the rest of the game participants totter away, and returned to the booth to sit beside Jericho. Her eyes betrayed some complicated thought.
Suddenly, the expression died away, and she lifted her legs to rest on the booth again. Her chair leaned back, and she folded her hands in front of her.
Things were coming along nicely.

xxxxxAsh had totally just ignored her. Was she really that mad at the game? Or maybe she didn't recognize Danny ... either way she was a tad hurt. She seemed to be keeping step with her though, so at least she wasn't totally out of it. "Ahuhhh... It's just a game?" she said awkwardly. Danny was never one for the touchy feely stuff.
xxxxxAfter walking inside, Danny raised her hand for Jericho to high five. "I wasn't that bad, was I?" She smiled innocently to show her appreciation for the work they put in. "Too bad you didn't get to play with us ..." Danny wondered just how many people were in fitness club. The number seemed never ending.
xxxxxDanny was going to pull up a stray chair from one of the booths that was unoccupied at the moment, but then the Scario Kart booth caught her eye. Hurrying a rushed apology she said, "Oh man I have to go check that out. I love video games- you ever play Human Age? Anyways, I'll be back here later, cause you guys seem fun. Bye!" Even if she didn't come back, Danny would see them once she got into the school. It definitely wasn't goodbye, but with that, she rushed off and disappeared.

Out of the corner of Jericho's eyes, he spotted a pair of familiar blue wings. When he turned, he saw Isra flying towards the large female that had joined in on the game... perching on her horns. That was an .. interesting sight to say in the least.
"Heya Isra! Glad to see you putting those wings to use," grinned the dragon. He had definitely seen improvements in the Siren's ability in flight and he couldn't help but feel a surge of pride whenever he saw him flying about, knowing he had a hand in helping him earn those wings.
With the game done, Jericho was mildly disappointed. It was entertaining to watch, especially with the whole trap business. Though, that had fooled him him initially as well.
The flame demon caught his attention as she came by for a high five. He went on and returned the gesture before tilting his head as she seemed to be distracted by one of the other booths.
"Yeah, I've beaten it a few times," he nodded before sort of waving and blinking as she zoomed off.
Turning towards Riley as she waved off Sparrow, he raised an eyebrow as if he was speaking to her. There was a pause in his movements as he spotted the banshee grumbled on by. He shot her another glance, then turned towards the other girl.
"Can.. I help you?"

Christof gave a bow of apology to his... acquaintance... (he used the term loosely) before turning to lurch back towards the waiting cage, stuffing the lepus away again before it could struggle free of his grip, and then pulled a few severed fingers from his vest pocket which the creature greedily devoured like carrots. With a sigh and a check of the lock, he inched back towards Riley's side, looking winded but happy things had gone so well.
I hope that was satisfactory, Mistress... he mentally breathed, positively dripping with the need for approval.

Riley had become something of a statue once more, just as she had been when she first opened up the booth - but her eyes were alight with movement, as if she was having a conversation. Which, incidentally, she was.
They slit just slightly in a devious glance, before Christof caught her attention and they blanked once more. She sat up straight, and reached up to brush through Christof's hair. Of course it was. A perfect game, I would say. Who else could boast of having the kind of exemplary help that I have with you all here? I am quite appreciative.
Her hand dropped, and she resumed her laid back stance. I especially enjoyed the traps. Though the plants could have been more docile - we should see about giving them a bit of a talking to before the next time you offer the game.
Privately, Riley whispered this last thought to Christof. So, did you make any new friends?

Willow shuffled her foot for a second looking at the barbell and then towards the club members. Looking around to see if Jericho could be talking to her. Her ears seemed to fall down in a lax position of uneasiness. Pointing to herself and then speaking, "Well... I was wondering if you guys do this sort of thing all the time, and uh... where do you want your barbell thing?" She asked lamely.
This was an interesting game, at the least it'd sparked her interest. If nothing but for the challenge between mental and psychical boundaries the game had seemed to test.

Cat, feeling equally as disgruntled but not quite as enraged, dislodged his foot from the rubber trap and hurried back inside as well.
He stopped just beside Aislin, now free to start examining the contents of the booth in detail. He did not waste his breath trying to settle the banshee down, knowing full well that if she wanted a hug she'd take it, and if not, she would scream until she felt better.
Unaware that a few of his ribbons still stuck out at odd angles, Cat was carefully pushing the embarrassment to the back of his mind, and inflating the image of his success against the patchwork beast to mask it.
Ahh, much better. His smile returned placidly.
Cat is signing up for the Fitness raffle!

The hunchback nearly swooned at the head pat, grinning eagerly once more, I will be sure to try to find some smaller ones if you like! Or go dig them out completely, I'm sure I could find SOMETHING... He debated for a moment but the next question made him pale. Friends? Er... He glanced over Riley's shoulder to where he had left Cady, flushing sporadically. Sort... of? His mental voice became a hiss as panic overtook his face, She won't stop TALKING, Mistress, I'm not sure what to do about her!
As though trying to dodge the question of his social abilities, Christof tapped his fingers together nervously, I am glad you thought the rubber traps were humorous, I bought a few more things too, but I will keep them a surprise, I think!

Jericho seemed a little distracted himself as he had a similar look that Riley had. He quickly snapped from that as he heard a soft voice addressing him. Turning towards her, he glanced at the weapon she had picked, then looked over towards Christof.
"Oh. Go ahead and return it to our equipement manager, Christof," he replied with a nod.
