Rika didn't even feel like reprimanding Prince, merely sitting against the wall. Everyone felt the surge of power that came from Houkou, making her face go bright red behind her mask. Things never changed, a Jinchuriki was always hated. Ikumen was her first friend, Ichi was just a nice kid, and there was something wrong with Prince's brain...that's why the three of them liked her. And then Ikumen finally arrived, easing her frustration with his presence. Now that he had arrived, they could discuss what they needed and then get some food. And none of that travel food, she was sick of rice cakes.

After a few moments of waiting Ikumen finally arrived, Ichi stood up as he saw Ikumen walking towards his room. Ichi followed him as he walked towards to his desk and started to direct everyone to do their missions. The Mizukage pulled 2 readied Jounin flack jackets under his desk and gave one to both Ichi and Prince. After receiving his Flack Jacket, Ichi turned around to the other ninjas inside the room with a wide grin on his face as he flashed his newly acquired jacket to everyone, demonstrating a childish boastfulness I bet they're thinking... how did he became a jounin in such a young age!? well... that raw talent for you kukuku.... Ichi thought to himself, proud of his accomplishment. Ichi faced the Mizukage once again bowing his head as a sign of respect before he wore his jacket finally leaving the room to get back home and rest as the Kage directed him to do. Bye-Bye Ikumen-san! I'll see you later Rika-chan and Koushaku-kun! to the rest of you... well... nice meeting you~ i guess. the boy cheerfully said before exiting the room.

The Purest Prince of the Hatake Clan Raiton l Kirigakure l Chuunin l Hatake Clan l Bloodline l Cu rse Mark of Blood  The Prince grabbed the Jouinin jacket and laughed in a droopy manner before breaking a small smile. He then turned towards Mizukage and gave him a salute in appreciation.
Call me if you need me... Of course, I will be training... but I also will need your help in the near future but that is the future...
The Prince disappeared quickly like lightning.

"Ne, dont mention it." Ikumen stepped up on his desk as he leaned forwards and looked over Rikas head his eyes meeting hers face to face, upside down. He gave her a 'whats wrong, need some air' look before he smiled pulled out a rice cake, before he friend it with electricity to cheer her up a little.

Stand for something or fal for anything  Kairi heard what the Mizukage had to say and gave him a small dead nod even though it wasn't apparent if he saw or not. To her all that mattered was this boy in front of her. She tried her hardest but nothing she did would help her remember him; not his hair or his eyes, nothing. "I asked you how do you know my name" she asked walking closer to him. Instinct told her to back away but she couldn't.

Rika held up her hand and shook her head, "My apologies...I've had enough of rice cakes for a while. Houkou...he's becoming more restless...I'll need to train with the Yukikage on mastering him soon...though I don't know when." She sighed, standing up. "So...any thoughts about the Summit?"

Doragon Zantenpesuto Doragon suddenly felt a familar chakra signature. A few seconds later, the Mizukage appeared, quickly dealing with the mass of people in the room. Doragon sighed when he was finally allowed to report. "I've completed the mission sir," he said. "I've learned all the E and D-Ranked missions I could at my level and class."

 ▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀  Miirror took note of everyone's request as he mentally processed what he should give them if he were the Mizukage. He liked giving them hard missions to push themselves but if Ikumen had already given them a prerequisite rank of mission for them to do, he would probably give them something higher to work on. But just as Miirror was about to speak about start handing out directions he was interrupted by the true Kage coming in. Miirror couldn't help but to chuckle slightly at this, but decided it was for the best. It never was fun filling in someone else's role when it comes to Kage work as, from someone who looks at decisions as path's of fate, Miirror didn't wish to make a decision that could possibly put someone in danger. Rising from the seat and removing himself from the desk Miirror looked up to Ikumen and shook his head,"Iie... Just addressing my duty to help out during your leave Ikumen-sama." Miirror said softly before looking down to Rika. He could tell just by her reaction to Houkou's rage from within her, made her feel somewhat like an abomination. It saddened him that she would think that of herself for that gift she was given, but Miirror couldn't say much about knowing totally what she felt; but due to his unique curse mark Miirror could sympathize for her. As he walked past, Miirror leaned over her should to softly whisper,"Rika-chan... When you are free... I would like to meet you at Totama cafe." Miirror said giving a friendly smile and departing from the Mizukage office. [Exit to Totama Cafe]

Full Name: Taichi Inozuki  Tai could see both the frustration and confustion in her eyes but didn't want to hold it any longer for it seemed to hurt him to see her like this but it was kind of funny how her wrinkled her face. Rika was confused, why would the captain of the black ops division want to speak with her? But she nodded, "Sure thing." She watched him leave and shrugged, returning her gaze to Ikumen. He was frying a rice cake with his raiton, which looked absolutely ridiculous at this point.

Questions flew more and more rapidly a he shut the door."Did he knowmy parents or who killed my older brother." The only thing stoppig her from asking were the answers that await. "Well, if thats the case I thank you, Miirrors-san, I had forgotten about that when I left, Im not quite used to my position still I guess." As Miirrors left requesting Rika, Ikumen nodded and smiled,"Ill see you later then, dont eat too much Ill have a treat for you later!" It was then, when Ikumen walked to his desk and sat down. He looked out from his desk at the open room and sighed, in just that amount of time everyone had left. It made him a bit lonely, but he could talk with Rika later. He focused on Doragon and nodded,"That is good Im proud that you could learn so quickly. I am assuming you want another mission?"

"Summoning... Summoning of Snakes or follow tradition with Dogs..."
Reaching the office, the Prince walked inside and laid back against the office waiting for Mizukage's attention.

Ikumen nodded as he handed Doragon the scroll as he told him what was inside. "The details are a mission for a burglary mystery, there have been several rumors of low level bounty hunters breaking in houses and smuggling goods out of our port. I want you to patrol the village and look for these people, they arent ninja but they are still tough to beat so be careful. This is a C Rank Mission and I expect you can handle it with your new skills, luck be with you." Ikumen looked up to Prince and smiled at him with a questioning look,"Prince-kun, I didnt expect to see you so soon. What can I help you with?" It looked like he was concerned with something which was strange since Prince had always been so calm and cool.
[Rp any characters you encounter yourself, 3 npcs burglar types. 8 posts to complete or until you have caught them if exceeding 8 posts. Normally I would promote you to Chuunin for your activity and literacy, but with the Chuunin Exams up now there isnt a real point, lol.]
