Zeb nodded at Lucy. She'd already accepted him as her Master. It made him want to smile, but smiling was for the weak. He turned to both Anima. "You, excuses, shut up. You, respect, hush. You both can learn more then you think. Just because your weapon is labeled one thing doesn't mean s**t. You, a snake sword can be much more then a snake sword. It can be a dao and a shortsword as well. You, excuses, you never answered me." he said with a touch of venom.

The next technique that Shilon was focusing on was the Double Slash technique. This was the first defensive technique that the Knight had found despite the fact that the style was supposedly focused on defense. It was a simple parrying maneuver, not something that would throw him for a loop. He brought his sword up into the basic stance, holding it in front of his chest as he created an opponent for himself to fight.
There were to motions for this technique, which would lend themselves to a quick attack. The false warrior charging at Shilon was using an overhand attack, bringing his sword in for a crushing blow. The Knight stepped to the left and swung his sword to the light, the edge of his blade deflecting the attack towards him. However his sword did not connect fully with the imaginary opponent's, instead it whispered over the place where the metal would be, sending the blade to the side. Then the Dreadnought brought his sword around in a fast swipe before the envisioned foe could recover, the sharp edge of his sword tearing through the space where the man's chest would be.
1/1 Technique Learned Double Slash
The next technique was a variation of the one that he had just mastered. This one was more variable though, and less lethal at first glance. Shilon readied himself again, bringing his sword into a central position in front of his chest. This would take a slightly different attack from an opponent to inspire, but there was still a large range of attacks that he could use this against.
The opponent came in with a charge, trying to stab the large knight in the stomach with his sword in a mad dash. Shilon brought his sword down in an arc, smacking the stab to the side and sending it to the ground. Before the target could recover from having his center of balance thrown off like that, the Dreadnought snapped his hands up towards the foe's jaw, sending the hilt of his blade crashing into it and cracking it with a resounding crunch. That was why it was only non-lethal at first glance, enough force behind this technique would kill most people.
1/1 Technique Learned Hilt Hit
With that last technique learned out of the way Shilon could begin learning the techniques for his shield. He sheathed the blade and pulled his shield out of the ground and slid his arm back into the straps and settled its familiar weight into his grasp. The first technique that the book had listed was definitely not a hard one to master - hell, there was barely a reason for this to be called an actual technique that needed to be trained in.
He had to learn how to shield bash. That 'technique' was just ramming his shield forward into an opponent as they came at him. The way it was listed didn't even require energy to reinforce the attack, and it wasn't truly a bash, just a slow push backwards. This was aggravating to think of as a technique, but it was in the book so he had no choice. He brought his shield in front of him and began walking forward, imagining an opponent pushing back against him near the edge of a cliff. A heavy shove with his arm sent the foe tumbling backwards.

And now he had to learn how to feint. With the size of his shield what the technique wanted wasn't so easy to do - you were supposed to lower your shield to the side to give off an aura of being off-guard or tired. But his shield was over half as big as he was, and he couldn't just fling it around. He sighed and relaxed his arm anyway, trying to practice what he could.
The tip of his shield rested back on the ground, not digging into the ground this time. His opponent fell for the basic gambit and rushed in, swinging the sword in an arc for Shilon's chest. Shilon brought his shield back up into the defensive position in time to knock the sword upwards and away, opening the man for a punch to the stomach - which, if the Knight had had his sword out, would have been a stab. Still, effective nonetheless with his strength behind it.

(Tis why I intend to slay wrath. XD) Kato shook his head, "As a bard the training I would require is still yet out of my reach." he said it like this because he intended to live long enough to break past the limits set up by the world.

Zebulon sat down, answering both Anima in one go. "Go spar with each other. Oh, and no killing." he said, beginning meditation.
Zeb focused on the moment he touched Red. He felt like there was something there. Something on his end. He could almost see deeper into her. As if his powers just suddenly increased because he touched her. He continued to meditate on this until he was sure he was right. There was something else there. Something he'd have to try another day.
Now he opened his mind. He wanted to read everyone's mind with ease. He began hum a low tone. Almost as if trying to re-center himself or focus in on something. He was really drowning out the sounds of everyone else training. He could still hear their thoughts though He wasn't done just yet though.
The thing that Lili'd done to Fenrir. What was it? Was it a mages ability? Or was it a seer ability. It seemed like Zeb had the power, but like his personal skills, didn't know how to use it. He could feel a small animal passing by. He blinded it with only his mind. The small creature went skittering into a wall. Zeb moved a tad, as if giving 1 chuckle, an acknowledgment to making the creature hit the wall.
He wondered if being a seer meant he could peer into the future. He pondered this, focusing on the very future he wished to foresee. Red. He knew what she was going to do now. He didn't give any notice, but his emotion had changed to disappointment. Red would do as Lauren had, and disobey the orders given to her.
He wondered where she was right now. He wondered if he could see where she was as well. He began to focus on Red, the same moment he'd thought of earlier that made it seem like there was something there. He knew she was in Kranila by now. He had that much of a feeling. But was it gut? Or Seer?
He decided to stop for now. He'd put enough thought into things.

Lauren began flipping through a large book plans that she had taken from the offices. There was a simple add-on she could do. She unhooked the but of her sniper rifle and hollowed it out. She fitted it with a spring loaded mechanism in the back, followed by spare clips, finishing it off by closing them into a full buttstock. [1/1]

Katorin grinned, he was told no killing. Not that he would try to kill another Anima. Well unless he showed severely lacking skills in which case would mean his life wasn't worth anything. He began to play his guitar, not a specific skill just yet he was simply playing a tune that made the fight seem more intense. "You can start." he was out of reach for the man, but he knew he was stronger, and a little bit faster. And he had no intention of holding back, if this was a true Anima he would fight him with everything he had. Well.. Hanzo looked at the man. He applied Dulled-Edge to his sword and then charged forward. Of course this was just a distraction. Once he got near the man, he jumped over him, slashing down as he did that. Once he landed on the other side of the man, he would thrust the blade forward. Into his ******** off, I was gonna use it later on.))
