Baron laughed took out a map and showed her pointing to a city. "We are here," he said. "This is where Karl is. His father had the palace built there for karl's mother...When she died, Karl's father had the palace tared down and built differently so he wouldn't be reminded of his wife."

"Wow..." Celestial amazed "Wouldn't you want something to remind you of your wife?" She wondered then turned to Baron "Is there anybody you love?"

Baron looked at her then sighed. "Yes, but I highly doubt she sees me the same way." His lips lifted into a rueful smile. "I'll get over it though."
(I'm sorry for taking so long! XP I got distacted posting the next chapter of my story online, and now my dad's is telling me to get off. SO Sorry! sad I'll reply to this first thing when i get home from school!)

Baron shrugged. "I got rejected," he said simply. "It happens. I'm over it." But the sadness in his face clearly said he was not over it.

Baron drank more of his liqour and ignored her thinking of Beth back at the stables. Young beth, who knew more for her age then she should. Beth would never see him as more then a friend. "It doesnt matter who it is. We need to wait for Karl to send word to us."

Celestia put her food on the end table and curled up thinking about Karl. "I hope he doesn't get hurt" her voice shaking as tears welled.
