Snow (2 HP) took the hit but withstood it, eliciting a relieved breath from its trainer. "Go on, hit it again!" he called. Amazing that the little Charmander was faring better than Fetch had... Well, crit happens, at the saying went.

"Faleen, you gotta ke- Oh no!" Artie went sailing past him after taking the brunt of the Aerodactyl's attack. He looked like he was on his last legs, but he was standing, so Liam ordered yet another attack:
"Artie, Surf again!" The familiar wave of water surged around him and Artie before hurling itself towards the Aerodactyl.

Luckily Odette wasn't hit this round, and with a loud cry she glided in a circle around the large dual-type 'mon that didn't seem to be taking too much damage... "Aerial Ace," Claire commanded, and the golden bird obliged by hurtling towards her target.

(Yeah I only realized I had posted twice after I went back a page and realize my first post slipped right under Lances second attack XD)
Alexander groaned and called Conrad back into his pokeball. He was already out of pokemon having only had the Eevee with him this trip. He could only hope the others would have better luck then him.

Why was the Dragonite attacking his Pokemon? Seth was the bigger target! Leonard immediately chased that thought out of his head and ordered Steve to attack with Leaf Blade.

Faleen didn't say anything when hazel eyes locked with his golden, light sensitive... yeah right.
In that moment she felt utterly humiliated, the things she did for him, the things she told him. he didn't need help at all, he had been an utter waist of her time!
Her anger reflected back at him, wet hair plastered to her face, breath heavy and strained.
Absol dove in for another attack when Liam's pokemon got hit.

The first Rocket was down, but there were still several to go. If he won... he would thwart their plans to catch Kyogre. His Pokemon continued their assault, while Lance ignored the daggers that Nadja was glaring at him.

Seeing her precious Vaporeon slammed back in what looked like a painful attack, she shot a death glare at Will/Lance. "Hiromi, get up! We can't let this spineless traitor get away with this!"
Hiromi suddenly understood why her trainer was pushing so heard; the girl was hurting. A growl suddenly escaped the water pokemon as it realized just exactly WHO was hurting her, and she threw herself into another attack, spitting out a water gun.

"Again!" She ordered the Pidgeot, who responded with an obedient "geoo!" before launching herself at the Gyarados once again in another Aerial Ace. Luckily the large pokemon seemed to be focusing on Lucas' poor Charmander, Snow. Poor thing.

"Come on, Snow (0 HP), one more!" Lucas barked. The Charmander acted on the order, but the Gyarados's counter ended his valiant efforts. The trainer frowned, breathing out a sigh to calm his nerves. He glanced at the next pokeball to find its way into his hand. "All right. Merry (9 HP). You're up."
