Ryu shut his eyes tightly as blood started to run out of his mouth. He swallowed hard, breathing hard. "y....y-you" He gripped his chest tightly before crying out in pain.

Jamez wasn't sure what he did, but he was happy.
Kaylee thought "Are you okay Ryu?"

Ryu rolled out of the bushes holding his chest tightly. He shut his eyes, "N....no....h-he...crushed....t-the...crystal....I'm....d-dying" He said in a strained voice. He shut his eyes more trying to get up, but couldn't. "I....I'm....s-sorry......k-kaylee..."

"No, y-you can't die on me, after all that we've gone through! No Ryu! You can't there has to be a way." Kaylee said. She thought for a bit and got the idea to give Ryu her neckalace. It would save him. She ran out of the cellar to her house, and saw Ryu there dying. She took the neckalace off her neck and put it around his.
Jamez left the scene as soon as he saw Kaylee coming.

Ryu was breathing hard slowly opening up his eyes, looking at her. "K.....Kaylee" He smiled weakly slowly wrapping his arms around her. "thanks...." He shut his eyes relaxing against her. "that...is the only way...to kill....a demon like me.....destroy the necklace....their wearing" He paused for a bit as he sat up slowly. "You know....I'm...gonna be weak....till I can remake....my necklace"

"As long as your going to live thats all I need." Kaylee said as tears starting rolling down her cheeks, falling on to Ryu's face.

Jamez was frustrated. He needed to break that neckalace, this way Ryu would die.

"I'll be fine...just help me gather up the crystal pieces" He said softly lightly kissing her cheek. He pushed away from her and crawled over to the porch. He started to pick up the pieces

Kaylee smiled and helped him over.
Jamez now knew what he had to do. First he had to seperate Kaylee and Ryu. Then he had to take the crystal from Ryu's neck, and break the other.

Ryu rubbed the blood from his mouth putting the crystal shards into his coat pocket. "That was...very close" He muttered looking at her.
