"Hm..Maybe you shouldn't try to remember? I would think getting memories back would be good but..If there bad memories, maybe it's not best..What exactly are you seeing when that happens? Omega of Nightmares  "I don't... necessary try to remember. At first, I was, but I was told I was... a different being before I fell into the Lifestream." He glanced up at the island, just to remember the brief memories he has so far, seeing as she asked, and he felt comfortable enough to answer. "White rooms with equipment and a man with black hair in a white lab coat... a town that was set aflame with black fire... and looking down onto a city while I was hearing laughter." He still wasn't sure if the laughter was from him or someone else, though he hoped that it wasn't him - as it was a laugh of cruelty rather than merriment. "And aside from my name, I remember Astor and Kilian. That's it so far."

Ariana Lylatt Aven blinked, listening to his short story as she tried to think of what to say to all that. She wouldn't want to give him some false information or hope. "I don't know exactly, but, whatever happened in the past, whoever it was they are saying you were then well....If it was a bad thing, that's over with, right? You are who you are now. I see a good person, so I don't think you have anything to worry about! And should anything happen, well..! I'll be here to help you out in anyway that I can..So, try not to worry." She said with a faint smile, though she was definitely worried, not for herself but for him. Lab coats...ShinRa. Scientist's..of course. "What it is you see is probably nothing to worry about..I think just about everyone in Avalanche has seen that same thing at one point in there lives, but...They're all safe and they continue on with there lives to make the best of what they have...Which is what you should do too!"

Omega of Nightmares A good person. Cosmos looked to her as she spoke, seeing the worry even as she smiled faintly. Worried for what, exactly? For this Cosmos to disappear back into the black, and back to being the Cosmos with a black heart? It was what he feared the most."If that's true, then I shouldn't worry about what I once was." Shouldn't, but somewhat does all the same. "Make the best of what they have?" It sounded easy, but the thing was that Cosmos didn't have anything to make the best of other than a new person.

Now answering his question, Cosmos listened as she explained about how one person by the name of Sephiroth was a man that had turned to darkness due to learning the part of his life that he hadn't known about, conducted by scientists and Shin-Ra into a powerful soldier he was. Would Cosmos lose his mind like that if he was to regain his memories, or possibly just learning more about them? And what had made him the way he was before? Too many questions, and he knew that to answer them was to purposely look. And he didn't want to do that, not with the possibility of him reverting back to what he was once.
"I am glad to hear that he isn't what he was," Cosmos said lightly. Having been forgiven and was making his life better, it sounded like even though Sephiroth wasn't 'sweet', he was making a better time with his life. "Well then... I guess that I should do the same too. I may not know what all that I had done, but I want to be what I wasn't. So far, everyone had been good to me, which makes me wonder why I had been so... different. I guess... that I just want to protect."
And if he was to remember all his memories... he'd hope that he would just remember them, and not be the death phoenix that he had been known to be. Death phoenix... a term that he didn't want to be known by ever again. The term came from one of the brief flashes of memory.

Omega of Nightmares He shook his head upon Ariana asking if he met anyone from the mansion yet. "I might have, but at that party at the Balamb Garden, I didn't really knew who was who." Which was true enough. He listened as she said that they basically protect the world, as well as said that she could show him the mansion and introduce him to the people. "Okay, I'd like that." Then she responded to his joke, in which saying that she'd feel like a dolphin or something if she was to answer to a whistle! Which made Cosmos chuckle a little. "By thought, got it." Then she answered his question about what she was doing, and he smiled as she said that she was bored and decided to shop around the little outdoor shops, saying that they had good fruits. "They have good sandwiches too," he said with a smile, wrapping up the half of the sandwich he was going to save for later. "It's a lot better than trying to eat at a tavern in most towns."

She nodded and responded to his comment about taverns, kinda contradicting her words, as a lot of people would look at her and think 'annoying loud girl'. It made Cosmos chuckle at that thought. Not to be mean, of course! "Apparently everyone likes to yell to the person sitting across the table, and that makes it a contest of who can talk the loudest," he said.{{-I do plan for him to have a split-way battle of who he is now and who he was before XD More memories to come and the start of his withdrawal from most people. And dunno, thinking that he almost reverts back to his original self {not changing appearance, but his personality} but doesn't quite happen. And then the 'happy medium' of the two halfs of him, I guess. Somewhat anti-social but not wanting to be alone.-}}

Phoenix earlyier left the sanctuary once again, as boredom struck her hard. Aven was 'better'. And also gone from the place..For such a special time of the year, it was basically dead. The way she had pictured this day was definitely not happening. She had envisioned everyone, and that was, everyone...together in Avalanche mansion eating dinner together, having a good time, talking, laughing..just enjoying there selves like the family she thought everyone was. Then later possibly giving gifts to the younger ones to make it extra special for them, but. That wasn't happening. Geez. What a depressing Christmas! Now now, she was here at her old home, sitting at a table with her father and mother and actually talking to them.She came to see them, and wish them both a Merry Christmas..and ended up staying as she amazingly was enjoying there company. "..Yeah. I was hoping everyone would of been together today, you know for Christmas Eve. That was a stupid thing to think huh? Everyone sitting together eating a fancy dinner..heh..It's so depressing! And Aven, the worlds most happiest person on the planet wants to be alone, I so hate this...Then were missing Seraphim and Malak STILL..And Daisy too. My future familys falling apart...isn't it? "

Ryujin blinked at her, frowning. Yeah, he still didn't want to see his sweet little girl so grown up! It wasn't easy on him. But, he soon stood, and walked out of the room to do what his wife suggested. He wouldn't admit that, but he did want her to be happy too, of course..

Phoenix was taken by surprise by the sudden hug her mother had given her. Though she did return the hug. This was such a strange feeling for her, she never had felt this way before.Two years ago she would be all over the idea of gifts and presents, then avoiding most of the people within the castle. Now, all she wanted was friends and family here together, not for gifts, just to be the family she seemed to look for so much.Phoenix listened to her mother speak, but only frowned a bit at that.She would have been more positive if she would stop losing her future kids to some sort of darkness or depression.
Sighing, Phoenix paused a moment, concentrating on someone. "..Riku.. If you and you're other friends want to come spend Christmas Eve with me, come to Serenity...If you're busy, well then you don't have to. " He just always seemed to be alone, really. So she thought it was best to invite him over. He was always so nice to her despite how rude she was to him.
It was to her surprise, that only seconds after she said that, that silver-haired keyblade welder appeared there at the otherside of her chair. "..That was quick? Hey, Riku..Uh..Merry Christmas? I guess..! " She gave him a small grin, gesturing over to the chair beside her so he would sit down. "Mother is getting everyone to prepare some feast or something.....yes, youre not good at hiding things mother.." This only caused Seren to laugh softly, and nod a greeting to Riku.
