 Avery laughs softly, "Normally I'd take that answer, but considering I turned and saw you looking at me then asked if there was something wrong... I'm pretty sure you were caught." She giggles lightly before eyeing him suspiciously, "Perhaps you could tell me the truth now, Athero?" She smiles lightly.

The minute he said the second part, Avery blushed. She understood what he meant now, looking down with a red face she stutters. "I-I love you t-too."

Avery's eyes widened as she looked up quickly, she pulls him forward so that she could place a kiss on his lips before smiling. "Sorry? Hurt me? You shouldn't worry about either one of those. You have done nothing wrong." She tilts her head cutely at him as her eyes soften, "You have been nothing but patient and kind towards me. You have given me something I have not ever had before."

"i do have one request though...i know we have only been together for a little while but if i am going to be the childs father, will you marry me?" he asked leaning over the edge to pull a small box with a ring in it from his pants pocket

Gasping, Avery watched him with wide eyes. She quickly averted her gaze away from the box, flinching away from his as memories of her wedding day flashed through her mind once more. "Athero..." She bites her lip hesitantly.

"im sorry....i want to marry you i want you to be mine i want to be their father i love you for everything about you and i know i hurt you so dont say i didnt i can tell i have..." he said snapping the box close and tossing it to his pants as he looked at her "i will let you enjoy your time im sorry i have ruined it..." he started to rise from the water

Grabbing his hand, Avery pulled him down back into the water. She shakes her head and sighs, "Athero... If I say yes... You must swear to me you won't die... Promise me that..." She requested, not rising her gaze to meet his as she continued to keep her head bowed. "I wish for the wedding to be cheerful... Not... Not like before... Okay?"

"i cannot my dear" he smiled a little at her "i will...be forever this way" he said a hint of sadness he couldnt grow with her but his feelings would never change "i will allways love you avery" he said carressing her cheek a little

Avery welcomed his touch as she relaxed her head into his carress with a smile, "I love you too, Athero." She twitched at the sad sound in his voice, so she eyes him worriedly, "Is there something wrong?"

Avery watched him with a sad expression, she really didn't want to leave him alone. He was alone most of his life. Tilting her head, she took his hand in hers with a soft look in her eyes, "You said there was a few ways to gain immortality without one losing theirself... Tell me what they are."
