Justin followed the others in. This plan was going well so far. He smiled behind his visor, waiting for a chance to get some action in this little adventure.

Shadow walked past cell door after cell door. They were metal, with a single glass window on them, to look in at the prisoners. They also had plates next to them, with numbers on it.
Shadow walked to cell 239. Infront of it was two robots.
"Odd. Usually there's just locks and alarms...." he mumbled to himself, and went to it. He stopped upon hearing Luna's voice from behind the door.
"I told you, I don't know where my father keeps our treasures. I didn't even know we had a place to keep them."
"Lier!" said a woman's voice. Luna screamed, indicating she was being tortured in some way.
Shadow's hands turned into fists. He was shaking from rage.
Tails covered his ears with his hands.
Knuckles put his arm around Rouge, holding her close, as if she would be in pain too if he didn't.

The screaming was murder to Justin. He was having A LOT of trouble restraining himself from smashing the robots and breaking the girl out. Again, he never met her, but he couldn't stand hearing people suffer. He looked at his HUD, cycling through the weapons on his suit.

"We'll see if you're ready to talk later." They all resumed their positions. Knuckles reluctantly removed his arm from around Rouge, Tails uncovered his ears, and Shadow(with much, much difficulty) relaxed his body. The door slid open, and out walked a middle-aged woman with shoulder-length brown hair, and a grey business suit. She nodded as a hello to Shadow and the others, then walked past them. The robots followed.
Shadow waited until the woman had left the prison to go to the door. It had relocked itself, but the alarms were disabled for now. A code had to be put into another device, and Shadow tapped it in. A click, indicating it was unlocked, and it slid open, like it had for the woman. Then he entered.
Inside was cold, dark, and completely metal.
"Who's there?" said Luna's voice. "You aren't that b***h. If you're a guy, don't even think about touching me!"
"Luna, it's me." Shadow felt the wall, and turned on the light switch.
Luna's eyes widened. "Shadow!" She shrieked, jumping to her feet and running over to him. She hugged him.
"Be quiet. Do you want to alert the whole base?" Shadow said. It was just then he realized how pale and frightened-looking Luna was. He put his arms around Luna, holding her close to him. "Let's get you out of here."

Justin looked out the door, making sure no one else was there to here Shadow say that. He then felt his stomach growl....at the WORST possible time! Maybe Tails was right about the snack compartment...

Shadow let go of Luna and led her out of the cell.
Sonic whistled at them, and grinned. "About time you lovebirds got out of there. I was starting to think you were having a make-out session.""
"Keep that up, and you won't be thinking anything for a long time." Shadow warned, pushing him aside(rather harshfully) as he walked past.
Luna smiled slightly. "Same old Shadow." She looked at Tails and raised her eyebrows. "Uhm, any particular reason your on all fours?"
"Shadow made me a pet fox as a disquise." Tails mumbled, looking at the ground.
Luna's smile grew a little, then followed Shadow.
"Ah, I remember when we got mocked, Knuckles." Rouge commented, walking after her.
Knuckles looked at Sonic. "And you wonder why we tease you about being with Amy." he smirked slightly.
"Hmph." Sonic pulled down his sunglasses. He and Knuckles left.

Justin almost chuckled a bit under his helmet. He held it in, however. If he blew his cover, the whole group would be royally screwed.

Shadow looked at Luna. "Are you all right?"
Luna nodded, glancing at him. "Yeah, just a little shaken as all." she said.
"I'm a little afraid to know, but what did they do to you?"
"Don't make me think about it." Luna said, looking ahead.
"So what's your big plan to get us out of here unoticed?" Rouge asked, changing the subject.
"Oh we'll be noticed. We'll be noticed bigtime." Shadow replied.
"Wait, so you make us sneak in here, just to blow our cover on the way out? How does that make sense?" Knuckles said in disbelief.
"I'm giving these bastards a proper goodbye." Shadow said, taking out of his pocket a small, thin rectangular object with a little blinking red light on it.

Justin smiled widely, even though no one could see it. "This means I get to test the laser cannon on this suit, right?" He asked Shadow, already knowing the answer. He just wanted to shoot something with it SO bad!

"Once the bombs go off, fire away." Shadow stopped infront of a wall, and strapped the explosive to the wall. "They're remote controlled, so we can take as long as we want getting out and kicking their asses."
"Too bad I dropped my hammer when that giant robot picked me up." Luna said, frowning. "Ah, well, I knew being taught kung fu would come in handy."

Justin smirked happily, accessing his HUD again, and selecting a laser icon. Then, out of the suit's right forearm came a large beam cannon. His smirk then became a grin, as his cannon kinda made him feel like Megatron. Old school Megatron, not the one from the live action flicks. Ah, the sick mind of a nerd in action is a beautiful thing.

"I'll meet you all in about a half hour. These bombs won't set themselves." Shadow turned to leave the prison.
"Wait, but would that be safe to split up?" Luna asked, grabbing his wrist to stop him going.
Shadow looked at her. "Luna, I've survived fighting a giant mutant lizard that was my prototype, fighting it again while it was infused with a space colony, and a fall from space. I think I can handle setting bombs in a base."
Luna smirked slightly. "Fine, be a smartass." She kissed him, then let go of his hand and pulled back. "Now go give those jerks what's coming to them."
Shadow smirked back, and walked out.
"Well now, if that wasn't a scene from a romance action movie, I don't know what is." Sonic commented, grinning.
"Says the man who's only kissed his mother." Knuckles said, rolling his eyes.
"That is NOT true." Sonic said indignantly, crossing his arms.
"You're right. You've also kissed a twelve-year-old stalker."

Justin kept his weapon ready, just in case he was forced to use it early. It's not really necessary to say he desperately wanted to use it. Well, mostly because I've already said it a bunch of times, in different forms of wording.

"Touchy." Sonic adjusted his shades. "I'm off." He went to the door.
"To where?" asked Tails, figuring it was safe to stand on two legs.
"Let's just say they should've put me in The Matrix." Sonic replied, closing the door behind him.
"Like he's getting all the fun." Knuckles muttered, following Sonic.
Rouge looked at Tails and Luna. "Tails, I'm counting on you to get Luna out of here safely, got it?"
Tails nodded.
"Good. Justin, you ready to kick some a**?"

Justin nodded happily, charging his cannon. "This is gonna be fun." He said, rushing after the others. His first real battle. This was gonna be extremely chaotic. JUST what he was hoping for.
