” Razlo Bluebilly?! Has anyone seen Razlo Bluebilly?” Yelled one of the main teachers at the academy as he was running through it. He seemed to be in a panic as he was looking for one of his newest students. This was the second student he would have to train and wanted to one day get a promotion, however would never since he had the epic luck of always getting the students who never bothered. ’First that girl Zed and now I have some punk who won’t even come? I might as well retire,’ He thought as leaned against one of the walls, catching his breath. He then looked up, hearing odd music. His gaze then turned towards a young male who seemed to playing an acoustic guitar. ” Do they even make those anymore?” The teacher muttered while walking over towards the student. He then noticed something else that was odd. The student was wearing what appeared to be old fashioned clothing. ”Uh,.. Are you Razlo Bluebilly?”
Razlo tipped his hat up to glance at the older male who was blocking his light. ”Yeah but let’s not rise a panic, just call me Kid.” He said only to return his attention back to playing the relic guitar.
”Okay, Kid. Well I am Mr. Makata and I am supposed to teach you how to fight. May I ask what race you are? It will help me train you more efficient.”
” Demon. He said without even looking up towards the older male. He didn’t seem to want to notice him nor did he really care.
”Well,… Okay. I’m going to first teach you a technique called “After Image”. It’s where you will be able to move so fast that after images will appear to the opponent. This is mostly useful while dodging or for countering an attack.” He explained while crossing his arms over his chest.”Now stand up and learn this you lazy kid.”
Kid rolled his eyes as he listened to the instructor. He already knew that his own personal speed was great however to move fast enough to leave an after image was something he lacked. Maybe this schooling would be good for him. He then placed his acoustic guitar down, laying it on the ground, and stood up. He was much taller than the older man, standing about 6’1 compared to the man, who he guessed was 5’7 or something near that.
”Okay, now I want you to first show me how fast you are. I want you to simply run a 40 yard dash and see how long it takes you. A normal teenager in great health is about 5.5 seconds.” He explained whiel pointing over towards the end of where 40 yards would be. He then walked over to the end and took out a stop watch. ”And go!”
Kid could only smirk when he heard the word ‘go’, forcing his body towards the end. His feet kicked up a large dust pile, giving the odd illusion of him disappearing. His body then appeared in front of the teacher with a grin on his face. ”Well, how’d I do?”
“4.3 seconds,” The teacher said with wide eyes.
” Guess I need to be faster. So this after image,..” He said with a pause, only to run the remaining steps in front of the older male, then forced his body to the left side, giving the appearance of two of himself being there. ”Dose it really work?” He asked while tipping his hat up, watching the older male’s expression.
”Sadly yes,..”The older man said, wondering if he should just retire now. These kids where enough trouble.
[611 / 600. After Image Complete.]
The teacher gave a light sigh as he wrote down the other male’s speed score. He then quickly gave the male a glance over, wondering how strong he was. Sure speed was a great thing to have but with a lack of power it seemed useless. ” Next I am going to teach you Power Up. It’s simply where you can increase your own power level to have an advantage in a battle. This can also let you suppress your own power to hide it.”
Kid nodded his head when hearing the older male speak. He was starting to enjoy this odd training. It certainly would help him to rob banks quicker. He then held both of his hands out to his side and gathered his power. Within a split second the color of his ki was out, being a blinding silver and light brown around his body. He showed little to no control over it.
“ Have you ever learned Ki black or Flight yet?”He asked, watching as the young male shook his head ‘no’. ” Hmm,… That explains a bit more. Well learn that next.” He said with a small sigh.
“Alright then.” Kid said while powering down.

"I hate traveling up hill uncle!!" Yelled KoKo a small pink Majin boy. "Well master this technique and maybe you won't have to! Why don't you work harder and we will see if your able to do it." Yelled Joko Koko's Nice, but overzealous uncle. His uncle had worked at West City Academy for years, and when it came time for his nephew to go there he knew he would be the one to train him. "Fine what's the technique? How do i do it?" Asked Koko. "I'll tell you when we get there, just hurry up! We want to get there before the mountain lions come out!" Said" Joko "Fine im hurrrying, its just soo tiring, whats the point in coming up this stupid mountain! Why counldn't you have taught me at Satan city!!" "Because this is a special technique, we need to be high up to use it" Said Joko "Here we can stop here, and try to fight some of these lions when they come up." 'Wait a second i thought you said we wanted to avoid the lions!" "Well your lazyness is causing us to fight them! Anyway its good training." "Alright fine wait theres some here they come!" A lion appeared in the distance, it attacked the young pink majin Koko. He jumped out of the way, but the lion kept coming, Joko pulled out his Katana, and attempted a slice, but the lion dodged, he tried again, but missed just barely. The lion tried to get him once again by jumping at him, but he got him this time, and stabbed him straight in the heart! "Ha what do you think of that!" "Nice job Koko!" Yelled his old instructor, "But lets see if you can master flight! "Just jump up in the air like this, and fly!" Said Joko Jumping in the air and building his chi agitating it to keep him in the air. "What?" "You mean like this?" Said koko jumping in the air and staying afloat for a few seconds. "No no no! Your doing it all wrong, agitate your chi like this, see and then force it out to make you hover." "Oh, ok so kinda like when they walked on water in Naruto?" Said KoKo "NO NO NO nothing like that this is real life!! Not some stupid fantasy show" Said Joko, "Now try it again" "Like this ok?: Koko tried again but only stayed up for a few minutes, after hours of trying and failing, he finally got it, his first lesson at the academy was complete. (Word count 430/300 For flight) "They call me Bushimodo, and i'm the best in the class." A tall man proclaimed, his beard appeared to tell the class he was 30 when in reality he was barely 18 years old. He had agiatated KoKo many times before, but this was the last straw. "Did you hear me runt? Whats the matter those little globs of goo you call your ears not big enough?" Yelled Bushimodo pushing KoKo. "Huh KoKo? Listen to me" Said Kushimodo pushing him again. "Listen, you big brute, i could flatten you in ten seconds, so why don't you just back off?" Replied with a snarl KoKo, "Oh really? Why don't we see then, lets go to the school arena, and see who's better!" Yelled Kushimodo "Ok deal lets go right now!"Replied KoKo with a yell.Koko, then hurried over to the arena with Kushimodo right behind. He picked his favorite side of the arena, the left side, and readied his fist. Kishimodo wasted no time and made the first attack a swift jab with his left fist, KoKo seamed to have underestimated him, the jab hit its target: KoKo's face. KoKo was dazed, for a bit but then came back, with a kick to Kushi's left side, but it was blocked, they exchanged blows for a couple minutes, but to no avail, they were too evenly matched. "Looks like im gonna have to rev it up, if this keeps up i won't have enough stamina, and i'll lose" KoKo thought to himself. "I gotta try to raise my power!" He tried to gather all the chi he could to his center. It worked! His aura grew, and he became more powerful then before! He could feel it coursing through his veins. "What....what did you do? Kushi Yelled "No matter i'll still beat you!" Kushi rushed KoKo, but KoKo was much too powerful now, he disappeared and took out Kushimodo with a swift punch in the stomach. (323/200 words power level now 4) "So whats my lesson now uncle?" Asked KoKo while walking to the open field part of West City Academy. "I'm going to show you how to shoot your ki out! Like a bullet." Replied his uncle. "Oh you mean like a Ki blast?!? Your finally going to teach me how to use a ki blast?" Exclaimed KoKo. "Yes, but it won't be easy, and you won't be allowed to use it except at your greatest need. The other students won't be learning this technique for another year, and i don't want you showing them that you've learned it ok." Said his Uncle "Fine, fine, so how do i do it? Huh? Tell me please!" Asked KoKo "Well first you need to train your fist and your spirit as one, you've powered up already right? You must do that first." Replied the uncle. "Oh ok! So like this." KoKo gathered all his energy inside him, as much as he could muster. His yellow aura grew, bigger and bigger. His uncle was astonished at the amount of power he had, but knew it wouldn't be enough. "Almost there! You must be more powerful bigger than that power up more! So much that you start to float" Yelled his uncle. KoKo tried again, making his power aura even bigger, the force of his power was so large, that it started to pick pebbles off the ground and cause them to revolve around him. "Almost come on you can do it KoKo! Just a little more." His uncle yelled again. KoKo gathered up as much power as he could muster, and let out a great roar. "Thats it there! Thats enough, now take that power, and put it into your fist, imagine it as a ball!" KoKo envisioned it, but couldn't get the ball to appear. There was too much raw power. He tried again, and again but couldn't get it. Finally he let out another roar! And gathered every ounce of power he could to his hand. Uhhhhh!!!! he yelled as a small yellow blast hit the rock, and created a cloud of smoke. As the smoke cleared, it was obvious he had not mastered the technique. The rock was not destroyed, and was barely dented, it had a whole in it about as big as a quarter. "Dang!" Yelled KoKo in frustration. "Is that really the best you have?" Asked his Uncle. "Shut up uncle!!" Yelled KoKo. This is alot harder than you think!" "Oh really?" His uncle said, and at that very moment he walked over to the same rock KoKo tried to destroy. He gathered his ki in his hand and blasted the rock into a million pieces. "It's pretty easy to me" said his uncle with a smirk. "Oh really! I can do a thousand times better" Replied KoKo. Then he once again gathered all his Chi/Ki in his hand and shot a rock this time making a bigger whole about the size of a basketball. "There you go! Try again, this time with more zeal" Said his uncle.KoKo tried again, this time destroying the rock. He practiced for hours more until he finally had the technique down.(words used 529/400 for ki blast) After some time passed, Joko, KoKo's uncle, decided to teach him a new technique. The technique of energy shield. "Alright KoKo, now that you have this technique down, i've got another one for you to try. It's called the energy shield, and it's used to defend against the ki blast. Ok any questions? No, good ok now i want you to shoot a ki blast at me." "shoot a ki blast? at you ohh this will be fun" Thought KoKo. Koko quickly gathered all his ki in his hand and shot it at his uncle, the ki was it immediately bounced off him and went in the opposite direction. "See boy? Thats what's called a ki shield. You use it by gathering your ki around your body, and making it stay around there. Kind of like powering up, but you keep the the power outside you, not inside you. You want to keep the ki around you soo you can deflect attacks. It's a fairly simple concept. Alright, so i am going to shoot a low level ki blast at you, and i want you to block it with your ki." Explained his uncle. "Ok sounds good to me, go ahead and shoot that blast, i will deflect it easy" Replied KoKo. His uncle wasted no time shooting at him, he shot two swift blast at KoKo, unfortunately they hit there mark. KoKo's shield failed. "Ouch!" KoKo yelled as the ki blast hit him. "i thought i gathered all my ki whats the problem!" he thought to himself as he braced for another volley of ki from his uncle. "You're not keeping your ki on the outside long enough! You need to keep it outside and around you so you can deflect the blast. Here try again i'll shoot another volley." Exclaimed his uncle as he shot a second volley of ki at his nephew. This time one bounced off but the other hit its mark. "Come on you got this, just try one more time." His uncle proclaimed, while he shot another blast. This time they all bounced off. "Good Job KoKo." Said his uncle. "But now you must learn how to use this to fight a stronger opponent. It's useless to know this technique and not know how to put the proper amount of ki into it." "Wait, what do you mean uncle? I don't understand." "Ok so you deflected my ki blast just a second ago right? But they were weak blast and you need to use more Ki to deflect more powerful blast. Like those blast had approximately a power level of 2, but what if you're fighting someone with a power level of 3 or even 4? Then they would go straight through your shield. So you need to put more ki out to block more powerful blast. It's a fairly simple concept. Ok i want you to try it out, i'll shoot a level 3 blast, block it, and you're training will be complete." His uncle explained, then shot several blast at KoKo, all of which were blocked by KoKo with the energy shield. Astonished his uncle said "Ok then. . .looks like you have this technique down, i guess where done for the day." And they went back to West City Academy with two new techniques under there belts. (556/400 words for energy shield) im assuming i can use my excess words for other techniques, since that's what was stated, so i am using them to have him learn ki sense (i had 382 excess words) "Well, well. It seams today could be your final day of training, KoKo." Said his Uncle, Bajoko, with a tear in his eye. "I'm sad to see you go, but i'm proud that you have made it this far." "You're life, as it is, is going to change, when you go into the wide world of martial arts, you're going to have to learn techniques on your own. I won't be there for you anymore. I may appear every now and then, but don't expect to see me offen." "I expect you to become the strongest warrior in the universe, maybe even stronger then the great Majin Buu himself, you never know." His Uncle explained. "Come on Uncle, don't get soo sentimental, i will become powerful and then i will seek you out! And show you my power! You will be soo proud of me! I promise. So what's this final technique? What's it called?" Asked KoKo. "It's called the After Image technique it's a way of harnessing your Ki power to make you move super fast. So fast it looks as if your teleporting." First things first, you need to power up, like you did before. Alright, try powering up now." Said his uncle. Without a word more, KoKo quickly turned up his power as high as he could get it. His yellow aura caused rocks, and plants to rise off the ground and revolve around him. A small crater appeared in the ground where he was standing. "Ok uncle, im power up now what?" He asked. "Now that you're powered up you need to harness your ki for the power of flight. I want you to lift yourself off the ground." Hist uncle explained. At that moment, Koko started to lift off the ground building his Ki to get the lift he needed. After he started to get high up in the sky, his uncle explained to him the nature of the technique "Basically you need to fly at super speed" he said, "It's almost like instantaneous transmission, you're going to want to move as fast as possible. To master this technique." Ok i'll demonstrate" He said as he disappeared into the distance, and around the sky. He appeared right next to KoKo, leaving KoKo speechless. "That's the technique? It's....Amazing, i want to try it. So move fast like this?" He said as he flew around, he flew as fast as he could then, attempted the After image. It worked, but he only moved for about a foot. Not good by his standards. He tried the technique again, but to no avail. After trying the technique all day, he decided it was time to turn in for the night. He returned to the Academy that night, but couldn't get to sleep. He returned to the field, training all night, and all that day. After, hours and hours, and days and days of attempting this complex technique, he couldn't get it. His uncle came to comfort him on the second week of his training. "Hey KoKo, How goes the technique?" "Not so good no matter how i try i can't seam to get it down. I can't teleport anymore than twenty feet!" KoKo replied with frustration. "Are you sure? Have you been visualizing where you want to move too? That's the secret try it again. I'm sure you will get it this time." KoKo tried again, and again and again, but he still couldn't get it. He tried for hours, but on the fourth hour he got it. He teleported over one hundred feet. (after image 595/600 (i have some extra words saved up)

"Where is that idiot now," Mr. Makata said as he walked threw the hallways of the training school. He had been spending a few hours trying to find The Kid, however had no luck. He really shouldn't have let the boy run out to use the bathroom. ' Why would I let a slacker like him get out of my sight? How troublesome,..' He thought as he continued to walk down the hallways. He then threw open another class room door, seeing no one inside. "Sigh,.." The male started to give up, making his way to the teachers lounge. When opening the door the man could hear the tv on, making him guess that there where others here. He then looked around the room and his eyes grew wide. There sitting in front of the television was the young demon boy, watching the tournament. " Mr Bluebilly where the hell have you been?!"
" Names Kid, remember." He said without turning away from the television. " And I did use the bathroom but then I saw that the tournament was on and I thought this would help me learn aboyt who is in the world. Give me motivation to learn to fight, ya know?" He asked while glancing back at the man.
The teacher gave a defeated sigh as he made his way to his desk, and sat on top of it. " Kid you have to learn how to use flight. At least learn it while watching the television."
" Deal. Tell me what to do."
' Simply gather your ki threw out your body and believe yourself to be light as a feather." The teacher said, trying to explain it in a way for the male too understand.
" Sounds fine to me," The younger male then closed his eyes as he gathered ki threw out his body. Within a slit second the male's body was levitating in the air, staying in the same sitting position as before. "Too easy,... Now lets watch more of this, eh?" [ 369 / 300 Flight complete!]

Dan had been sleeping on the streets for the duration of hi stay in the city. Always trying to stay as concealed and secretive as possible, he tucked himself away in any place necessary, from storm drains to back alley dumpsters. By a stroke of fortune, on his third miserable day hiding from the denizens of the city, he found assorted clothes which he was able to reshape into a suitable outfit to cover his conspicuous form. Covered from head to toe in dingy brown rags, he left only a small area open for a single eye to peek through to the outside world. Now, he thought to himself, he was ready to face the Academy. Ever since he had awakened in that grimy hole, he longed to regain even a shadow of his former power, and all signs pointed to this veritable cornucopia of new beginnings as the place he needed to be.
The buzz of fluorescent lighting was now carving its way into Dan's brain, as he and several other potential students awaited the appearance of an instructor or some authority figure. Dan sat upon multiple phone books at his desk, swaddled in his robes. A fat, squat little dog sat across the room, staring blankly at Dan, who glared back, desperately trying to see if he could still kill from afar. The death stare was soon interrupted by the classroom door slamming open and a tall, lanky human with a beak of a nose waltzing in. He walked just behind the desk at the front of the room, spun quickly around to face the class, and peered intently at each of them. Nobody said a word. The fat little dog had stopped staring. This silence went on until one Namek in the back coughed. "You." the man snapped and pointed his finger at the cougher. The young Namek, still holding a fist to his mouth, looked like he was about to choke. "Y-yes?" he sputtered. "Get out of here. Now." the man uttered these words with such and icy demeanor, the Namek didn't even bother to argue. He simply expressed his total exasperation through a series of sorrowful facial expressions and weak, wordless protests as he shamefully exited the room. Dan was little more than unimpressed, but the tightening of the other students' sphincters was almost audible. "Now," the man straightened up and scanned the room once more. "Everyone except you, you, you, and you. Leave." he swiftly pointed to four people, two of which happened to be Dan and the fat dog. Complete silence followed the rejected students out and the man slammed the door behind them. "Uhm... Instructor?" A human to Dan's left raised a quivering hand. The man didn't seem to be paying attention, as he stared out of a window. The human spoke up again, "Mr. Instructor?" The man shook his head and turned to the room. "What? Oh, I'm not a teacher." His gaze locked to a nearby vacated desk. "No... Well, have a nice day." The mysterious human left, throwing the remaining four into complete bewilderment.
"Small class we have this week, eh?" Mr. Toriyama, the true instructor commented as he led the class of now four students in a short warm-up jog. None of them said a word. "You sure you'll be okay running under all those layers, Mr...?" He gestured to Dan. "My name is Dan, and I'm fine." Dan was sweating like a pig dying of heat stroke, but he was completely unwilling to expose himself so early on. "Suit yourself, but this is only going to get harder." Toriyama shrugged and took off in a sprint. "Lesson one, if you're fast enough to keep up with me for five minutes straight, you can move on." He was fast. Insanely fast, even for a human, as he quickly ran around the campus and lapped the soon exhausted group in a matter of minutes.
By the end of the week, the two human students had proved unable to keep up with Mr. Toriyama's intensive training, and dropped out in shame. Surprisingly, the fat little dog had managed to stay in the game and even become worthy competition for Dan. The two never shared words, and rarely acknowledged one another. "Well, I must say I'm impressed by you two." Mr. Toriyama beamed at Dan and the fat dog. "You've adapted to my demanding physical requirements quite nicely. I think we're about done here for today. Go on home to practice, and I'll see you next Monday." Dan and the fat dog bowed, proceeding to go their separate ways.
"Gah, I hate that lard-a** dog!" Dan stood in the alley he had been sleeping in, kicking a trash can. "He's such a piece of trash! He doesn't deserve to be at the same level as me! I'm better than him! I wish I could just get the chance to throttle him!" A crashing sound came from behind Dan, and a trash can rolled towards him. Wheeling around to see the cause of the commotion, Dan saw the fat dog. "Wish granted, freak." the dog grinned. Dan stood fast, glaring at the furry b*****d. "What do you think you're doing here? Did you follow me?" The dog laughed mockingly. "You idiot, I've been following you for days. I just decided to make myself known. However, I think you should be more concerned with the fact that I know what you are." Dan's heart raced for a second, and fear shot through him, only to be quieted with the knowledge that this weak mammal must be lying. "Oh, really?" He maintained a cool demeanor. "Just what do you think I am?" The fat dog walked right up to Dan and bowed up to him. "You're an android." he declared smugly. Surprised by the dog not being entirely retarded, Dan rolled his eyes. "Yes, and from what I understand that isn't terribly uncommon nowadays. What of it, you hairy ********?" A flash of hatred crossed the canine face before he returned to the smug confidence with which he had started. "Oh, you'd like me to think you're just an ordinary android, but I know you're different. You're like the one that almost destroyed Earth years ago. You're like Ce-"
"NEVER COMPARE ME TO HIM!" Dan shrieked into the terrified face of the dog as his throat was encased by Dan's clenched hand. The dog was trying to scream, but his pharynx was entirely closed off by the enraged Dan. Without realizing it, Dan's tail had extended from under his robes and was hovering just over his shoulder, ready to strike. This only caused the dog to struggle frantically, face frozen in terror. "You will never tell anyone." Dan whispered, as the dog tried desperately to nod in agreement. With those words, his tail came crashing down into the sternum of the dog, and began absorbing his energy. Dan got one last look at his pleading, horrified eyes before his body was entirely gone. "I feel..." Dan flexed his hands, staring at them. "AMAZING! I've never felt so full of power! This is brilliant!" Quickly snapping out of this power high, Dan retracted his tail and stowed the leftover clothing in a nearby dumpster. With this new source of energy, he knew he would be ready for anything brought his way.

After a few more hours of watching the tournament The Kid seemed to grow bored. He could only watch the tv for so long. He then started to crack his back, shifting his upper torso from side to side. ’Guess I’ll just wait until they show the last match for the winners. Honestly these fighters take way to long,… Why don’t they just reach for guns?’ He thought while glancing at the holders on his pants, which currently where holding his favorite flintlocks. He would never understand how people thought guns where for cowards. They were just so beautiful and perfect to be meant for cowards. Plus the way he shot them would definitely prove to people that one day they would see something more than hand crafted tools made by mankind. A smirk appeared on his face as he then sat up from the ground and stood up straight, patting down the dust from his pant legs. ”Too bad where not near the black hills,” He said as a grin appeared on his face.
” I don’t even want to know how a child your age even knows about that reference.” Said the teacher as his eyes narrowed. ” You weren’t even alive in 1953! The teacher yelled while pointing his index finger at the younger male. He was starting to get fairly pissed off at this odd boy.
” Doesn’t matter if I was alive or not. Everyone knows of it, at least anyone who is raised right.”He said with a light grin appearing on his face. He honestly loved the 50’s movies he found from the past along with its music. It might explain on why so many demons loved music. Maybe his kind singed musicals.”Hmm,… Then again seeing me sing Annie got your gun sounds very peculiar. Guess this old boy needs to learn new tricks.”
” Kid… I’m older then you. Stop acting like you’re from the bloody west!” The teacher yelled as he stared at the male before him. He couldn’t believe his luck. His fist student was a sarcastic bio android and now he had to deal with the guy who thought he was in the wrong time. ’ If time lords are real then please send him back to the 18th century… Take him out of here and away from me..‘ He thought as a few defeated tears appeared on his face. ”J-just… go practice running and increasing your speed…”He said with a defeated sigh. He knew that no matter what he could do nothing would help his current situation.
” Sounds good mate,” Kid said as he tipped his hat then started to stretch out his body. He didn’t want to pull his leg muscle or anything too bizarre to stop him from his full potential. He then started to tap his feet on the ground, getting them used to bending at a 90 degree angle. It helps to start off with a good kick off, which would start him at a higher steep then if he started running on the back of his heel. When he felt satisfied with how his body was feeling the male started to run. The body was already out of the classroom within a split second.
”….He may be an idiot but he is fairly fast.” The teacher muttered while waiting for him to return.
Within a few minuets the male had ran through the main hallways, around the school and was now finally approaching the classroom where he had first started. Oddly enough he noticed that the door had been shut, forcing his body to run through the door and smack right in to the ground. The poor male could only lay on the floor in pain, waiting for his teacher to say anything. "....."
[ 629 /600. +1 for speed.]
The teacher could only stare down at the male with a look as if saying ‘Sheer stupidity in my classroom’ However despite this the older male ended up bending down a bit and holding out his right hand. ” Listen we won’t all get it the first time and accidents happen. So let’s just stop the running and work on something a bit more for beginners. I know for a fact that you need to learn it to be a better fighter.” He said while watching the younger male grab his hand and helped lift him up. When standing next to the male he noticed a small height difference. The boy was three or four inches taller them him, making him feel fairly short now. ’ Then again people who are younger are starting to grow taller now a days,..’ He thought while taking a step back. ” I’m going to show you Ki sense. It’s where you will have the ability to sense someone no matter how far away they are.”
The younger male nodded his head ‘yes’ as he stood up, now listening to the teacher. His eyes seemed to narrow as a light grin appeared on his face when hearing what ki sense did. It would honestly help when he was robbing banks with the other demons. ” Sounds good friend but how does it exactly work?”
” I want you to think hard on anyone in the world. You have to mentally see their face and concentrate on it.” He explained while glancing away for a split second.
”Sounds easy.” Kid said as he then closed his eyes. The male started to run threw a list of people he knew well. He then started to think about his friend Vert, who happened to be another demon outlaw. He could see the male in his mind. Vert was a male with green hair and always had an angry expression gracing his face. As he thought of the appearance another image appeared in his mind. He could actually see where Very was. In the middle of the hot dessert, driving a huge car. ”… That will definitely come in hand” He said while reopening his eye and looking straight at the teacher.
”Well? Did you find the person you were thinking of?” He asked while raising an eyebrow.
”Sadly enough yes. My friend is in the dessert, a few miles south.”He said as a grin was placed on his face again.

” Why do I have a bad feeling about teaching you that technique,” The teacher said with a small sigh as he leaned against one of the desk with in the room. He could only stare at the male with a worried look, unsure of what he could do with this youth.
” Don’t worry educator, it’s not your problem how I use anything from your lessons. Just as long as you teach me things then you’re doing your trade. Once I am out of here then it will not be your trade to worry about me or any of your students.” He said as his grin turned in to a smile, closing his eyes to give that more creepy appearance. He then shook his head ‘no’ before turning his gaze away from the older male, now staring down at the floor.”So what will we be learning now teach*?” He asked while returning his gaze back to the older male, still keeping the smile on his face.
The teacher seemed to have a less amused facial expression when hearing his question. ” Next I will teach you something called Energy Shield. It’s a technique where you will simply create a shield to protect you from attacks with a shield made from your ki. I should warn you though, if you are not as strong as the opponent then the shield should fail to protect you to its full amount. It also depends how much ki is in their attack and how much your ki is. He explained while crossing his hands over his chest. “ To create this just gather your ki and force it to come out in front of you.”
The Kid nodded his head when hearing his teacher. He then took a short breath, wanting to relax his body. Within a few seconds the male started to gather up his ki and brought it form his body to the front of his torso. As time passed the ki was now protection his whole body however since he was still fairly week then the shield was week as well. If someone did attack him at this point then it would have done nothing.
” Good,.. Just don’t use it unless your stronger… Way stronger. Of if you’re fighting a five year old..” The teacher said with a small sigh.
” Can do.” The younger male said he powered down the ki and forced the shield to disappear.

Finally the first day of the rest of Oboe's life would commence. The young but tall Namekian had finally arrived at the West City Academy after a long travel. He didn't know what to expect from the training or the academy itself, but he knew that with his potential that he'd be welcome. Oboe's undeniable natural strength was one of his greatest assets and he'd planned on pushing himself to an even higher level. But as any man, Namekian, or living being with control over the flow of their ki knew how to perform such feats unimaginable by some and dreamed of by others, Oboe had to learn that much and more. The Namekian didn't know what was in store for him, but he was more ready than he could ever be. The beginning years of his life were spent with physical training, self-training, and through this did Oboe discover his ki energy. He developed the technique he deemed the "Chromatic Clamor"; one he'd intended to develop even further with the help of the academy.
So Oboe arrived. He knew he was being expected, but he hadn't planned on getting to training right away. Even so, the Namekian was ready for absolutely anything. If his trainer wanted to fight in a battle to the death right off the bat, Oboe would be dressed to impress in an instant. "I'm going to be your trainer." Oboe heard just as he stepped through the doors of the academy. First he felt excitement and then utter dismay. The worst had happened. His trainer was... human. Oboe scoffed, knowing only he could be so unlucky. But he didn't dare underestimate the man and he didn't feel prejudice toward humans. He'd only wanted someone more than human, maybe someone like himself, so that he'd been able to get taught abilities that only a Namekian can perform. Apparently Oboe would be forced to settle for the basics. "So when does the training begin?" Oboe questioned, debuting his low, thick, and somewhat raspy voice. He peered up from beneath his antennae, his eyes focused and showing his preparation. It was a dramatic little pose, but Oboe hadn't realized it. He tended to strike dramatic poses a lot and not realize it, but when he did notice he'd often try to cover it up in embarrassment.
The trainer was around six feet tall, about four to six inches shorter than Oboe. He wore tight black undershirt, a tan gi, a dark blue belt, and his hair was spiky and dark reddish brown in color. Lastly Oboe noticed his hands which Oboe also found curious as to their position. The trainer had his left hand on his hip and the other... flat-palmed, pointing at Oboe? Anyway, his hands were in white gloves. They seemed to have a dark purple trim and- aghhhhhh! "What in the hell are you doing!?" Oboe shouted as he dove to the side. His trainer had blasted ki right at the feet of where Oboe had been standing. But his trainer hadn't so much as apologized or explained himself. He put a hand to his chin as if to think. "Darn. I was hoping he was one of those prodigal types." He said under his breath, but Oboe could hear him. "Prodigal types? What are you talking about?" Oboe was still a little worked up, so his words came out almost in a shout. "Yeah, you know. A Half-Saiyan came in here for training once so I shot at his feet. He didn't know how to fly, but right then and there he immediately learned and he could ever since." The trainer smiled dumbly, turning his head to the side. "Nice to meet you. The name's Yorion." Oboe sighed at the man's enthusiasm. "Oboe." The Namekian said softly. Then, under his breath, "This is going be a long couple of days..."

"First up... flight!" Cried Yorion in an over-dramatic manner, pointing his right hand high above his head. Oboe stood still, arms crossed, waiting for any orders his trainer might have of him. And waiting. And still waiting. Finally Yorion snapped out of it. "Oh, right. Flight. Now the reason I am putting flight first and before anything else is this: anything else I might be able to teach you can be learned both on the ground and in the air." He began, spun around and closed his eyes, then took a breath. "Flight takes careful concentration of your ki. However, once you've found your "sweet spot", you'll pretty much know how to fly forever. The process of finding it can be seconds for some, days for others, and even forever for those unfortunate enough. One of the first steps to taking flight is to-" "Done." Yorion spun around. Oboe was hovering in the air, legs crossed and hands on his knees. He faced Yorion with a blank stare, then let his feet slowly fall to the floor. "Did you already know how...?" Yorion questioned, a brow raised. "No. But I do now." Oboe replied, and Yorion continued to stare in wonderment. "Well, okay then. Next up I'll be teaching you how to fire blasts of ki energy from your hands." Yorion said in just as confident a tone as when he'd been explaining flight. "See those dummies over in the corner of the room? I want you to aim your palm at one of them like so." Yorion raised his arm and took aim. Blue swirling energy gathered into Yorion's palm before it formed an orb that flew at a tremendous speed toward the dummy in the distance. Upon collision, a small explosion could be heard and a cloud of smoke formed around where the dummy had been. "If you can fly, then this shouldn't be that much harder for you. But if this proves to carry some difficulty for you, I can teach you through meditation." "Don't worry about it." Oboe said as he raised his arm and pointed four fingers straight at the remaining dummy. Yorion crossed his arms and nodded at Oboe's originality in the way he aimed. "My guess is it's much more accurate this way." Oboe said, catching Yorion's gaze. "Now the final step and-..." It took a while for it to happen, but at least it did. Oboe felt a sensation of his ki energy flowing from the center of his body out to his arm and then his hand. Then, all at once, he gave a roar and let the energy loose. A yellow, boomerang-shaped blast of ki spun through the air and exploded on impact with the dummy. Oboe grinned, as did Yorion. Suddenly Yorion jumped. Oboe fired another ki blast toward the remains of the dummy with a roar. Then another. And another, and another, and another, and another. He fired a rapid succession of blasts until he was panting, but he caught his breath and turned toward his trainer with a small and confident grin. "What's next?"

Oboe stood awaiting his next order. Yorion stood before him, raising a finger into the air. "You have taken your lessons in stride so far, and it seems you may have had experience that enabled you to get through them so fast. Now I will have you caught up." Yorion grinned and took a breath. "I will be training you in two lessons at once. But before that, there are prerequisites." Oboe raised a brow in curiosity. "First you must learn to at least create an energy shield around your body using your ki. Then I will teach you to use it and maintain it." Yorion's smile unmoving, he aimed his hand forward. "Oh, not again." And Oboe leaped to the side as energy exploded in his place. Yorion frowned. "Still not prodigal." "Do you expect me to just up and become a "prodigy" out of nowhere!? Why can't you get it through your thick skull!? I may be a faster learner, but I'm not going to just learn this kinda stuff by-..." Oboe's voice just seemed to run on in the background as Yorion completely phased out and began to think to himself, whispering under his breath. "Hmmm. How can I teach this one to?" He tapped his chin. "I got it!" "- and you can't just starting shooting at me!" "Close your eyes." Yorion shouted over Oboe, cutting him short. Oboe blinked. "Uh... er." And the Namekian shut his eyes. Oboe didn't see what happened next; Yorion seemed to disappear and reappear behind Oboe with blinding speed. Again he disappeared and reappeared, now to the right of Oboe. He continued to do so in a counter-clockwise direction while speaking. "Now focus your ki and harness it to the point in your body where you feel it flows most freely. Then constrict the flow so that it doesn't leave you, but molds around you." Yorion continued to appear and disappear, circling Oboe at an incredibly fast pace. After noticing a flicker of yellow dance over Oboe's figure, Yorion quickly shouted. "Now feel out my energy and use the ki you harnessed against it!" The trainer shouted, picking up his pace and spinning around Oboe more rapidly. As he continued to spin, he arched an arm back and tossed a sphere of ki at Oboe. Suddenly Oboe's eyes opened and he pivoted, slapping the blast of ki away with his right arm. Yorion cut to a sudden halt and blinked as the blast collided and exploded against the academy wall in he distance. "Not exactly what I was looking for, but... well, at least you can sense ki. I suppose you got the hang of the energy shield as well, judging by that flickering." Oboe looked down at himself. Yellow energy licked around his body, and his success drew a smile. He raised his head to meet Yorion's gaze. "You really learn fast. There's just one lesson left. You ready?"

Streak Firefang opened his eyes staring at a place with a big sign stating, 'West City Academy.' He slowly approached it and saw the same man he last saw. "You!" Streak yelled at the man.
"Me," he replied. "Follow. I will train you. You will have alot of influence in this world and the next one too!"
Streak looked at him apprehensively. He took his staff, sword and knife and followed the man into the academy. He entered a spacious yellow room with a bed. "Put down your stuff. This will be your room until your training is complete."
"Whatever. What is your name?" Streak asked. He tossed his stuff onto the bed and waited for a response.
"The name is Pike. I know all about you so no need for an intro," Pike said to Streak.

Urufu Urufu walked up to the academy and stared at it with joy. He had come for more training, since he wanted to get stronger. 'I remember when I first came here,' he thought, thinking back. 'I was so weak back then.' He tilted his head backwards to look at the sky, having another flashback. FLASHBACK Urufu landed softly on the ground and looked around, his mother, Mizu, falling in next to him. He stared at the place in front of him sleepily. Urufu had been awoke at 6:00 to go training and was a little tired. Especially after that feast the night before. He sighed. "Why can't we just go in the school for training?" Urufu complained."It's just as good as this place." Mizu shook her head. "We'd go there if we were learning another sword trick," she explained. "We've come here for ki training." Urufu sighed. "But I already know how to use my ki," he complained again. "I should be working on my speed and strength." His mother didn't respond and walked inside. It was apparent she wouldn't be convinced no matter what he said. Urufu sighed again and then followed. The area was filled with people training. Some were inside and some were outside. All of them seemed incredibly strong. Most of them seemed stronger than him. Now he understood a little why his mother wanted him to train with him. Mizu led Urufu to an open area so they could train in peace. "First you will learn to raise and lower your ki," she said. "Focus your ki. Simple. Try it." Urufu sighed. He didn't want to admit it, but he would be pretty useless if he couldn't do that. Urufu then closed his eyes again, shutting out the world around him. Mizu poked him to make sure he was concentrating and he didn't even move. His red ki began to come out as he focused. Slowly, his power began to grow until it reached the maximum. He then loosened his focus and his power dropped like a rock, making his ki vanish. Urufu then opened his eyes and yawned. "Is that it?" he asked drowsily. Mizu shook her head and made a three with her hand. "Six left," she said. Urufu sighed again and Mizu continued. "Now we better teach you one of the most basic techniques," she said. "Flight. Just focus your ki into your feet and you'll push off the ground. Try it."Urufu scratched his head and closed his eyes again, focusing. He then jumped up and fell back down. Urufu sighed again and then closed his eyes, concentrating. "Take your time," Mizu continued. "It'll take a while." He shut his eyes tight and blocked out all the sounds around him, except for the wind. His eyes only saw darkness as he focused. Urufu's red ki came out again. Suddenly, he began rising from the ground. He then opened his eyes and let out a deep sigh of relief. Urufu then loosened his focus and slowly dropped down. He yawned again as his ki returned to normal. "What's next?" he asked as he wiped his eyes. Mizu then pointed outside. By now the outside had less people. She then led him out the back to another open area. "Your next lessons will require physical training," she said. "This is why we're outside. Plenty of room. Your first outside lessons will teach you how to feel out for other people's ki." Urufu sighed. "Why can't I just use a scooter like everyone else?" he wined. Mizu shook her head. "What happens if the scooter breaks?" she asked. "Then you'll be as good as blind. The only thing a scooter is good for is back-up." Urufu scratched his head. "So how do I do this?" he asked. Mizu simply smirked. "You'll have to find that out for yourself," she answered. She then put her hand to the side and a short tanto appeared in her hand. Urufu's drowsyness then evaporated, being replaced by battle sense. Before he could take out any weapon, his mother rushed toward him. He then jumped up, flipping over her as she aimed a slash his way. Urufu landed behind her and then took out a gun, aiming it at her head. Mizu simply smirked and then suddenly vanished. Urufu's eyes widened and he looked to and fro for his mother. He then realized that this was a test. This was planned. 'Guess I better feel out for her,' he thought. Urufu then closed his eyes and concentrated. He again blocked out everything and tried to feel out for her. His mind went blank as he focused. Suddenly, he started to feel a slight sensation. He then realized that he was feeling others ki signatures. Urufu kept scanning until he stooped on a nearby powerful ki signature. He then opened his eyes and turned around, firing a bullet. It then was suddenly cut in half. His mother then appeared in front of him. "Time we moved on," she said. Urufu scratched his head and sighed. By now his drowsiness had gone away. "Your next lesson will teach you how to let out your ki in offense," Mizu contiued. "You'll learn to fire your ki in a small ball of energy. It's much bigger and stronger than any of your bullets." Urufu smirked. "Oh really?" he asked, raising his gun. "We'll see." He then fired a lead bullet toward her head and Mizu simply raised her hand. Suddenly, a yellow orb appeared in her hand. She then aimed it at the bullet and fired. Without struggle, it shot through the bullet, obliterating it. Urufu quickly jumped out of the way and Mizu followed after him, taking out her tanto. He quickly fired a round of bullets her way, which she sliced through with ease. Mizu tried to stab him, but he put his hands on the top of the blade and pushed off, flipping over her. He then turned in the air and fired a rain of bullets at her again as he dropped back to the ground. Mizu swung her blade again and cut through all the bullets, charging his way. Urufu aimed another rain of bullets, but she kept cutting through them. He jumped back as she swung her blade in a downward slash, firing another round of bullets in a seemingly endless rain of lead. However, that was just how it seemed. Urufu's eyes widened when he pulled the trigger and nothing came out. He tried again and again and still nothing. 'Dammit!' he thought as he jumped out of the way of another attack. 'Time for back-up.' He then put his gun in one of his large pockets and took out a long crystal sword, charging at his mother. Their blades clashed forcefully as they got to close combat. Urufu then jumped back. 'Now's as good a time as any to try that attack,' he thought. He then closed his eyes and put out the image of his mother closing in. His arm still moved to block the attacks as he concentrated. He forced his energy into his hands to try to make the orb of ki. Urufu then opened his eyes and aimed his hands toward his incoming mother, firing a ki blast. A smirk then came onto Mizu face as she closed in. Suddenly, she cut the ki blast in half, to Urufu's wonder, and came at him again. He jumped back as she tried to hit him with another downward slash. Urufu then went on the offensive and charged toward his mother. "I don't get it," he said as his crystal blade met his mother's tanto. "If I learned the ki blast, why aren't we continuing?" They then both jumped back and the crossed blades again. "We are moving on," Mizu answered. "Next lesson, energy shield." She then swung her tanto and sent him sliding across the ground. "Unfortunately your on your own for this one!" she shouted as she came at him. Mizu then let loose a barrage of sword thrusts, which were incredibly hard to dodge. Urufu may have had a longer weapon, but his mothers relentless attacks made up for her short range. He kept dodging and blocking the attacks and tried to look for an opening. A smirk came onto his face when he finally saw it. He then twirled around her attack and swung his blade with all his strength, raising his ki to the max in the small attack. Urufu then knocked the weapon right out of his mother's hand. He then prepared to end the fight with a stab to the shoulder, but she then fired a ki blast at his sword, knocking it out his hand. "Guess this means hand to hand," Urufu said, reaching into his pocket. "For you though!" He then took out his gun, throwing it into the air. At a quick speed, Urufu then reached in his other pocket an took out a gun magazine and through it into his gun, catching it as it dropped down and aiming it at his mother. "Or did you forget that I have a gun too?" he asked. It was a good thing Urufu had brought three more magazines. "Enough talk," Mizu said, charging his way. "Let's go!" He fired another round of bullets, but his mother moved to fast to be hit. Urufu blocked a flying kick coming his way with his gun and pushed her off, firing more bullets toward her. She then fired a ki blast to get through and Urufu jumped back. He was about to shoot another rain of bullets when he saw that his mother had vanished. Urufu instinctively felt out for her ki signature and looked up to see a barrage of ki blast coming his way. His mouth fell open when he saw it. He knew that he was nowhere near fast enough to dodge it. 'Gotta try the energy shield?' he thought. Urufu then raised his ki and put his arms to the side, focusing his ki into his body and closing his eyes. They then shot open and a green ki shield came over him. A wide grin came on his face as he saw the ki blasts have no effect on him. When the smoke cleared, his mother was right in front of him, which made him break his concentration and let down the shield. He quickly jumped back and raised his weapon. "Don't worry," Mizu said. "I'm not attacking now." Urufu looked at her curiously, but did not move. "I just thought it best if we rest now," she continued, trying to reassure him. "We can continued the training another day." Urufu lowered his weapon, but still put his guard up. "You sure?" he asked curiously. His mother nodded and Urufu finally put his gun away. Mizu walked away and got her tanto and Urufu's crystal sword, tossing it to him. "What is the next lesson anyway?" Urufu asked as he put away he sheathed he put away his crystal blade. His mother then pointed to the sun, but said nothing. She only turned and flew away. "Wait up!" he shouted after her as he took flight. Urufu landed in front of the dojo and looked around. This time, his older sister, Natsu, had came with him for training. "Mom wanted me to train with you instead," she had explained. "Don't worry, though. Big Sister's just as good as mom." Urufu scratched his head and jumped onto the roof with Natsu. "Mom already told me what you two already covered," Natsu said as they went to the back. "So your next will be the all powerful Solar Flare. It's easy. Watch me and then you try. However, when you try, it'll be in a sparring match." Urufu sighed again and Natsu then flew up, standing in front of the sun. She then put one hand on each side of her face with each finger stretched apart. "Solar Flare!" Suddenly, a blinding white light came out, hurting Urufu's eyes. "I'm blind!" he shouted as he wiped his eyes to try to get vision back. He then finally opened them and saw an energy beam coming his way. It was being fired from Natsu's finger. 'Finger Beam!' he thought, jumping out the way. 'I haven't learned that yet. I don't even think I want to.' He then looked up to see his sister firing a rain of bullets toward him. She had pulled out her gun, which looked exactly like Urufu's, and was firing continuously. Urufu quickly took out his gun and fired a rain of bullets her way, firing ki blasts to destroy those aimed at him. They got closer as they continued to fire. Eventually, they had gun aimed at each others head. However, they were each out of bullets, so it was useless. They then both jumped back and took out their crystal swords, crossing blades. 'Now's my chance,' he thought as he flipped over Natsu. He then flew into the air and stopped in front of the sun. Urufu got into the same position Natsu had been in. "SOLAR FLARE!" he shouted as his sister closed in. Immediately, the blinding light came out. He smirked and charged at her with sword in hand. However, to his surprise, she blocked the attack. Her eyes then opened slowly. "Here's some good info," she said, pushing him away and charging toward him. "THE SOLAR FLARE'S USELESS IF YOUR OPPONENT SHUTS THEIR EYES OR EVEN BLOCKS THEM!" Urufu then gasped as he felt a sudden stabbing pain. He winced at the feeling. Blood dripped down and formed a small puddle under him. He had been stabbed in the shoulder. His sister lifted him up using her weapon as an arm. She then put a finger to his other shoulder and fired a finger energy beam right through it. He closed his eyes in pain. "Keep your guard up," Natsu said. "Next time, this could be an actual enemy." She then kicked him away to remove him from the blade, making him leave a trail of blood as he slid across the ground. He struggles to stand and began panting. "Dammit!" he shouted, charging at his sister. She quickly kicked him away, making him slide across the ground again. He staggered and picked up his crystal blade. Urufu flinched when he realized that he was getting angry. That was something a swordsman couldn't do in a fight. He took a deep breath and then concentrated. Urufu was forgetting all he had learned. He remembered that he had to keep his composure in a fight. 'Now might be the best time to use the Battou-Jutsu,' he thought. He then sheathed his sword and suddenly attacked Natsu with his weapon. However, he didn't appear to have did anything but sheath his sword. Yet, Natsu's weapon then flew out of her hand as the proof. Before she could get to it, he blasted her with a ki blast. Urufu then froze when he saw that the blast went right through Natsu. He turned around to see her coming his way. "Final lesson!" she said, aiming a flying spinning kick his way. "Afterimage Fist." He blocked the attack with his hand and flipped her over, aiming a flurry of sword slashes. She surprisingly was able to dodge them all at great speed and Urufu jumped back, firing a ki blast her way. However, Natsu deflected it right back at him, hitting him in the forehead like man incoming soccer ball. He fell to the ground and rubbed his head. Urufu quickly rolled over as Natsu tried an aerial stomp. He flipped over and kicked her away, sending her sliding across the floor. Urufu then let his ki spike, preparing to use his sister's technique. He then moved at high speed and got behind Natsu. His sister instead hit an Afterimage of him. Urufu then stabbed her in her shoulder, raising her like she had done. "Guess this means I'm done here," he said. Natsu then suddenly vanished, reappearing behind Urufu. "Yes you are," she said, spooking Urufu. "Now we can get out of here." Urufu nodded and then followed her out. Chapter 1: Going Solo
The West City Academy has always been a home to warriors who stood out from the rest of the pack. Warriors who were just a little better when it came to their offensive tactics, defensive tactics, agility and their chi powers. One warriors who was a perfect example of this is the mighty Reiko Seldab. The platinum haired warrior showed amazing performance when he was in the Xim academy. However that performance was on the same grade as the rest of the students that were gifted enough to train there. In other words he did not stand out from the pack. With more training however the percentage of students that were in the same category of performance as Reiko and vice-versa crashed down to where only one person was right with him; his equal. That man was Dimitri. After Dimitri's expulsion from the Academy and Reiko's graduation, that was when things begin to play out for the Academy. The events that were going to take place afterwards was designed to shape Reiko into the student that was ready to take his next step into the West City Academy.
At the moment it would seem that Reiko would be at peace. Training and pushing his body to the limit with the only motivation running through his veins was to surpass Dimitri changed. Now he trains to have a better physical and mental lifespan and to become one of the greatest sword masters of all time. To be forever mentioned in the same category as some of the best sword masters. Or possibly mentioned in the same category as the sword masters that walked the earth during the Cryptic Wars. However Dimitri was still alive and his motivation has changed as well. Instead of training to surpass his former peer Reiko Seldab(he already was at the moment), he decided to go back to the place that started it all for him. Once he was powerful enough, he traveled back to the Xim Academy and as a one-man army, defeated the ones that were responsible for his termination. Anyone that stood in his way would be easily defeated as well. With the academy's elite leaders dead, everyone else was lost. The teachers as helpful as they were did not have the skills needed to run the entire academy. And with Dimitri's unexpected arrival and unexpected victory, they were certain that they were going to be next. That was when Dimitri came up with a marvelous idea. One that would truly show everyone else just how far he came after he was banned from the Academy. He declared himself the new Grandmaster of the Xim Academy.
It was here that the journey of another student, or former teacher of the Xim Academy was going to be changed forever. That teacher was named Nina yenosa. She was a student just like Reiko Seldab and trained with him through most of his years. She along with Reiko got to witness the punishment of Dimitri and was one of the few chosen to be part of the Elite Xim class; right with Reiko. To explain the Elite class of the Xim academy was similar to the classes that worked in junior high, high school and colleges across the globe. If the Xim academy was regular classes, then the Elite was the honor roll classes. Only a certain percentage was able to become part of the Elite class. Instead of book smarts the teachers and the council was looking for improvements in the body and their performance. After graduation the majority of the students went separate ways. Nina on the other hand did not want to leave and wanted to give back to the Academy. They gave her so much and Nina thought it would be the only right thing if she could deliver in return. So she applied to be one of the teachers at the Xim Academy.
The council members did not need to see a demonstration of Nina's powers to decide whether or not she made the cut to be a teacher. The second she asked to be on the team as a teacher for the Xim academy her wish was granted. During her two-year run she was considered one of the best teachers at the Xim Academy. She was able to tap into the potential of many students who could not see themselves as being more than average or who did not have the motivation. Nina was even able to increase the number of students that got accepted into the Elite division of the Xim Academy. At the rate she was delivering knowledge to her students and unleashing their true strength, she was talked among the council numerous times. Most of the conversations involved them making her part of the council, the highest degree of command at the Xim Academy. Being part of this branch guaranteed Nina a spot in becoming legendary. That all changed when a familiar face showed up: Dimitri.
He took matters into his own hands and eradicated the council the day he arrived. Declaring himself the grandmaster of the Xim Academy, the teacher did not know what came next. Was he going to exterminate them as well and rebuild the staff with his own hands or did he allow mercy? The answer was both; anyone that decided to fight against Dimitri was erased from existence while he allowed the teachers and students who were still alive mercy. Nina saw everything she needed to see to convince herself that attacking Dimitri was not the best idea. Making a break for it seemed out of the question as well. So as a result Nina stayed and instead, slowly made her way towards disappearing from the Academy. It was successful but she felt as if Dimitri knew of her plan to leave.
After two years of having her life back and training outside any sort of Academy, she got a mysterious invite to train at the West City Academy. At first she declined but after she was told that it was an Academy outside of her home, where Dimitri didn't have eyes at, Nina quickly accepted and packed her bags. After 3 nights and 3 days, she stood outside of the Academy waiting for her teacher that gave a request to teach Nina the ways of the West City Academy. However a sudden illness took over the body of Nina’s teacher and a substitute was sent out to tell her the news. She was afraid at first but relieved when she heard that she was still a student here but she wouldn’t be able to learn for a few days, or weeks. Unsatisfied with that amount of wasted time Nina decided to do something only a few students have done; she requested the curriculum to study it. If her teacher was going to be out for who knows how long, she still needed to be on top of her training, which would begin the next day. The substitute agreed with Nina given the circumstances and went to go talk to his superior while she went to go settle in her new dorm. Minutes later a portfolio was slid underneath her door that contained all of the techniques she needed to learn in order to know the basics and to survive out here in these parts; along with other things such as maps, etc. She took a small look over them, skimming through the pages for a few seconds before she placed it on her table. Tomorrow she could break each technique down for herself but right now she needed rest.words=1,259

The next day started a bit earlier for Nina Yenosa. She figured that since she just started her journey here at West City Academy with no teacher, questions were going to be raised. Yes, the substitute from last night delivered her the techniques that she needed to learn but she didn't want to be bothered by any teachers who may not believe her word. That was not saying she did not want a teacher after she heard the news on her own. It was just that with the curriculum in her hands she was her own teacher. She would be able to start her training whenever she wished like any other warrior but with the curriculum in her possession Nina Yenosa had a jump start; while the other students were forced to start from the beginning. She could design her training program however she wished. If the Saiyan wanted to start off with more difficult techniques followed by basic ones that was possible; without any teacher harassing her over it. The saiyan blood that she was not aware of yet was also running through her veins. As a result the training would most likely come easier for her. Techniques that left the platinum haired warrior dazed and exhausted should only leave Nina with minimal side effects.
It was hours before the sun would rise where Nina stood on the West City Academy skimming through the portfolio one last time before she would begin her training. It was still dark and the majority of the students and teachers were still asleep. The only ones who weren’t up were those who were on guard duty or students who had the same mindset similar to Nina; getting training out of the way early as possible to have the rest of the day to themselves. Or to get a better grasp on a technique so when it was time to perform it to the teacher there was a better chance of pulling it off. Nina of course didn’t have to worry about that. The portfolio was placed a few feet away from her before she began to do a light quick warm-up of static stretching. The first move she was going to do was the Ki blast. She gave props to the writer for putting a lot of detail into the moves that were listed; especially Ki energy. From what was written, it seemed similar to her infamous Spirit Sword technique.
The technique was first revealed by perhaps the strongest Z-warrior during the Goku and Vegeta era: Vegito. He used it against the strongest majin known to man called Buu; others called him super buu because of the transformations he went through before fighting Vegito. If it was not for Buu’s spectacular ability to regenerate from his entire body, the spirit sword would have annihilated Buu instantly. It is similar to an energy blade only the spirit sword can grow to become much longer to take on foes who kept their distance. Those who preferred short quarters posed no problem at all for the spirit sword could go shorter. The best thing about the Spirit Sword once activated was that it didn’t require anymore energy usage. Once Nina activated her blade she did not need to sacrifice more energy in order to keep it alive, or increase the length of the blade.
As mentioned before her saiyan blood flowing throughout her body would giver her advantage through her training. She would find out that a Ki blast was right up the alley of her spirit sword technique. Nina followed the directions given to her in the portfolio and extended out her left arm. Instead of forming the blade that she loved so much, this time she was going to transfer her Ki energy into her palm and form it into a sphere. The second she engaged in the act the feeling felt too familiar for her. In the back of her mind she knew that this was going to be easy; well at least the first technique she did was going to be easy. And in just a matter of seconds, beating the time it took the platinum haired warrior to form a Ki sphere, Nina eyes glowed in excitement as she witnessed the birth of her first Ki sphere. The color of her Ki was what made the technique so appealing to the eye whether he or she was a half saiyan, namek, makyan, human, humanoid, etc. The color of the Ki sphere was in a constant flux of all sorts of colors. It was like watching fireworks. The steps needed to activate the firework was always the same. It was when the fireworks were ignited did it brighten the eyes of everyone watching, as if it was their first time witnessing them. One second it was crimson red, the next second it was magenta, followed by teal and goldenrod, jade, dark blue, light green, viridian, the list went on and on. It was not wise to try and find a pattern for her Ki must have developed a mind of its own; changing its colors to where a pattern was damn near impossible. Then again there may be a pattern somewhere but the average mind would not have an easy time deciphering it.
“Marvelous. The start up process it’s similar to my spirit sword. So this is what Ki is…..”
She dismissed her Ki sphere after one show. Nina was confident that she could engage in the start up process to activate it once more. After all it was almost similar to the spirit sword only instead of a sword it was a sphere. A proper lecture that was short and concise would have be good for Nina to explain what Ki was in its entirety; one from her teacher. The information the portfolio gave to her under the section of Ki was good but it showed the basic definition. But at the speed she was learning her first technique, if she were to keep this up(and she will), she did not need a definition. Nina Yenosa would know everything there was to know about Ki energy. Everything a student at the West City Academy needed to understand if he or she were to proceed with their training outside of the Academy. Nina walked over to the portfolio and dragged her finger down the page where it explained how to initiate the Ki blast; giving it an imaginary scratch from the list before going to her next technique. And that was being able to use one’s ki energy to sense the location, life signal and level of performance.words this post=1106 1106+1259=2365-300(ki blast)=2,065 words

Desco sat against a tree, looking at the Academy. It just seemed weird. No, not the Academy itself, that seemed perfectly normal. As far as such mammoth buildings devoted to learning how to bloody one's nose and bruise one's knuckles could be, at any rate. No, what seemed weird was her own placement in that same Academy. She didn't care for rules, and her goal was to become strong, become the final boss. That was a title reserved for only the most evil, most cruel and heartless. Did a tyrant follow a lesson planner and attend classes? No! They went out and pillaged, destroyed villages, ravaged maidens and slew heroes! The maiden part didn't necessarily interest her, but the rest? That was her bread and butter! Nodding, she got up, deciding to go do something fun instead of boring old lessons. If she ever got bored to the point of tears, she would consider returning. Not too likely, but there was always a chance. (164 words)

Streak looked at Pike. He didn't want to know what that meant. Streak sat down on the bed. It felt unusual considering he usually slept on forest grounds. He took off his shoes. Suddenly a pair of clothes, a washcloth, a bar of soap and a towel hit him.
"Go take a shower and get rid of your current clothes. You reek." Pike said to Streak. Streak scowled at Pike and did as he was told.
After the shower, Streak came out fully clothed and ready for whatever he was going to train to do. "To begin your training..." Pike began, "you must increase your speed. Dodge, at most, ten attacks and part one will be completed." Pike threw a punch, hitting Streak squarely in the face. Streak staggered backwards. He straightened himself and waited for the next attack. BAM! Hit in the stomach. Recovering quickly, Streak dodged the next three attacks then got punched in the arm.
"Clear your mind! You must focus!" Pike said throwing another punch. Streak cleared his mind. He dodged ten attacks and began to fly.
"Wha?! What's going on?!" Pike laughed. "You have mastered the first part of your training. You should be able to fly now." Pike said. Streak landed and took off flying again. He could fly! Now he could get to places much faster. Streak flew inside, grabbed his stuff and headed towards the Crane School.

Chapter 1: Unexpected Rendevous The West City Academy has always been a home to warriors who stood out from the rest of the pack. Warriors who were just a little better when it came to their offensive tactics, defensive tactics, agility and their chi powers. One warrior who was a perfect example of this is the mighty Reiko Seldab.
It was here that the journey's of two students, or former teacher of the Xim Academy were going to be changed forever. The first of the two teachers was named Nina yenosa.
The second was named Vergil Lirgev, who began his journey at the famous Xim Academy around the time that Nina Yenosa and Reiko Seldab entered. Unlike the platinum haired warrior, who had to push his body to its limits, Vergil's teachers were already impressed with his performance along with Nina's. He could thank the demon blood running throughout his entier body. Yet still, the three of them trained together every now and then. The person that Vergil ended up grouping with the most for sparring and other activities was none other than Reiko's rival Dimitri. The two had the same class schedules, same teachers; almost everything was identical. Vergil was aware of Dimitri's stunt that got him expelled but the secret didn't stay with Vergil for long. When Dimitri was removed from the Xim academy, Only Vergil Lirgev was interested as to what he saw that got him expelled. Weeks later when the situation was blown off and wasn't a big issue, Vergil decided to check for himself what it was that Dimitri discovered. What he found was so jaw-dropping, that he never told anyone about it. The consequences were too disastrous.
Around the age of 19, a young Vergil graduated from the Xim academy with Reiko Seldab and Nina Yenosa in the Elite Division. Like Nina, Vergil took his skills and what he learned as a student at the Xim academy and gave back to the new generation. The council members told him that there was no need to see a demonstration of Nina's performance to debate whether or not Vergil had what it took to take the step to a teacher.. The second he asked to be on the team as a teacher for the Xim academy his wish was granted. He was right with Nina training the young warriors, the new generation to become good if not better than himself. During his year as a teacher he was considered one of the best teachers they ever had at the Xim Academy. Vergil was able to tap into the potential of many students who had the same blood as him and who could not see themselves as being more than average or who did not have the motivation. With Nina's help, Vergil was also able to increase the number of students that got accepted into the Elite division of the Xim Academy. What started off as a rare breed when it came to number count began to increase to almost the double digits. At the rate Vergil was sending information to his students that would assist them in unleashing their true strength. What he brought to the table was talked among the council numerous times and even considered bringing him in aspart of the council, the highest degree of command at the Xim Academy! Being part of this branch guaranteed Vergil legendary status. That all changed when Dimitri showed his face back at the academy. Ki sense wasn't necessary to see that he was a changed man in terms of power, and motive
His first impression back into the academy was eradicating the council the day he arrived. One of those council members was a teacher that taught most of what Vergil knew during his years here. He cared about her a lot and had an interest of love for her. That was when something triggered inside of Vergil; his demon side that has been hiding all of his life until now. Just when Dimitri was in his speech declaring himself the grandmaster of the Xim Academy, the teacher's demon side took 100 percent control and Vergil launched at him, looking for blood. Dimitri had other plans, such as exterminating those who didn't follow his orders and well and rebuild the academy with his own hands. If Vergil was able to take out Dimitri right now he would save the entire academy. Dimitri was caught off guard and slowly but surely the fight was being taken by Vergil's hands. Bad timing and mastery into his demon form was not on Vergil's side that day. His demon form wore off as the climax of the fight, and what Vergil fought so hard for, Dimitri easily switched the tide of the battle in a matter of seconds. Dimitri had Vergil's life in his hands but showed him mercy since they were close. So as a result Dimitri banished Vergil from the Xim academy, allowing him to never return.
After two years in Exile and training outside any sort of Academy thanks to Dimitri, he received a mysterious visitor that went by the name of Sonya. She said she was building a team and wanted him to become part of it by being her student at the West City Academy. At first Vergil declined, telling Sonya his situation. But as she went into more detail about the Academy and that the techniques that it possessed would bring him towards the baby steps if he wanted to take down Dimitri. When he asked how she knew him, Sonya told him that what he was doing was unacceptable and he didn't need to worry about Dimitri going away. The rival of Reiko had bigger plans. With the Academy outside of his home, that meant Dimitri didn't have eyes there. It meant that Vergil could get good quality training after so long. Only this time he was a student once more. But with the opportunity to get revenge on Dimitri, what did he have to lose?
Vergil quickly accepted and made his next destination to West City Academy. Sonya waited for Vergil at the Academy but gave him transportation from a few friends of herss. After 2 nights and 2 days he stood outside of the Academy waiting for her teacher that gave a request to teach Vergil the ways of the West City Academy. However a sudden illness took over the body of Vergil’s teacher and a substitute was sent out to tell him the news. She was afraid at first but relieved when she heard that she was still a student here. Sadly her teacher wouldn’t be able to learn for a few days, or weeks. Vergil decided to wait for Sonya but in the meantime he requested the curriculum. So when Sonya would come back then Vergil would be ready. If his teacher was going to be out for who knows how long, she still needed to be on top of her training, which would begin the next day. The substitute agreed with Vergil given the situation and a portfolio was slid underneath his door in the room he was given. The portfolio contained all of the techniques he needed to learn in order to know the basics and to survive out here in these parts; along with other things such as maps, advice, mandatory items, etc. He took a small look over them, skimming through the pages for a few seconds before placing it on her table. Tomorrow he could begin his training.words this post=1818
