Jamais was quick to move away from the tree before it could hug her. "Here Mr. McWoody, let me give you a hug."

She made like she was actually going to give in and hug the tree,however, when she got close enough to kick it. She gave it one swift kick right where... she thought it might actually hurt. Trees were hard buggers to judge after all. Before, sticking out her tongue at him.

"You dirty old tree, you taste like cheap liquor."

Basil had been watching from a safe distance, sometimes laughing at the conversation, but keeping over all quiet. After some misses Jamie won, and Basil yelled "Good job girl!" Not being able to do much with full hands.

She walked over to Jamie. "Now we both have gifts! Ooh, wait. what's that?" She pointed to the half-full bottle, nose scrunched up because of the smell.

Basil was confused why someone would keep something so bad smelling "Hmm, okay...I don't think anything new will pop up, so we should be safe."

Basil inspected the demons wounds with her eyes when they started walking. "You sure are more beat up than me, but you don't look like your about to fall over or anything, so that's good." Basil gave a reassuring grin.

Sin was tired, so tired infact that cuddled up on her serpentine ride she had sort of dozed off. Her body ached and the voices of her friends just sort of lulled her away. She had Gabrian over her lap, a warm scarf tucked around her, and she wasn't trudging through snow. Even when the tree had attacked she had simply responded her her name by clinging tightly to Alcie.

When Gabrian shifted out of his snake form she simply clung to him sliding a bit until, like a domino effect she was cuddled in his lap the way he had been in Alcie's. Ahh snuggle puddles were wonderful things! However Sin did blink a bit and try to right herself, she gave a yawn and arched her back.

"Mmmm...? Are we there yet?" She mumbled and then blushed realizing that was probably awfully rude considering she didn't even have to walk to...err wherever 'there' was.

Awkward.

That was the first word that surfaced in Gabrian's mildly muddled mind as the shifting finished and he found himself pressed up against Alcie's side. Of course, that wasn't a particularly... bad thing; no, the awkward kicked in later, when he realized that somehow (he wasn't quite sure how, or why, or even when), Sin had managed to plant herself right on his lap.

On one hand, this position was decidedly... well, not proper at all. On the other hand, he simply couldn't bring himself to push the girl off, for several reasons. One being that she'd been kind enough to carry HIM through the snow, even before Quarria had offered them a ride. The second being that her body was warm, and he was appreciating that warmth rather lividly at the current moment; his clothes were not exactly winter-themed after all, and nor were here. There were other reasons, granted, but Gabrian was doing his best not to think of those.

So thus, he let out a small, almost tired sigh and leaned back again Quarria's neck, which she kept arched in the air as she moved, "I don't quite think we're there yet, Sin. I believe we have a long, long way to go," that said, he shifted slightly so that the Succubus on his lap was place as comfortably and... as less awkwardly as demonly possible before curling his arm around her body, making sure to place them on potentially safe places, "I think Faint is right," he smirked, chuckling slightly, "Though we can hard complain at this point. Quarria's offer to offer us a ride through the wasteland sure makes things a hell of a ton better. I think I've warmed up considerably."

Make that a lot. Geez.

Tug tug. This was the second time LW tugged at his tail. Letting out a meow Kilometer jumped out of the cape bundle to get away from LW after she tugged on his tail. Now only did she tug at his tail again but her hand was FREEZING, he gave her a slight glare at her actions before regretting getting out of the cape. This thought process was interrupted when-

Umf! He landed into the freezing cold snow, his tail pointed up and he started to shiver again. Very well knowing the snow was freezing cold Kilometer had simply forgotten just HOW freezing it really was. As if he had gotten wet from water he took this time to try and shake off the cold and snow from each of his paws, raising and shaking one paw at a time. He walked in a circle while doing this in a wobbly fashion, such as a cat would if it's owner put socks on it.

Can't hang around here anymore. They'd be left behind otherwise. Plus who knows? Maybe where they are heading it might be a bit warmer. Realizing that it was impossible to go on this trip dragging the huge cape Kilometer bit onto it and pounced up onto Vaith's shoulder, in attempt to "hang" it back on him. "I'm returning this to you." was all that he said before jumping back into the snow. Hoping to get numb soon Kilometer started walking off, or to be more exact, pouncing off. Unless he followed a foot print trail he had to make his way through fresh snow.

There was quite a lot of tree battles going on. Kilometer knew they were going on by sounds alone, he did not need to physically see the battles. Thankfully none of the students came out of the battles seriously harmed.
