Victoria ran all the way to the common room pushing anyone aside that got in her way. she went to their room and layed in bed crying hard til she finally fell asleep hugging her pillow her face tear stained.
Neville smiles some at luna "What did you say to her?"
Draco went in and sat by him self in an empty hallway and hugged his legs thinking. He really did like Jenny but would he really give his everything up just for her? He sighed deep in thought.

Jenny stood, crying into Hermione's shoulder. Hermione hugged her, patting her back. "All I said was that it was obvious she was the kid of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named." Luna said.
Harry blinked. "Pardon?"
"You must have your facts wrong, Luna. That's just not possible. I doubt You-Know-Who would stay in a relationship long enough to have a kid. Besides, who'd wanna be with him? He's ugly." Ron said.

Neville just looked at her shocked "h.. how did you figure that one out luna?"
Draco just sat there. he tried hard to picture ways to get around his father disowning him. it hurt so much to see her cry.

"As much as I really hate to say it, Jenny, I think Draco really does like you." Hermione said quietly. Jenny sniffed. "No he doesn't. He doesn't give a damn about anyone but himself."
Hermione sighed. "Okay, come on, let's go." she lead Jenny back to Luna, Neville, Harry, and Ron. "I don't see the fuss about it. She's not like him. I told her blood doesn't matter, but she left anyhow."
That would explain Harry's scar hurting. He had been so stupid! He'd known Victoria nearly a year and hadn't realized this? But Luna's right, said a voice in his head, She isn't like Voldemort, so why does it matter?
"Luna, I think that-" Ron began, but saw Hermione and Jenny. "What'd Malfoy say to you, Jenny?" he demanded. Jenny just shook her head, hiccuping and rubbing her eyes.
Hermione sighed. "Jenny wanted to know why Draco suddenly returned to hating her and her blood status after the Yule ball. He said that if he didn't, his father would kill him." she explained, "And then walked away."

Neville looked at Harry and Ron. He was not sure what to say to them. When Hermione and Jenny came back over he gave them a small smile "someone should go make sure she is ok.. I know I wouldnt be if I had found out that way.."
Draco was pasing the hallway now not sure what he was to do. His mind was split between Jenny and hs family.

"What's going on?" Hermione asked. "Check on who?" Harry explained what Luna had said she told Victoria. Hermione's eyes widened with each word. "That's awful!" she said when Harry had finished. "You all seem so shocked. I'd have thought it was evident." Luna said, looking at all their expressions. "I'll go check on her." Jenny said weakly, and then trudged through the snow, up to the castle. "This just isn't our day, is it?" Ron said, sighing.

Draco saw Jenny enter the school and he hid watching her. He wanted to say something to her but he felt like she would hate him.
Victoria was still asleep on her bed with tear stained cheeks her arms gripping the pillow tightly as she had nightmares.

(O_O DOES NOT BUMP! IT RUINS DA CYCLEEEEEE! Now I has to bump to getz it back on track....)
Jenny didn't see Draco, rubbing her eyes again. She hiccuped a bit, walking past his hiding space. "Stupid....I was so stupid to ever like him...." she mumbled to herself, but it was in Draco's earshot.

Draco moved out of the hiding stop looking at her "Jenny.. dont hate me.. please.. I do like you" he couldnt look at her when he spoke insted he staired at the ground.

Jenny jumped at his sudden appearance. "AH!" she yelped, falling backwards onto her bum. She was going to shout at him for scaring her like that, but he spoke before she could. She didn't reply, unsure what she could say.

he smiled some seeing her fall on her butt. he holds his hand out to her "my father will disown me if he finds out I like you.. I would like to. d..date you" he said softly "but you cannot tell them.." he glances towards the window meaning harry and them.

Slowly, she took his hand and stood. "I know...." she said quietly, rubbing her eyes, which were still wet. "It's just when you started ignoring me I felt like crap." she said, then gave a tiny smile. "I'll try not to, although they might notice my slight change of mood."

He smiles some "my father found out.. told me that if i didnt break it off I would be disowned.. and you can tell them if they ask.. except for that damn weasley idiot. he cannot keep his mouth shut.."
