cant look back cant look back!" he told himself repaetedly crying all the way he didnt have a destination he just ran as far away as he could so that he didnt have to hurt anyone anything or anybody again 'its the only way...for her to be happy!' he told himself running and crying at the same time
steven on his way over spotted shadow and went over to her "hey miss are you feeling alright? something wrong or happen to yeah?" steven was kori's older brother and had planned on visiting him today but decided the young lady in front of him was more important at the moment

time to lie she thought to herself as her heart ached,with holding a sigh"yeah,im fine" she said looking up at him with a smile"i was just looking at the leaves" she said as she her head inclined towards the leaves situated near her knees. she got up and looked at the man"sorry to make you worry" she said before realising he looked strangely familiar"you seem familiar,have we met before?" she asked,putting on a great show.

he placed his hand on her head and it seemed to skim through her memories then he said removing his hand "so...you've met my brother kori huh, that must mean your shadow.....and i'm guessing he headed that direction" he said pointing to the direction to where kori had ran from
kori still running was now getting exhausted he was a few miles out of the city limits when he finally stopped "its better for her....to stay away from me...so that she can live her live peacefully

shadow looked absolutely stunned, she winced when he said kori's name and looked down"ya...your right" she said, too tired and upset to deny anything.this form was very good at with holding tears so she didnt cry infront of him.she was annoyed to have her privacy taken but too filled with dispair to do anything about it."tell him...nevermind" she said,rethinking things through,she didnt want to hurt him anymore.

being honest here....your pathetic i mean who in there right mind would let that good hearted brother of mine go....if i where you i wouldve chased after him and forget about the person who i thought i had fallen for....you know he thinks this is all his fault he thinks he hurt you real bad like and now doing what he's doing now he hopes you have a better life without him....in my opinion that is disgraceful to make anybody feel like that....well it was fun chatting with yeah and unlike him i hope you rot in hell for what you did" he said walking away calmly meaning every word
kori was now sleeping 50 miles away from the city knowing that when he woke up h would have to start to run again

Shadow felt heartless after his little speech, as if she was hallow, her tears burst out and she growled,unable to contain the emotion, he'd made her feel so guilty she couldnt help but flit after kori,his scent though faded was easy to catch as she flitted, trying to catch up to him as the tears flew out.she was running faster than she had in a longtime,almost teleporting.<>

steven just smiled as she ran "and thats how its done" he said knowing his speech would make her go after him or end up killing him
kori woke up a little dased and sighed "i guess its time to go again" he picked himself up and started running once more but do to how tired he was it loook more like a jog

after about an hour shadow could see him in the distance"KORI!" she screamed the tears streaming down her face as she tried to catch up to him, she knew even hearing her voice would probably hurt him but she coudnt et him shoulder the pain , that was her job.

he stopped dead in his tracks and turned around to see shadow coming at him he stood there not knowing what to do he looked at her with sad solem eyes they had a hnt of fear he wanted to run so that he wouldnt hurt her more but decided to stay put to at least hear what she had to say

shadow didnt wait to see would he stay put or not, she jumped and pinned him to the ground, tears streaming down her face"your not aloud to run away!" she said,her eyes full of tears as she looked into his sad eyes.

he saw her tears and like he did at the tree held her close to him not moving not talking he kissed her cheekk but didnt say one word. after a few minutes he told her "please...dont cry...

he was holding her like he would if he was trying to soot a baby to sleep "shhh shhh its ok its ok im not going anywhere...not anymore" he said lightly stroking her hair trying to calm her down

he nodded his head took what looked like a hot metal claw and scratched his skin making a permitnet scar "i promise to never leave you no matter what" he said the mark healing it had a strange look to it like it was a tatoo he held on to her tightly and then said "i think its time we both go home
