'Kay, so like, near-death situations made her an idiot, okay? Because somehow near this super-safe wall, she was not getting set on fire or sliding on ice... so it was like being in the clear. A time-out for anyone not currently shooting magic out of their hands like one of her brother's video games. So Gloria tried to discreetly stretch her leg out to toe her crushed cellphone back from where it lay shooting sparks.

If she survived, she at least wanted to have solid evidence as to why she deserved a new cellphone. And maybe the memory wasn't totally destroyed.

As it were, her leg wasn't long enough (which was ******** ridiculous, she had legs for miles, thanks).

Catching sight of the boy clinging to the wall, she noted that he was far closer to the wrecked piece of technology than she was.

"Hey... hey, white boy! Pssst!" She edged a tiny bit closer and waved an arm at Marlo.

The coffin missed alright. It didn't miss some other people that was on Requiem's side. Soon Euterpe found himself eclipsed in darkness, a sudden object seeming to have "boxed" him in. But he wasn't alone.

How he realized it--His hands struggled to open the coffin somehow, instead finding themselves on a very.. soft.. female body. Had he striked out?

"Oh, you're a babe. How do you feel about a coffin rendezvous with me? It'll be interesting, I guarantee you." Euterpe said huskily, tipping the other's chin up. He didn't know who she was-- but she had a body to die for. (Unlike some red-headed sailor scout.) "A coffin together wasn't my plan for the night but I'll be okay with dying temporarily like a happy man. Of course, providing that we get that crystal sometime soon, i'll be a happier man."

Looking pleased, she grinned and threw her classmate an excited thumb up. “Thank you. Most people are either too terrified to bother commenting, trying to kill me or other such fabulous things,” Sinon answered.

“Right on, Azzo! You lead the way and gather some more guys while I cover your bee-hind.” She glanced back at the crystal, urgently pushing the powerless lad through the crowd while periodically sending out a flurry of pale strings at youma and Negaverse as best as she could, but she could only do so much with so many people here. Her eyes locked on the crystal, she attempted to subtly guide him towards the glowing object while doing her best to balance on the wet floor.

Vivianite had no idea Uranophane had even been nearby. This was unusual, to say the least. Normally the pair of them acted like they were on some kind of psychic leash, or something, that let them know where the other was at all times. "Oh, I suppose," she said with a frown. "I just wish I could move around while using it." It would certainly be more useful that way!

"Um?" she asked curiously, if kind of obliviously. "Alright." She dropped his hand and backed away (this was a dumb way to get closer to the crystal, since she couldn't see where she was going, but damnit, she wanted to know what Spinel was going to do!).

"Grant a dying girl her last wish?" she pressed, smiling in her most winsome fashion. Which looked a little strained, maybe manic. She stabbed a finger in the direction of the misshapen lump that was her phone. "Mind grabbing it for me?" This slice of unmarred wall is too good to let go of and it's my lucky wall and if I let go I might die. is what she was really saying. And I haven't debuted yet, I can't die.

Her smile froze, eyes flicking to his cellphone. Hm. Gloria inch wormed nearer.

"Any good shots?"

"Oh. Bam! Rejection! And here, I thought, my witty humor and my devastatingly awesome looks might score me a night out. I suppose that's only reserved for girls in the bar--" He wasn't going to force himself on the other since Euterpe wasn't that bad of a guy. He focused on the warm body crushed in close proximity, her struggling soft curves attempting to open the box. What a nice advantage point, it was worth the moment he was stuck not getting the crystal.

"--By the way, are you senshi or negaverse? Can't tell a damned thing in this box thing. Although I'm not picky on what side you are unless you're going to shank me in this coffin."

Now that he spoke it, he expected a stab wound to him stomach anytime now. Just as long as she didn't hit the face. The senshi of music was an idiot to put it simply.

“Who knows?” Sinon replied with blunt honesty, shrugging. “You’d have all of our praises and undying loyalty? I don’t know, man. Why don’t you just try it for yourself?” Then she grinned, taking a few shaky steps closer to the crystal. “Another hand sure wouldn’t be that bad, I think.” She looked around at the few stray civilians that still dotted the large room. “Unless you’d rather concentrate on other civilians’ safety, which is perfectly fine.”

Except she kept inching towards the crystal as her conscience urged her to grab it. Hmm.
