lXl Tempus Temporis lXl  Artie Hopper Artie blinked a bit when he saw a girl waving at him. His face went pale and he hid into the room again. Sakura frowned. "I wonder why he went away." Sakura put her stuff back in her bag and went to the door. She gently opened it and went in. "Hello? I amnot going to hurt you."

Artie Hopper Artie had hid behind the desk in the room. He saw someone come in and heard her speak, his face went pale again.

Sakura walked around and saw the boy behind the desk. She smiled warmly.
"Hello. I am Sakura. I am not going to hurt you."
Sakura went in her bag and got out something that smelled delicious.
"I have ome chocolate. Do youwant some?"

Sakura sighed andpushed her glasses back. he smiled still. Still holding the chocolate. She then broke the chocolate in half and pushed one of the half towards the boy.
"Please, dont be afraid. I wont hurt you I promise. I am nice. Here have the chocolate.I made it. My name is Sakura, Sakura LoveMist. Please dont be scared.

Xander simply quirked an eyebrow as he picked up a gulping sound(of some sort) coming from the girl in front of him, thanks to his (again supposed, since I didn't put it down in his profile)demon hearing. "So..." He scratched the back of his head. "...d'you have a name, or am I just gonna continue t'call you 'chica'?"'...I wanted t'press it~'

Em shrugged, dropping her hand again. "Got tried of traveling and peddling, and found a poster for the school. Decided to sign up, and so here I am. What about you? What's your story?" she asked curiously.

"Found out at a young age that I'm a natural at anything tech-related, which eventually led me to realize that--" He un-crossed his arms, holding his flattened palms about a foot from each other. "--I have the power to manipulate any an' all forms of lightning/thunder." To demonstrate, a bright-yellow bolt of lightning danced between his hands. "Later exams from various doctors proved that I'm a thunder demon." He grinned. "I don't look it tho', do I?"'...I wanted t'press it~'

"Thunder demon . . . Cool. I'm not nearly so interesting - just a +Anima." She realised after she said this that he probably didn't know what that was. Pfft. Oh, well.

Em nodded. "Well. It's kind of like . . . When a human gets a near-death experience, they sometimes draw in this thing called an Anima. It's the essence of the animals around you. It gets drawn in, and helps you survive, giving you qualities of that animal. It varies a bit - if you drown, you get a fish Anima, if you're falling off a cliff or something, you get a bird Anima." She gestured to the black tiger-stripe marks on her shoulders. "And you get these. A bit like tattoos. It shows that you're a +Anima. And the name came from . . . Well, a human plus an Anima."
