Nice to meet you too! Lena said. And I’ve heard Sparrow call you Alex many times before, so I assumed it was your name. Alright. Ready? She asked Alex, ready to throw the quaffle at any moment.

Sparrow----Gryffindor ----3rdyear
Gryffinclaw Quidditch Captain Sparrow saw Alex and Lena starting to talk and practice together. She was glad that all the teammates were getting to know each other better. Team bonding is an important part of being able to play well together. She also noticed that Alex has seemed to improve greatly and Sparrow grinned at the fact. Just as Sparrow was getting distracted she noticed the snitch flying around below her and she dived after it at top speed.

"yea lets start" Alex said, excited to have some real challenge now, for the enchanted Quaffle was doing great it was better to have a good chaser throw it at her and she would know what she was up against, Alex grabbed her Firebolt tighter so she could move fast when she needed to

Lena started to fly towards Alex. She flew upwards, to the left, to the right, and then suddenly dived, and as she dived she shot the quaffle at the hoop on the right. She flew back upwards and looked up at Alex, wondering if she had caught the quaffle.

Alex laughed when she caught the Quaffle, she had seen how fast it went but she had caught it, Lena was extremely good "That was great, if you would have thrown it a little harder i don't think i would have caught it" Alex said

Gryffinclaw Quidditch Captain Sparrow caught the snitch in her dive and pulled up parallel to the ground. She stopped and unmounted and looked up in time to see Lena make a wonderful shot and Alex just barely save it. Sparrow grinned everybody was improving well. Sparrow then went and sat down and brought out her tactics book. She was starting to devise some plans for the quidditch match hoping it would be soon because her team was ready.

Lena saw Alex had caught the quaffle. Nice work! I can’t wait for the next quidditch match! I hope it’s soon.. Do you want me to through the quaffle again? She asked.

Lena back up a bit from the hoops and froze in mid-air for a few seconds, thinking of what she was going to do. When she had figured it out, she started to fly forwards, very quickly, dived, flew up again, flew to the right, to the left and then, turned to the right to pretend to move to the other side once more but simply stayed there, in front of the left hoop, and shot the quaffle at the left hoop. She waited to see if Alex would be able to catch the quaffle. She really wanted to think of strategies that would make the other team’s keeper have trouble stopping the quaffle during a quidditch match.

Alex saw Lena do a bunch of tricks to trick her, then she threw the ball and Alex had dived to save it but it went in anyway "Bloody Hell" Alex said, she was mad at herself for not catching it but happy because Lena was bloody amazing "Lena that was bloody amazing! were did you learn that?" Alex asked with awe in her voice

Thanks! Lena said, laughing a bit. And to be honest, I don’t know where I learned the tricks and that stuff.. I mean, when I was younger, me and my sister used to shoot muggle soccer balls through hoops we had at home and I learned on my own that my sister always missed stopping the ball if I tricked her so.. I guess from then.. Lena said, remembering those wonderful memories of her and her sister. She then tried a spell she had recently learned in charms. Accio quaffle! She said aloud, pointing her wand at the quaffle that had fallen to the ground after passing through a hoop. Lena was very pleased when it came zooming back up in the air and into her outstretched hand. Alright. Ready? She asked Alex, and when she nodded, Lena started flying forward once more. This time tho, she thought she should try another strategy, different from trying to confuse the keeper. She thought maybe of throwing it with more force, more speed.. But she was afraid of hurting Alex so Lena decided a similar strategy from the one she had used before, trying to bring the keeper away from the hoops so she could have a clear shot at the hoops. She flew very far to the left and suddenly flew to the right as fast as she could and shot the quaffle at the right hoop.

Alex saw Lena do a similar trick to what she had done before but this time Alex didnt fall for it she waited around having all her senses sharp for when she threw the ball Alex could block it

Excellent work! Lena told Alex when she had blocked the quaffle. I think I’m going to have to do more research on good trowing strategies so I can have different strategies! She said, laughing. I’m going to have to ask Sparrow if she has any ideas.. Or if she has figured out a plan for the next quidditch match. When Alex threw her back the quaffle, Lena, not knowing another strategy, decided once again to try and trick the keeper. She flew upwards, to the right, left, downwards, once again to the right and then pretended to stay to the right and shoot but instead went flying quickly to the left and shot the quaffle.

"yea i guess you could look some up, but that trick was amazing, though i'm just a great keeper" Alex said, smirking she then saw the ball fly towards the post and Alex dived, but that dive caused her to loose control of the broom and that led to her falling from very high up, and when she fell on the floor, she felt a horrible pain in her shoulder and she knew she had broken it, Alex stood up, her shoulder hurting badly

Sparrow looked up to see Alex falling of her broom. Sparrow cursed to herself and dropped everything and ran over. When she had reached Alex she said, "Are you alright? You fell from a pretty good height,we should get you to the hospital wing." Sparrow was truly worried about Alex and figured that she wold be fine once she got to the hospital wing. She would have tried to heal it herself but was afraid of messing something up.
