(( Alright, so I wanted to see how long..or how many posts it would take me to learn the E rank spell. Normally it would take 3 posts but -1 with a teacher above adept rank..so im going to just do 2...if its not ok, or right..let me know for future reference. smile )) Amiele Galdings  Energy Pool (Start)-700

Amiele noticed what he did, and quickly understood the concept of it. What she would have to do, is focus the energy in the palm of her hands and basically shape it. Coating it, and making it the way into a ball. Then when she grasps the concept, and feels as if its right, she would throw the energy ball. (1/2)
Keeping her left hand by her side, she used her dominate hand, her right..and positioned it foreword. Making her hands into a somewhat claw like shape, one that would look as if fitting around a ball. Her energy pushed, and surged foreword..forming into the shape of her hand. A bead of sweat ran down her temple, and down her cheek. The ball was now ripe with energy, and fullness. She had completed her first spell. (2/2)
As she brought her elbow in, and looked in the ball of energy she gave a feint smile. Her first act of magic, and learning was complete. Now was the second part of aiming, and throwing it. She struck her hand foreword, and let her will carry the ball of hot white energy. It flew straight into a near by tree, and the ball exploded on contact. Leaving scorch marks, and red hot embers in its wake. The fact that the creek was damp with moisture, made everything less flammable. Perfect for this exercise.
"How did I do?" Amiele asked, knowing she passed the test. One thing she did not know was why did it turn white, and not her aura color bronze, or his green. She did not question the silly question. Perhaps its one of those unexplainable moments of the arcane arts. Energy Ball

I'm 4 ranks above you, so it's -4 posts =]
Plus another -1 since I'm a mage teaching mage skills.
leving you with -2, but we'll round it up to 1 xD ))
"Good job." Draco beamed at her. "You've just learned your first spell. Bringing out your energy, and shaping it into the form you want is the basis of all spells. Once you get better at it, you'll be able to shape the energy ball without needing make circle to help." To demonstrate, Draco lifted his palm toward the tree he used before. The white energy ball formed in his palm with out having hand trace a circle, and then the ball shot out of his hand without having to be thrown. "And when you get even better, you'll multiple ones at the same time." Draco kept his hand up, still aimed at the tree, and rapidly shot out five energy balls at it. He the dropped his hand and grinned at her. "Ready for the next step?"

(( But wait..it says that E-rank skills/spells w.e takes a minimum of three?? How does that factor in? And your saying that its just going to take me one post to learn?? burning_eyes Im.....lost )) Amiele Galdings
Amiele nodded her head. "Yes of course im ready" She spoke with confidence. She was really getting the hang of this, and wanted to do nothing more but learn. The fact that he could shoot multiple energy balls in succession must mean hes pretty powerful. Perhaps she could be like that some day.

((lol well it takes three posts normally.
But since you're learning from me, and I'm 4 ranks above the skill, you can learn the skill in four less posts.
Plus since I'm a mage teaching mage skills, it takes you another one post less to learn the skill.
So the ammount of posts you would have to do would be 3-4-1= -2
But you can't have negative posts, and you can't learn something without ever trying it out, so you would just need to do one post.))
Draco nodded and stretched out his arm toward one of the trees. A moment later a magic circle formed around an apple in the tree and the magic circle pulls the apple all the way to Draco's hand. "This is called Acsio. You use a little more energy than you did with the energy ball, and instead of manipulating the energy in your hand, you project it out to an object that you can see. Then form both a circle around it, and many small connecting threads. It can be something like a person, or an apple." He said, while lightly tossing the apple into the air and catching it. "But it has to be something that you would be able to pull yourself. Because the spell has about as much strength as you do."

Amiele crossed her arms, and looked foreword, while squinting her eyes. She was thinking about the spell he was talking about. It sounded simple enough. A higher rank spell then the previous. And as strong as she? She was never physically strong..even around the house with her sister, she did the gardening and mended cloths. Simple delicate tasks. Her sister was the one who was all about the physical part of their living. So it would have to be something pretty small. "Alright" she said, getting ready for the spell.
She looked around, and found a fist sized rock about ten feet away. She pointed at the rock, and looked at Draco. "Im going to use that" she said surely. He nodded, as a go right ahead. Lifting her right hand out, she accessed her magic that was much easier to utilize now, and though of a magical circle over the jagged, fist sized rock. The circle that formed was the color of her magic. She smiled at the completion of the first part. (1/2)
As the circle was still vibrant in her magic color as ever, she thought or 'willed' the rock twords her. It lifted off the ground, at her arms length and traveled to her. She grabbed hold of the rock, and the spell dissipated. She held the rock in front of her, and gave a smile at draco. "I think im getting the hang of this" she said sweetly. (2/2)

Draco smiled right back at her, glad that she was learning the spells so easily. "Good. I'm happy that your getting into the grove of this. It can be a bit of a struggle for some people when they start out, but it doesn't seem to be the case with you." Draco flashed her another smile before continuing on with the training. "Now the mages don't normally have any defensive spells, they usually just rely on offense and dodging attacks. But they do have one called energy coat." Draco formed a magic circle around himself, and a shimmering appeared over his skin. The shimmering then condensed to form a green coat of armor. "This is the same principle as before. Form your energy into a usable form. The circle just helps stabilize it as you mold your energy."
((What C rank skill do you want to learn?))
Draconian Energy Coat Rank: D Description: Since Arcanists need lighter equipment because they would be focused on dodging their enemies rather than taking the hit they created this spell. They will create a magical circle around them and from that they will be covered with a coat of energy. 4 E rank or two D ranks will break the defensive coat anything stronger than D rank will go clean through it like it was not there. It lasts till it breaks or 5 posts, which ever comes sooner. Has a 4 post cooldown period after it breaks or fades away.

"Alright" Aimele said, as she nodded her head. Getting ready for the spell, she then thought about the concept, and applied it the same way she had before with the rock. She would create an even amount of energy in a circle above her head, and distribute the energy over her body. She had this in the bag she thought to herself. (1/2)
Her hands down at her sides, she opened her hands, so all the fingers stood straight out, but her hands still by her side. Then she channeled her energy, and thought about a circle above her head. What she did not see was the color of her energy brighten around her hands, or the circle that was circling around her head. She just kept looking ahead, and continuing even breathing. Then the energy came down around her body, head to toe it covered her with her magical energy, and finally the circle at the bottom of her feet dissipated. (2/2)
Amiele then looked at her teacher, the coat of energy was not very visible as she might have thought, but it was their...and probably could be seen by the magician's eye. She felt stronger then she had ever been before. "What else is their?" She asked, never looking into a book or scroll of magic spells. ((Hint*Hint)) wink

Draco nodded and quickly went through a mental list of spells, trying to think up a spell that would help get Amiele more skilled at forming her energy. "Well the next one is called Mystic Impalement. For this you need to focus your energy into your hand, and smash the energy into the ground. Then quickly form the energy into a wave of spikes." Draco took a few steps away from Amiele so that she wouldn't be harmed from the demonstration. Once he was a suitable distance away, he focused his energy into his hands and slammed them against the ground. Four green spikes then rode out on a wave of energy in front of Draco, but dissipated once it got around four meters away from him."You have to keep a clear image of what you want to form it into just before you release the energy."

Draconian Mystic Impalement Rank: D Description: The arcanist forms energy in their hand and he or she swings it down towards the ground. This energy impacts the ground and then it forms into a wave of energy spikes headed towards where the arcanist is facing. This has a range limited to five meters. A total of four spikes are headed towards the target each one as sharp as a regular spear.

Amiele watched as the green spikes came up, out of the ground. The holes that it made in the earth were pretty large. She would have to remember to cover them back up sometime. This was a beautiful spot, that she did not want to see damaged.
"Let's see" She thought to herself as she tried to bring the energy to her hand..focusing not outward, but inward on one specific spot. Her right hand to be exact. The copper glow, shimmered her hand..the color very mesmerizing to the girl. "It's beautiful" she whispered. as she drew her attention away, she decided to act on the spell. (1/2)
Leaning down on one knee, she slammed her right hand into the ground, fourcing the magic to go into the earth, and shaping to her will. The copper spikes shot out of the ground in front of her..."One....two...three...four..fi" and it was lost. She stared at bewilderment. ~I thought it was just 4~ She thought to herself..she must have put more energy then she thought into the spell. (2/2)
She stood up, and arched her back..the joint popping as she did so. All this magical learning, and expelling puts a small amount of stress on the body, but then again she felt better then she ever had. "Do you know alot of spells?" She asked him. To be the king, she supposed he did. But you never know from appearances.Mystic Impalement Rank: D LEARNED (( I mean like..do you have a tomb of spells or something? I believe I was looking through some old posts, and I think you referenced it? Idk like..ill tell you what I want to learn, but I thought that if you showed me, that it could perhaps be used as character development on our ends...just a formality. But also, she does not know any spells..perhaps looking at this private possession of yours..she could decide on what she wants to learn..just a thought. =] ))

"I know some." Draco smiled while fumbling with the bag that he kept at his waist. He then took out a tome of mage spells from it, and handed it to Amiele. "Here, you can have the tome I used. That way you can choose what you want to learn yourself, and I'll demonstrate how it's done."

Amiele grasped the large book of spells with two hands, the thing was enormous. Tears came to her eyes, as she looked up at Draco. "I can't except this sir..I don't have anything to give back" She said apologetically. She bent down, and leaned on her shins. Not caring so much if her red dress got dirty. It could always be cleaned. She opened the large book, and swear on everything she loves felt it vibrate with magic. The book was somewhat of magic itself she supposed.
She ran her fingers over each spell, lighting up as her finger crossed over it. As she flipped the pages, she came across what seemed like a different spell. Ranked in a C class. "Ascendare....What is this? Is it a harder spell to learn? And this!" She said, pointing excitedly "Blasting Energy?..ohh or this one! Exuo" She shook her head, and gave a light chuckle. "Im sorry im acting like a child whos just been well....rewarded" She said as she shrugged her shoulders. "This is just all so new, and exciting to me, that I just want to learn more...Were you ever like this at a time?" She asked, still kneeling on the ground, while cradling the tomb of spells in her hand.

(( No? Nothing on the demonstration on how to do the spells? Haha..it's fine, it's alot to write. But how many posts would it take for me to learn? Like that whole subtraction thing? Ill just go off the book, and have the three done tomorrow. smile Then..I was thinking about a break.))
