"Alright, so, to any fair game, there are rules. The rules to One Touch are simple. All I have to do is lay one single touch on you from any part of my body. That's basically it. Now, there are some other rules to this game, but they're mostly for refining the game. And they are as listed;
Rule number 1!: Physically blocking any of my attacks does not count as me touching you.
Rule number 2!: This is a free for all. I will try to touch you even if that mean I have to break something to do it. Now, that goes for you as well, in a blocking sense, but, I'd appreciate it if you didn't send me to the Medical Nin in the first five minutes, that wouldn't be very fun. It's kind of like a "Treat other the way you wanna be treated" kinda thing. Anways!
Rule number 3!: The first person to call "STOP" will automatically stop. But, you must stop when said person declares it. And, between you and me, it wouldn't be very honorable for the Kage to beat a Genin even after she says stop. Now, in all fairness, should you call stop, I will stop, though, I doubt I will have you kneeling on the ground any time soon.
Rule number 4!: You MUST stay in a 100 Yard Radius of this point." With that, Kiya would throw a Kunai with a red tag right in the middle of the clearing. "Oh, and, no movin the tag to disqualify someone, it's not fun.
So with that Hokage, I bid you good luck....
GO!"
Was all Kiya said before she backfliped a good 20 yards away, took out a Kunai, and took a kneeling perch on one of the few boulders the adorned the clearing.
"Oh yeah, any questions?"
She yelled from her small perch.

Noctis is there and waits for the girl she arrives and explains the game. He nods and then just waits for her to get ready when she asks if he has any questions he shakes his head. But he does pull out a book and begins to ready."Ready whenever you are."

Shrugging, Kiya hopped off her perch and walked up to the man. This was going to be quite the easy game one One Touch if he kept this up. Putting her hands behind her back, she casually leaned over his shoulder slightly to glace at the book he was reading. Taking one hand from behind her back, she would casually reach out to try and tap him on the shoulder.

Noctis sidestepped just as she reached out to touch him. "This just shows how you are still not ready, you must be able to see underneath the underneath." He said standing a few feet away from Kiya now. His didn't seem to leave the book at any moment.

"Oh, I wasn't trying to win, I was just wondering what book you were reading."
She said in a obviously fake sweet tone. With that, a smirk began to grow on her face as her hand strung together in a blur. Instantly, she began to start coughing, she doubled over and appeared to be in real distress. Suddenly though, a small amount of smog began to string out of her mouth. The string soon grew into a cloud, and the cloud soon covered where Kiya and the Kage were standing. Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [ Mist Waltz Technique ] As the coughing fit soon subsided, Kiya stood and straightened up slightly. With a smirk, she pulled out a Shuriken. and it instantly was laced with fire. Shuriken no Jutsu [ Shuriken Technique ]
"I must warn you." Kiya spoke, tracing her fingers through the smog that not made it quite impossible to see one's own feet. "This smog is highly combustible."
Without further warning, Kiya lazily threw the Shuriken into the flame, and, in short, it. Went. BOOM. The kage would either have to move back, or be forced to suffer large burns. Though, whatever he did, he would find that when the smoke cleared, Kiya would be gone. Though, he would probably be able to sense that she was still nearby.

Noctis simply stood in the spot he was in before. He didn't move for anything she did when the smog began to cover them he still didn't move. The shuriken laced with fire went into the smog and set it ablaze. As the smoke cleared the Noctis continued standing in the same spot he was in before. Kiya probably though he had two choices either to move or get burned. But he decided to pick the third choice.Though he no longer had his book in his hands. It might have been burnt up in the flames. But alas he reached into his coat and pulled the book out. The Hokage seemed completely unharmed by the attack. He noticed Kiya was gone from where she was originally. So he decided to wait there for her to come at him.

Kawarimi no Jutsu [ Substitution Technique ] Kiya, however, was running up right behind her clone, once she hit the edge of the charred floor that her explosion had caused. Running, she lept towards the Kage, her hand a blur, she would quickly change into a bold of lightning that was fast. Very fast. Not only with her more advanced speed, but the speed of this jutsu, she would be nearly as fast as an Oinin. Raikou Henge no Jutsu [ Lightning Transformation Technique ] She raced towards the Kage, intent on running him through.

Noctis flipped the page of his book when he heard footsteps behind him. He turned his head to as she turned in to a bolt of lightning. He then distilled the air around and him blasted it towards her direction. Since this was a wind jutsu it was 1 rank stronger against Lighting. Which would be more than enough to knock her back, no matter her speed.
[Just to let you know, your Personal Attribute speed doesn't increase your speed as much as you think. You are merely a slightly faster genin.] [ Or be crushed underneath it! ]

Bouncing off of it, she quickly changed her course of direction towards the wide berth of the Hokage, though, taking a wide left, she would bounce against a tree, now, aiming for his back, she shot towards him at full speed. [[ Right. o.o ... Good to know! =3 ... Blarg. Short post. -.- Sorry. ]]

Noctis felt like he was watching one of those arcade games were the ball bounces everywhere. He knew once it came in his direction it couldn't change trajectory. So he jumped to the side. This was getting ridiculously boring. If the genin really thought she could hit him the hokage. Then maybe she needs to go back to the academy." You realize you're never going to get me, I'm not even the real Hokage just a clone, which means I'm not even at the originals capabilities."

Her head was spinning, so she didn't exactly expect it to hit, though, she had her hopes, besides, this was just a distraction. Heaving her leg around, she grunted while in mid air.
"Well then, do you FORFEIT?"
Was all she said with a smirk as she brought the full force of her leg down on him. Yeah, the fact that he was a clone surprised her, but that didn't mean that maybe it would earn her some praise in the eye of the Kage if she won in a battle of One Touch...[[ Well, it says it will bounce of anything until it comes in contact with something living. Sooo, yeah. o.o But, you're probably right... ]]

The Noctis clone caught both her legs as she tried kicking him. At this point he could do many things to put her out of the game. But he didn't want to hurt the genin he was supposed to be protecting."This game will not do anything to change my views, Though I am a clone we are one in the same. If you wanted to impress me you should be doing missions like I said before." He was very observant, he could tell why they were out here and she was trying so hard. But he did not approve of her ways."There are no short cuts to becoming a shinobi!" The clone called out. He felt that this is what the girl was trying to do. The clone dropped her and began to walk off."I quit."And with that he poofed out of existence.

Why was she so damn weak?! She couldn't even take don't a simple clone!! She was NEVER going to get Kage-sama's admiration now! Pounding the ground with her fist, Bain came over and whined, licking at her cheek. Snarling, Kiya made a solemn vow that day. Biting her thumb, she drew blood, smearing on line on the ground then in a teardrop shape on her palm, she swore that, one this day, she would train until she could beat even the Kage. No matter what...
With that vow set deep in her determined heart, her emotions froze over even more that day. Emotions were for people who had time, and Kiya didn't, in fact, she had very little time in the grand scheme of things. So, fists clenched, she passionately began to run towards the academy. Things were going to be different, oh yeah, way different. -Exit-

Walking through the trees that Konohagakure was famous for, Ayume didn't see anything other than twigs and rocks. There was a few times she saw bunnies running through the bushes, but nothing else. Getting bored of the scenery, she figured she should at least check by the river before heading back into the village.

Maylee reached the edge of the forest and looked at the tree line. She took out a small travel notebook and opened it. She read through the notes and looked up finding the over grown path. The small framed girl slipped through. The forest as quiet as she walked through the once traveled path. She ducked up a branch and looked around before looking at her notebook. Maylee kept moving. It was weird not having her brother's yelling at her telling her to be careful. Maylee hoisted herself up and over a fallen tree. She landed in a crouching position before standing and looking to the left. "There you are." She sang out quietly. She walked over to the gas pipe line that lead into Konoha. She inspected the pipes, tapping them with her knuckles and grinning. "Perfect." She grinned before looking around and heading back for the hidden opening of the trail.
Maylee stuffed her notebook into her pocket and looked around. It was time to go about like a good little Genin. Maylee headed off to the hot spring to take a bath.
