"I see." Anubis replied. Burrowing animals? That made sense since Raz was small and could probably follow the prey into the burrows. "I should probably bring something bigger back, but there are merits to smaller creatures too. I'll stay long enough to see where they are and after, perhaps you could direct me to bigger prey?"
The guardian's lips twitched as he sense the thinly veiled attitude the kit was giving him. Still, Anubis figured that he was reather imposing with his large frame. "And then I shall come back and help you carry your kills, so don't worry about the amount.

Horus turned and noticed that Hollow and Himeko finally seemed to come out. Hollow looked a bit on the sick side but luckily it wasn’t as bad as Kaname still. However he was never going to tell his hunter that. “ah yes I believe I do, Kaname is supposed to come by to train the new shaman and to drop the medicine off” Horus replied and then wondered what had happened to his first Shaman. Normally Kaname was very good at getting things to him and being on time. Ah well it was okay every once in a while to be late. “hmm it should be after he’s probably done meeting his in laws. Akori and Marius seemed to have come home with mates” Horus replied.
”Rynn have you gotten anything for your cough yet? I think I have some extra medicine on me in case I started to get sick” Persephone asked. The cough didn’t sound too good and Persephone wanted to make up for her lack of being on top of things these last few days. She turned towards Rit and was glad that her mate seemed to have a bit of questions about Jaci’s status but accepted it in the long run.
Akori raised his eyebrow a bit when she mentioned his brother was nice, but figured for first impressions Marius was the type to seem like a perfect gentleman. “I’ve been good I was in the middle of stocking all our herbs and taking inventory” he replied although truthfully he was glad to be out of their stock room. It had sounded very lively outside and he had wanted to meet all the new members.

Grunted Rynn wanted to tell Persephone no she hadn’t taken anything for the damn cough or she wouldn’t be coughing would she. Sighing she forced her anger down. It wasn’t the phim’s fault she was sick. Rynn knew this.. it was just well she hated feeling sick. Moveing when sick only made her feel worse. If all that weren’t bad enough she felt even more useless since with her sick it took longer to get things done with more breaks from the heat, and she felt the plants were neglected when she rested. She just shook her head “no” and stifled another cough.
Rit watched the orange vixen with fascination she seemed uptight and pensive. Her mate said it was because she was ill? “Persephone, you should give her the medicine. I think she might need it.” Rit was rewarded with a glare from Rynn that made her blink. Still the orange vixen said naught and kept moving so Rit also wondering if she had overstepped some line of conduct. Moving to her mate she pointed her nose at Rynn and then looked back and Persephone. “What is wrong with that one?”
“Ah I see. Is there anything I can help you with? Everyone else seems busy so I want to help out too!” Ion had no idea that many of the other foxes that she had seen moving about where new. To her all this chaos and noise was what see expected everyday. Her tail was wagging happily and she moved to Akori’s side so she wouldn’t hinder his path if he had to keep walking. The sun was hot on her jacket and she briefly considered taking it off and carrying it on her back. Deciding against it unless the heat became unbearable Ion awaited Akori’s word for what to do.

Alright I am going to do a time skip because several people say they are stuck *nods*
Horus has been made an elder and currently its in the middle of the flooding season so the tribe has been taking a break and raising the new set of kits. He's also gone out somewhere for the time being.

Persephone let out a tired breath and moved a rebellious streak of hair out of her face. She had just finished up making sure everyone sported their own mods and jewelry and now had to go and deal with the flooding season. Horus had also mentioned another tribe coming to visit with medical supplies. Ugh why did he have to disappear this time? She wondered if she should sent Ion or Amatsu out to talk with the scouts about the river. Just to make sure how flooded it was going to be this year.
Marius shook his head and looked around for either his Mate or one of his various family members. He knew he would probably run into Akori first considering what section of Kemet he was in. Luckily everything had calmed down a bit from the drama which had happened when his children were born and their base coat looked close enough to him and xylara wasn’t the type to cheat. Also the kits seemed to have gone over well with the female members. He wasn’t sure what his father thought about being a grandfather. Kaname was pretty much always busy.
Akori managed to slide the last jar into place and let out a small little hum. Life was okay on his end. He was an uncle, had a very lovely mate and he no longer had to worry about a grumpy sick tribe. His earring lightly jiggled on his ear and he looked up. Oh yeah he was also in a tribe. He should go say Hi to Ion now that he was all done. With a nod towards Eirene and Kaname and he slipped out to see if he could go find her.

Xylara smiled as she watched her children. Although Marius acted differently now that she had children she still loved him. She figured that he would get used to it and go back to being his old self. She loved her babies with all of her heart and couldn't remember being happier. Laughing, her children ran off and she decided that she was going to find said mate. It took the better part of an hour but she finally spotted him. "Marius..." She smiled and walked up to him, nuzzling against his neck. "I've been looking for you everywhere."
Eriene had been hanging out with Amatsu, who was now one of her best friends. They had tried to be more, but it really hadn't worked out because they had more of a best friend vibe to them. Which was fine with her. She had just found her brother again and wasn't in a hurry to get into a romance. So instead she busied herself with her new duties in the tribe, and smiled. At least Amatsu was still her friend.

 The brown fox that was clothed in green and yellow had finally made his way to the desert. Land of Pyramids and the Kemet tribe and his mate. What had taken this quick fox so long to get here? Well he was raising some of his children that he had recently had with his orange mate full of trouble. Once the kids had become adults he decided to join unknown to Rynn. Even though that had taken time it wasn't why he was so late getting there now. No he had stopped to make a kill to bring to his new family, his new tribe. What took the longest was dragging the antelope behind him. He didn't want to tear it into smaller chunks for fear of having the meat go bad. That wouldn't do for a first time impression.
He took a break once he had made it a good distance in. Remembering that with his clothes the sun was much harsher to him. As he sat there he hoped another hunter or scout would come by. With two of them getting this back to the main part of the lands would be easy. If it were to be just him it would probably take some time.

Ritilanishia felt the wind in her hair and couldn’t be happier. She was flying along the river high enough that any fox looked like a small ant. She had recently gotten her other ear tattooed in Kemet’s markings. She found it strange to be branded with both her House symbol and the symbol for her new home. Still she could not bear the thought of having the old mark mutilated in any way. So she was branded with both her past and her future on her ears. She felt a sense of satisfaction in that. She was thinking of her beloved mate and tovarish Persephone so much that she didn’t even realize she had been flying half distracted. She snapped out of her daze with a jerk as she saw movement below. She circled once to make sure she had her bearings in case she had to fly back to the tribe quickly and then descended to meet what she saw landing was a brown fox with a yellow hate dragging food. He looked familiar, or rather his hat did. Didn’t Rynn’s kit Wren have a hat similar to it? “Salutations. I assume you know you are in Kemet land. I am Ritilanishia a scout for Kemet.” She left off the long tedious introduction methods she grew up with in favor of this shorter one in case the fox before her was in some trouble.
Ion smiled at Rynn glad she could be of some help. She had gone to an outpost and looked for anything that would be useful in the flooding season. She of course grabbed seeds and was actually thanked by Rynn. For Ion who had difficulty talking to strangers and getting to become friends with new foxes it was an achievement. She was giggling and laughing with Rynn when the topic of kits came up.
“Wren is off to go exploring. I don’t know if she’ll be coming back to Kemet or not.” Rynn smiled and shrugged. “I’m kind of sad to see my little baby off and about in the world, but I know that she’s like me and stubborn, but more importantly she’s like her dad and can be quite and careful when she needs to be..” Rynn thought for a moment. “Well as long as it doesn’t involve crocodiles.. Honestly that girl’s obsession with needing to swim is odd. I think she spent too much time around Jaci.”

A shadow passed over Robin resting spot. It had wings so he thought it was nothing more a bird, well that was until it landed. It wasn't a bird but a purple vixen phim. He bowed to her with his hat in between his teeth than tossing it back onto his head. "Good day Mi'Lady Ritilanishia. Yes, I am quite aware I'm in Kemet lands. Me and our Elder have talked once before and I have come to be the new hunter. I even brought a meal to prove that I am worth of my position." He said while nodding to the Antelope that lay beside him. "How rude of me I haven't introduced myself. I'm Robin Hood."

Himeko watched the set of kits from a safe distance, clicking her tongue. Ok, they weren't kits as much anymore but still.... She loved kids~ Her eyes flicked back and forth as she silently stayed where she was, spotting her twin walk by. Hollow had been getting angrier and angrier lately, she blamed whoever she was seeing constantly.
There was a reason she wasn't a carer. It was at first that she hated kits. Now? Hell. She wanted them. Not like her useless....useless....what was he? Her boyfriend? Hell.... Not like he was giving her kids. She wasn't going to have some random mans children, no, but still.... She hated seeing them. Kits. She wanted them. She wanted her own kids. She was tired of being the odd one out, the one that sat back as her sister had kids, and hell, her nephew.
Bitterly, her tail flicked to the side, eyes softening. She knew she was acting out of line, she did, but even she grew jealous at times. She just wanted kids. That was pretty much it.

Kaname sighed and looked down at Amatsu. The poor phim had been doing a job for Kaname and had accidently set off a trap left over from the time humans had been living in Kemet. It had taken a better part of an hour to get him out. Seriously how had one of his best friends ended up in such a position. "well I can see why you arent a hunter or a scout" Kaname stated shaking his head. "Well I better go get help"
Amatsu sunk down further into the tomb floor underneath him and let out a small little whine before he looked up at Kaname in horror. "Cant you just stay here and wait for some one to realize where we are?" Amatsu asked. He really didnt want to be here in the dark waiting until Kaname found help enough to get a full grown phim out.
Persephone walked around humming to herself and noticed Hollow and Himeko sitting over to the side. Hollow seemed to be rather grouchy lately and Persephone had a feeling of why. After all she too really wanted children. Her earring dangled against her ear again and then she decided Himeko might know where her mate was. After all last time she had seen Kaname he had been with Amatsu, and she was looking for the purple phim. "Hey Hollow. Hi Himeko" she called out.
Marius chuckled and turned to see his mate. He was glad Xylara seemed to be doing okay after the pregnancy. He knew his mom had been a little lethargic after he and his siblings had been born. "Oh really, and what do I owe the honor to your visit this time?" he asked with a slight chuckle.

 Oriana sighed as she sat on a small hill away from the tribe. Lately thats all she had been doing. She knew it was the flooding season and that she probably shouldn't have gone out on her own but she didn't really feel like being around the tribe right now. Looking out over the massive water that seemed to take most of the shore now she couldn't help but wonder just what her family thought of her and her brother and sisters. She knew mother loved them vary much but her father... ever since she was born he seemed to be distant and not want anything to do with them. How was it their fault that they came out looking different? She use to avoid him at times when she was little if she saw him coming because she didn't think she was good enough. Though now she realized she was being stupid and that she should have no reason to feel that way about herself.
Mostly when she came down to this little area it was to think about her family and why her father cant seem to like his own kids. Every time she saw him it just made her angry and upset. Her Grandpa was the same way. She just didn't understand it. Maybe thats why she wasn't in vary good relationship with them. She could hardly stand to be in the same room as them sometimes, which was why she tried to avoid most of her family for fear she would do something stupid she would regret. Sighing again she looked up at the sky wondering what she should do. She often talked to the heavens expecting an answer back but as always there was nothing.

The vixen rubbed her body up against him, humming in pleasure. "Well....I just missed you is all...I was watching our babies...and it made me miss you." Xylara nuzzled against his neck affectionately, "I guess I can't call them babies anymore..." She pouted slightly, "They are adults now....How did the time go bay so fast Marius..." She looked up at her mate, missing that time. But Marius had promised her many more children, so she wasn't too worried. She would have that time back with another litter. "I want more....we should start trying again." She licked his cheek.Speaking of said friend, where was he? Eirene had looked for the better part of the day and couldn't figure out where he had gone. Sighing the phim decided to take a flight. It was in the air that she noticed one of the structures. Didn't she remember Amatsu saying he was going in there with Kana? Deciding to go look, the vixen landed and headed inside. it was then that she heard voices and she smiled. She has certainly found someone, "Hey....who's inside?" Oriel was troubled with the behavior of his sister, well the youngest one, Orianna. Though he knew that she was technically his big sister, he had always had the strong urge to look after her. It was the same with all of them in fact. Maybe it was the fact that he was a male, and they females. Instinct could be a real b***h sometimes. After hours of searching for her, Oriel finally found her in her usual hiding spot, "Oria?" He spoke softly as he walked up behind her, "Why are you looking so sad?" He placed a paw on her back and rubbed it gently.

Fyra looked around them. Flooding season, as Horus told them would happen. And there are the new kits. At least the tribe survived the sickness that plagued them earlier, with little to no damage to those who caught it. She began to think of all the mates that were in the tribe and thought of one for herself. The vixen shook her head, it wasn't for her, not yet.
She walked out and watched those that were close. It did seem that there were more in the tribe. She could pin point some of them, but others looked like the first set of kits she helped watch.

Our elder? Rit had to smile at that. This male was a bit forward, but at least he had stated his allegiance to the tribe to save on trouble. “Well then I would be happy to carry that for you to hasten your trip to our home… Robin Hood..” That name was so familiar. “Might you perhaps be the same Robin who is mated to Rynn?” If it really was the same fox then Rit had a feeling she would make the vixen’s day. Where it not the same no loss was to be had since this was a fellow tribe member and helping them was a part of her own duty to the tribe.
“Well I’ve not been much for swimming since my own incident with the giant lizards.” Ion shuttered remembering. “Still I know Wren will be ok, and if she decides she doesn’t like it out there she always will have a home to come back to here. Ah Rynn. I forgot I should be off helping the other scribes in cleaning and organizing. I should be going now. Don’t foreget if you need an extra paw to help you plant you can always come and ask me.”
“Hey now careful Ion. I’ll hold you to that. I don’t think Akori would be happy seeing you covered in dirt.” Rynn laughed at seeing the other vixen’s horrified face. It was always so fun tormenting her, Ion was a good sport about it. Rynn watched the other vixen go and giggled as she realized that Ion’s lope was a careful one designed to keep her sleeves clean. Rynn wondered if Ion even knew she did that.
