Kazumi growled, putting her hand in between her and the gun. "Go ahead and shoot. But remember that if I survive, I'll come after you and your little friends. I'll rip them apart one by one until they make me stop, until I can see what makes them tick. Then I'll rip you apart as well...." She said, getting up slowly. Tomoyo looked at Kazumi a bit sympathetically. "What happened to you...? You used to be my friend, you used to act like my sister..." She said, her face shading as a single tear streamed down her face. Kazumi snarled. "I was never your friend."

Jack shoved Kazumi back into the floor and shoved the barrel of his desert eagle down her throat. "As of now I am no longer listening to anyone. I will kill her and there is nothing you can do about it." Jack said. He pulled the trigger as soon as he finished talking.

Tomoyo tackled Jack a second too late, seeing what had already been done. She looked at her sister, trembling. Blood was flowing out of her mouth, looking up at them. She looked like she wanted to say something, but couldn't because the bullet had messed up her vocal chords. She smiled a bit as her body sprawled out on the ground. Tears streamed down her face as she looked at her sister's body. "... When was the moment... When was it that we turned into bigger monsters than them?" She asked, looking at Jack and the others with young, tear-filled, scared-looking eyes.

A wave of anger swept across her, as she stood up and grabbed Jack by the collar. "We're the lucky ones, are we?" She asked, wet yellow eyes turning red. "The ones who get locked in cages until we're not needed?" She asked. "Held in this mutated body until we're not wanted?" She looked away, almost breaking into sobs. A whitecoat came in and looked suprised, between Tomoyo holding Jack, and Kazumi dead. He grabbed at Tomoyo, but she whacked him away.

"Tomoyo, I'm sorry about killing your sister. But you heard what she said. If I had let her live then she would've killed us all without mercy." Jack said. "Now are we going to escape, or do you want to stick around here until you die?"

"Terrific. Follow me and try not to be seen." Jack said, he lead the way to his office so he could grab a few supplies before they left.

Jack took some food, a couple guns, ammunition, and a small laptop. "Alright. I have everything we need for now, and I've royally screwed the whitecoats over. I have every last record of their work deleted and the security system is dead. All of the other mutants will be able to push the cage doors open and run free. Let's go." Jack said. He took Tomoyo's hand and sprinted towards the nearest exit.

Tomoyo nodded, running with Jack. She could hear the outside world and felt butterflies in her stomach, speeding up unknowingly as she ran.

McKay watched, a single tear rolled down her cheek as Jack the triggerand Kazumis life faded away, but she wiped it away as Jack and Tomoyo left in a hurry. They had forgotten her in their race to escape and the white-coat immediately assumed that I was a part of it, which I was, and rushed over, yelling swears at me and threats of all the punishments I would be put through for this act of rebellion. I just stood there, not showing any emotion as I ignored him. I can't believe they left me! The never of those two, now i'm stuck with the punishment! Aghhh!
