Soprian had notice the dwarf from a distance at first but came up behind him. It just happened that his back was to her. She blushed a little. "Droh." She called out once she was right behind him. She had to tell him something. She was going to leave the island soon. She didn't want to leave before saying goodbye at least. She was already taking too much time away from her studies.

Jumping up from his comfortable position, flinging the small purple flower into the air, he leapt to his feet. He knew that voice. Turning to face the beautiful elf, he steadied himself before losing balance from moving so quickly. Hoping she didn't hear him talking to the flower, he rubbed his arm sheepishly as his face, especially his nose, turned a bright red. "Yes?" He spoke nervously; he could tell something was the matter or at least troubling her a bit. She didn't blush too easily, not like him at least.

The Elvish princess joined the dwarf at his side so that she could be near to him. She leaned her head against him. "I'm going to be leaving soon. I'm going back to the Western woods and finishing the one year of college I'm going to do there before I come back here to be a student." She told him. It was pretty much a goodbye to now and she wanted him to wait for her to return.

A whole year?! The dwarf felt a slight sadness within him; a year felt so long. Feeling the soft weight of her head leaning on him, Droh blushed a bit more deeply. He felt like his feelings for her were as strong as ever, and now she was leaving. He still hadn't even taken her on a proper date yet. He had been planning it for awhile; it had to be perfect. He was silent for awhile, just enjoying the moments he had with her. What if she met a handsome, tall, striking elf back at home? He couldn't compete! "I won't be leavin' here anytime soon." He told her, telling her he would still be here when she came back, if she was still interested in him at all. It was a bit painful for the dwarf; he had fallen in love again, and now she was leaving. But hopefully this would be different. Hopefully she would come back. If she didn't...Well...He would probably lose all hope at finding love. "Ye must take somethin' o' mine with ye." He suddenly said, digging around in his pockets, trying to find a trinket for her to remember him by. But then he suddenly remembered the sheet of metal he had been playing with earlier. "What's yer favorite thing in the whole world?"

Sopian didn't want to burden him with getting her anything. "Please. You don't need to give me anything. I promise I'll be back during my holiday breaks." She told him. She wouldn't be gone for a whole year per-say. "I'll be back for when Lillie gets married and to make sure all the records are in place for me to come here." She promised. She wondered if Lillie was like this when she met Yuri. Did Lillie not want to burden Yuri? The girl smiled. "A bracelet. That way I can always wear it."

"I know I needn't give ye anything, I want to." The dwarf said with a light smile before picking up the sheet of silvery metal he had cast aside before. He had already spoken to the metal earlier, so it bent to his whim without much resistance. Certain metals were more of a pain than others. He wasn't too fond of trying to get the stubborn ones to cooperate. But it seemed as if this sheet was meant to be a bracelet now that he thought about it. Nothing else had really been working earlier before Sopian came. Concentrating, he shaped the metal expertly, taking a few minutes in silence while he molded and mended. The finer details were certainly more painstakingly delicate and he had to get out a small tool from his pocket, forming the design that he had imagined for her. "Hold on just a sec' 'ere." He told her before going off to his pack to rummage around for a stone to fit in the facet he left for it. "Ah..." With a smile, he meandered back to the beautiful elf, sitting next to her again, the perfectly shined stone gleaming in the viking inspired bracelet. "I will look forward to the holiday breaks then." He said while holding the bracelet for her to take, hoping she would be pleased enough. "Lillie sure will have a grand weddin'."

Sopian loved it and put it on with a big smile once it was in her hands. She would probably only take it off if she had to wear a dress that didn't match it at all. Lucky for her most of her dresses did match it. "As the third princess she'll have the best wedding seen in years and years." The girl agreed. "I'm the maid of honor." She added with a grin.

The dwarf couldn't hide his own smile at her satisfaction with the bracelet. The thought of her wearing it pleased him beyond belief. He felt like a giddy child almost. "I imagine there would be no limit at the expense." Droh said with a nod, imagining Lillie in a fine gown surrounded by the best flowers and petals. What was the man going to do for the ring? It better be splendid. And Lillie? What about her ring for the groom? In his opinion, they should both go to him; he knew metal. "Hopefully you won't outshine the bride m'lady." The dwarf said playfully, teasing a bit.

Sopian smiled nodded. There was probably no limit on the budget. However Lillie was the kind to cut out what was not needed, but not people. Lillie would want all her first there with her. Sopian looked at her boyfriend. "I hope I do outshine her a little. Not with everyone, just with one person. I want that person to only thing I was a beautiful creature and Lillie was nothing more than a third princess."

"And who might that one person be?" The dwarf teased with a smile. It was a shame he didn't really have any ranking in the dwarven royal family. He figured it might make him seem more of an attractive match for Sopian. His family had high rank only in the metal making department; only his segment of the family knew the most ancient secrets of the metallurgy art. He took her elegant hand and bringing it up to his lips, he kissed it lightly. "I will miss ye everyday ye are gone me dear princess."

Sopian smiled as her ears twitched. A frown then came to her face. The full elf drew back from her on again, off again boyfriend. "I'm sorry I must go. Farewell my brave dwarf we will see each other when Lillie gets married." She told her before getting up and going towards the school.

Watching the elf leave until he could only see a faint dot, the dwarf turned a bit sadly back to the small little flower that rested before him. "Just ye and me again, eh?" He said with a sad smile. When was Lillie's wedding anyways? He would have to begin to count down the days until he would see Sopian again. It was difficult for him not to get too attached to the woman; he was making the same mistake again. What if she left him? It would be worse than when the human denied his affections. With a sigh, he shook his head, casting away all thoughts.

Conan Smith Conan and Tristan soon arrived to the beautiful field of flowers, and just as Conan had thought, it was only those two here. "Here we are." He said to her with a smile as he looked at her.

Tristan's eyes glowed bright looking at the flowers. She loved them and it wasn't long before she leaned over and started to smell each different flower. She probably leaned over a little too far again before pulling back up. Her eyes focused on a bare spot that Conan and her could sit down in. The girl dragged her man towards the spot before sitting down. She laid down in the grass and started to smile with joy.

Conan Smith Conan smiled as he watched her smell the different flowers, happy that she like this place. He blinked a bit when she suddenly pulled him over to a spot where they could sit down and sat down himself, soon enough laying down by her. "I'm glad you like it here." He said with a kind smile as he looked at her.
