"I would need to see what you have in mind before I can say anything."
Rahujo looked down at Fae, slightly amused by the height difference. She was still somewhat distracted by the conversation going on a few yards away.
"Unfortunately, chimneys and building works really are not my expert field. I helped restore my forge to its present condition, but then it was still mostly intact when I was born."

She wasn't just cold. She was cold, wet, bleeding, alive, breathing, tired, thirsty, aching... no blanket would simply solve all of this. Sighing and shaking her head at their silliness, her eyes swiveled towards Ieyasu, focusing on him. Why couldn't they be as apathetic as him? If she didn't care, why should they?
Staring at him a moment, she was puzzled. Wait, did he care now? Why? Because everyone else was getting upset and depending on him now? That was hardly fair. Blood loss was bad... but so what? So what?
"Does it bother you?" she asked Ieyasu. Something about his demeanor reminded her mildly of Alyosha.

"It bothers me because you're being utterly stupid not to see to a wound like that... no offense of course. You say you don't trust me. If you don't trust anyone, then why the hell aren't you attempting to fix yourself up as soon as possible!? Say I was going to attack you (which I'm not). Wouldn't I have an advantage if you're half dead from blood loss?"
Ieyasu began wondering if it had been such a good idea to wander out into the community centre. From the way Fae had looked at him earlier, and her sudden shift in attitude towards him, he was guessing that she was now suspicious of him. Great. So much for a lasting cover. He also didn't understand why Syrenrei refused to even attempt to stop her bleeding. The refusal of help, he could understand. Afterall, he disliked taking help himself; disliked being indebted to others and to relying on others. But seriously, just sitting and allowing herself to bleed to death?? That was plain stupidity or a death wish.

"No... I don't fight with my body. You'd have no advantage, really." She stands slowly, with great pains to try to keep her legs from bending under the weight- it felt like they were made out of putty somehow. Slowly they moved with some rigidity as she carried herself towards Ieyasu. Her hair was now thawed, but strangely unstained by the blood that seemed to have soaked in everything else. When she was close enough to whisper she did, so as the others couldn't hear. "I deserve to suffer... I have indebted myself to an agent in the abyss... and exploit my heritage and sin greatly."

"Your heritage? Are you trying to tell me that you deserve to suffer because of what you were born as?" Ieyasu stared at Syrenrei in open disbelief. After a moment, he looked away and shook his head. Ieyasu could have a hot temper, but he usually cooled down just as quickly.
"Look, sit down. I'll get something to warm you up a little bit." Turning away from the woman, he moved to leave, walking past Fae and Rahujo. His first question had been rhetorical, really.

Fae paied no attention to the other two for a moment as her attention tuned everything but Rahujo out. She thought for a moment, then reached into her bag thoughtfully. Flipping through pages in a notebook, she finally pulled out a picture of a free standing fireplace, holding it up to the amused Aerandir. (( I couldn't find anything online and my tablet is screwy ><; So I had to take a picture of mines ^^; Something like that minuse the yellow. )) Something knagged at Fae- she needed to help Sy since clearly nothing was getting done. If Ieyasu wouldn't help, then Fae would simply have to try and find Aly. Though, she's been trying to catch him all week, still with no luck. "The design, I would think, would be fairly easy to build- simply pannels of glass melded together with metal framing. But then again, I know nothing of fireplace building," she grinned slightly. "Hehe."

Of course he didn't understand. No one did unless she launched into her list of what she had done, about how she discovered her powers, what their true calling was. It was as if she was born to be an assassin. She watched him go but didn't sit. Standing kept her more awake, alert, and her legs felt more sturdy. She could feel the blood rushing through them now.
They weren't the same person, surely, but that miffed disbelief and kindness under a cold exterior... at first glance they were very much alike. Although admittedly Alyosha, from what she had seen, was a much bigger a**.

"Hmm, an indoor fireplace? Not something I have ever seen on this island of hot nights and wooden houses. Interesting..."
She peered at the picture, curiously. "Neither is glassblowing my speciality, in fact, attractive though this is. When it comes to fires, I tend towards the plain - I have a small cooking stove outside, and I have the forge - clay and stone."

Fae thought for a moment, thinking of alternatives. Clay and stone...soo..she leaned more towards a builder. "Ooh, a stone fireplace would work?" She thought. "Maybe just a simple deisgn then? But I rather much had my heart set on the rounded version.." She thought again. "Oh, I know! I could get the glass for you to build with? I could import some flat, heat resitant glass, if that would help?" She asked hopefully.
Fae grinned at how bizzare Rahujo must have thought of Fae. "I know how warm it is here, but something about a fire looks beautiful in one's home," she smiled.

Ieyasu pushed open the door to the community centre, making a beeline for the main circular room. He wasn't carrying a blanket. Or any sort of warm clothing whatsoever. Nope. Instead, he was carrying a bottle.
A little whisky (not too much) should be enough to give her some quick warmth.. after that.. he'd need to see. He walked passed Fae and the furry winged woman and into the kitchen area. Bashing about until he found a cup, he uncapped the bottle and poured a little into the bottom of it. He left the bottle in the kitchen and headed back out to where Sy was still standing. Stupid woman...
"Here. Drink this. It'll warm you up a little" He proffered the cup in her direction, his gaze direct.

She sniffs it a moment and looks at him. Oh dear... she and alcohol and men... these things did not mix... but she could tell from his gaze he'd be none too happy if she refused this offer. With this blood loss she'd get drunk easier and start ranting and maybe even hit on him @__@ There was no safe way out of this.
"I should warn you, alcohol and men don't mix well for me," she said wearily, swaying a little bit unsteadily. Of course, she was certain it was the room that was swaying.

"There's hardly any of it there. Just a dribble - do you think I'd be handing you a bottle when you've lost a pint of blood? It was just to warm you up a bit."
He looked at her sway for a moment, wondering vaguely if it -was- a good idea. But then... like he'd said it was the tiniest of amounts. He'd never seen anyone get drunk on a tiny drop like that before.

She sighs a little... well, she warned him at least. She swirled around the glass a little and then downed it. In tilting her head back to down the glass, she upset her balance, and she startled to topple over. Needless to say, she was none to good on her feet, at the moment, and no wonder since the entire blade of a steak knife had sunk into her thigh.

Seeing Syrenrei start to lose her balance, he started forward, almost instinctively. Ok, no drink, not even the strongest, could do anything that fast. Catching hold of her by the shoulders, he sighed, shaking his head.
"I told you to sit down earlier, didn't I? You need to have that hole in your leg seen to, get changed into something dry and rest. No arguments, alright?"

"Well, perhaps when you're free you could..."
Her eye was caught by a sudden movement in the centre of the room. She'd vaguely noted the departure and subsequent reappearance of one of the inhabitants, as well as her earlier observation that that white-haired girl really didn't look too well (it was probably the blood...) However, with Fae seemingly content to talk about fireplaces and ignore the events happening behind her, she'd assumed everything was being taken care of.
Rahujo instinctively stiffened slightly and raised her hand a little, but caught herself before she started to move. Too slow (and besides, she would have had to go through Fae and get there almost before she started anyway...) She watched as things were brought a little more under control, and sighed.
People could be so confusing sometimes.
She turned her attention back to Fae. "I'm sorry. Perhaps when you're free I could take a look and see if I have the necessary skills to build you a fireplace."
