Lance gets frustrated, '' Stop moving. '' Lance wobbles around and then uses the Spirit of Light to become Lobomon, '' Is that rootbeer because I love rootbeer. '' Lance charges towards Exveemon and teleports outside leaving a mark on Exveemon.

(Alex and Jax look exactly alike)
Alex enters the HQ. Terriermon is on his shoulder, and Meramon flanks him from behind. Even though Jax has been here before, Alex contains no memory of that. All he knows is that this place, and the hunt for the digimemories has a deep connection with Jax. Alex is determine to finish what Jax started.
He looks up and sees Lance. Alex, turns to Meramon, a question in his eyes.
"Hey, Meramon. I feel like I know him. Did he know Jax?"
Meramon promptly answers Alex's inquiry.
"Yes. They were friends. I fought by his side a couple of times. He's not a bad guy."
Terriemon isn't convinced and instantly dislikes him.
"He looks like an idiot."
At the site they were seeing before them, Alex was inclined to agree. He tries to stay open minded though.
"Well, uh. Whose he?"
Alex indicates Kazu shouting at Lance.
"Well uh, he's also an ally. I'm not exactly sure what's going on here."
Terriermon shrugs and sighs.
"I'm not sure these guys could be friends with anyone."
Alex reproaches Terriermon.
"Let's give them a chance. I'm sure this is one, big, misunderstanding."

Ex-Veemon grunted as he took the hit. "Kazu, we need to go calm him down!"
Kazu nodded in agreement and turned to leave the building.
"oh! Jax your back! Hey are you feeling ok? You and ghoulmon took a pretty nasty fall earlier. Oh! Who's this guy, he looks cool." Kazu bends down and smiles at Terriermon "Hey buddy, I'm Kazu. Pleased to meet you!"
"Kazu...Lance is still outside..."
"Oh crap yeah! Hey, Jax Lance stole some of Dax's beer and now he's wasted. I'm going to try and reason with him ok? Sorry for a bad first impression for your Terriermon" Kazu smiled gave Jax and his group the thumbs up and dashed outside.
[Outside Royal Knight's Head Quaters]
"Lance! Where are you? You need to just calm down ok? We don't want to fight you, but at this rate Fighting may do more good than harm!"
"Kazu I think I should digivolve...Just in case, you know?"
Kazu nodded "Good Idea." He held up his digivice "DNA Activate!"
Ex-Veemon glowed and turned into a sphere of light, the light separated into the forms of an Ex-Veemon and a Stingmon.
"Ex-Veemon Stingmon DNA Digivolve to --- Paildramon!"
Paildramon landed next to Kazu "Now we should be ready for him..."
Kazu nodded, this time...He would not be bettered, he would show everyone how significant he was!

"Wait Ex-Veemon!" Kazu looked around the clearing infront of the HQ "I don't think he's coming back... not for a while at least..."

Alex is confused, and slightly uneasy. He isn't surprised that Kazu is calling him Jax though.
Terriemon gives Kazu the cold shoulder.
Alex tries to correct the situation.
"Terriermon. Be nice, and my name's no-"
But Kazu has already run outside.
"He-what? Whose Dax?"
Meramon explains to Alex that Dax is a comrade, and in many ways their leader.
"Dax is a powerful tamer that serves as our most powerful ally. He's also an alcoholic, so that explains why Lance is acting weird."
A light bulb goes off in Alex's head.
"Oh! I get it now. Let's try to help. Meramon, you're on standby. Let's go Terriermon!"
"Right!"
"Fine..."
Meramon resigns himself to sitting back to watch the show.
Alex is really excited. This will be his first battle in a long time.
Alex runs after Kazu, with Terriermon still on his shoulder.
"Heh, let's not go too overboard here. Terriermon let's show our new teammates the power of a team who broke the barriers of normal digivolution!"
But when they get outside, Lance is nowhere to be seen.
"Ahw man, what a rip off."
Terriemon pouts disappointed.
"Well, there's no way I'm staying in this form."
Terriemon jumps to the ground, and is surrounded by ribbons of light, he emerges as Leomon.
Leomon stretches his arms.
"Ahhhh, it's been far too long sice I've digivolved. I don't like being Terriermon. I feel..small that way."
Meramon sighs.
"Looks like there's no show..."
Alex turns to Meramon, and apologizes.
"Yeah. Sorry, but at least now we get to take a look around."
Meramon still isn't satisfied.
"I've already had my tour. I'll just hang out with Ghoulmon for a while then."
Meramon is turned into digital coded, and is sent into the digivice.
Alex turns to Leomon sheepishly.
"Well, Leomon, there goes our tour guide..."

Kazu turned to Jax. He was startled to see that the small rabbit digimon had turned into this great lion-man. "Woah... Looking good Leomon!" He turned to Jax and laughed. "Well looks like he's run off eh? Ahh well I'm sure he'll be back sooner or later."
Ex-Veemon walked back over and de-Digivolved into Veemon.
"Man that hothead makes me so mad!" He grumbled then smiled at the Leomon. "Hey! I don't think we've been introdiced! My name's Veemon, who're you?" Veemon extended his hand to the Leomon
Kazu nodded thoughtfully. "Hey lets head inside, I want you to tell me what happend after I left you at the Savana, I feel really bad that I didn't stick around to check you were ok." Kazu began walking inside with (Who he thought was) Jax.

[Enter Kutay and Candlemon from Gear Savanna]
Kutay had recently arrived back at the base and was wondering who Kazu was with, since Kutay hadn't seen this person before he assumed he was new to the team, but Kazu seemed to be treating him like they were best friends. Walking up next to Kazu and the new guy Kutay asked in a mode that showed his desire to get some action and not just run around doing something less than desireable just to kill time, "Hey Kazu who is this? Also have we gotten any new information on where the next memory is?"

"Oh hey Kutay. This is Jax, he's one of the Knights who's been here since the start. He's a really good fighter. We're just heading inside, c'mon" Kazu gestures for Kutay to follow.

"Um, okay, hi Jax." Kutay said as he followed Kazu and Jax inside the base. He thought it was strange for someone who had been here since the start to look so clueless as to what was going on.

Leomon ignores Kazu. He doesn't favor the idea of anyone else getting close to Alex besides himself. Leomon believes that he(himself) is the only friend Alex needs.
"I think you should tell them before things get any odder."
Jax sighs, jumps ahead of Kazu and Kutay, and holds his hands out, blocking their way. He looks uncomfortable, like he really has no idea hoew to say it.
"Whoah. Hold up guys. Before we go any further. I need you to know that I'm not Jax. There is no more Jax. My name's Alex.

"Can't say I am really all that suprised, as you seemed a little awe-struck when Kazu called you Jax. Sorry Alex. I didn't know that your name wasn't Jax and since I hadn't met you before I just asumed what Kazu said was correct." Kutay said a little suprised that Kazu had mistaken this person for another Knight that was named Jax.

There is an all call on the speakers to head for Factorial Town.
Alex is elated to fight for his first digimemory.
"Oops, looks like we're out of time. let's head over to factorial town guys! Glory to the Royal Knights!!!"
Alex bolts out of the door, with Leomon easily keeping pace next to him.

Kazu was confused... He wasn't Jax? But he looked so similar! He looked up as the siren went of alerting them to Factorial town.
"Hey Kutay... We should get going, we don't want to lose out due to laziness!" Kazu dashed out, following Alex, what the hell was going on!?

(Christian and Veemon entering from Gear Canyon)
Christian and Veemon see Kutay running. "Hey wait up," Veemon hollers running after him. Christian is forced to follow and starts to dash after the two. Christian jumps over a small barrel, and catches up to Veemon and Kutay.
