Alex smirked. "Yeah...I kept forgetting about that."


Rosie looked up at Lucas, then touched her face in the spot he motioned to. She pulled her hand back and looked at her chocolate covered fingers. She blinked, then looked up at him and smiled. "Heh...guess it was really, really good..."

Rosie smiled at him. "Okay. I think that was enough bouncing anyway." Rosie replied happily.

Rosie smiled. "Lots of fun." she replied happily. "I only get to play with myself. It was really fun having someone else to play with. And Icecream! I haven't had a desert that good in a long time." she said, then gave his head a little hug. "Thank you!"

"Lots!" Rosie replied happily. "We ran all down the hallway, then we went outside and hopped across the buildings, then we found icecream, then I had a hot fudge brownie, then I got it all over my face, then we walked back!"


Alex smiled a little. "Sounds like you really did have fun."

Rosie giggled again. She was pretty sure that this was the most she'd laughed in a long time. Erm...well, ever for her.

"Right here." Edel replied as she walked through the door, a small smile on her face. There was a small pink-hued crystal ball tucked carefully in her right hand, and an even smaller gold plate in her left. "Why don't the two of you have a seat. I'm sure you'll enjoy this."

Rosie looked up at Lucas with a wide smile before scooting closer to him and snuggling up beside him.

Edel smiled and placed the gold plate on the table in front of the group. She then placed the crystal ball in the center of the plate. A chair materialized behind her as she leaned back to sit down, and the door gently closed on it's own. "Rather easily, really." she replied, placing one hand on the crystal ball. "I will simply need...you to touch the crystal as I begin the spell. You need only think about the people you're looking for, and the crystal will show the location." she said, looking over towards Alex.

Alex gave a sharp sigh, then leaned forward to place a hand on the crystal.

Edel frowned a little, but kept her focus on the task at hand. A few moments after the two had kept their hands on the crystal, the room dimmed and became dark. A few glowing ghostly figures appeared hovering in the air above the orb.

Rosie gasped and stared wide-eyed at the glow. "So cooooooll..."

Edel smiled a bit and drew back. "Alright, you can sit back now." she replied.

Alex looked up at her, then up at the glowing figures before sitting back in her seat.

Rosie grinned and cuddled closer to her new bestest friend.

"Yeah. That's them." Alex replied, staring at the glowing images. One woman was standing across from two identical young women about Alex's age. She recognized the woman as Shadow Spider. But the two girls...she didn't recognize. But she must of if they were visible, right?
The two other glowing figures must have been in the room next to them. Warp was standing with Sapphire Spider in rather close proximity to him. She looked...upset. Alex recognized her facial expression as the "in the middle of a quiet lecture" expression.

Edel recognized the woman too. Her eyes fell on Sapphire's image, and something less then friendly flashed behind them. Closing her eyes, she allowed the spell to grow. The glowing figures shrank, and soon the skeleton of a room appeared around them. Then a building, then a city street, then a small chunk of new york floated in the middle of the room between the group. The building they were looking for a nice eye-catching red glow.
"There we are. Does that help you? Or should I draw the 'map' out farther" she asked.

"No...no, I recognize those buildings on the other side of it." Alex replied, staring intently at the floating images.

"Good." Edel replied with a small smile. Something about her attitude seemed like it wasn't really feeling the smile though. Alex was paying too much attention to the map to notice.
