Abilities :: Apart from the powers granted by becoming a very powerful heartless, Ishkander has the following abilities:
Star of Creation That Splits Apart Heaven And Earth: Named after the original genie that gave Ishkander his wish, this is the name Ishkander gives his ability to recall his subjects as a swarm of Shadow heartless. Mana cost depending on the amount summoned, maximum amount summonable being 100.
The Imperial Emperor's Treasury: As a part of Ishkander's world, he has the ability to store treasure and wealth inside of it. Only non-biological items may be transfered with this ability. It costs a pittance of mana to store items within, but the mana cost greatly increases to take out the item again, with the exact cost directly proportional to the power of the item.
While it would be easily possible for Ishkander to use black, white, and green magics, he considers all forms of magic fit for mongrels and wimps, preferring to use brute physical strength.
Weapons :: In his heartless form, his appendages provide plenty of destructive ability on their own. In his human form, Iskander favours a spiral-shaped sword he calls Caladbolg.

Personality :: The first thing most people see in Ishkander at first glance is his ego and pride. His belief in himself is overpowering to the point where his eternal dominance over his subjects is no longer enough, and Ishkander now seeks to expand his empire, and make it a physical part of the 'verse once more. All hail the king, mongrels.
History :: On Enuma Elish, Ishkander took the throne early in life, and ruled over his subjects with a velvet-covered iron fist that led to a combination of prosperity and darkening. On the one hand, Enuma Elish grew in wealth, people, and power, and on the other hand, the health of the people and of the world deteriorated to the point where they were about to be extinguished by Iskander's pushing. In a wild attempt to save his empire, he went out and searched for a way for wishes to be granted.

Through Agrabah, the idea of genies came through to Ishkander, and eventually one was found at the end of the life of the planet. The genie, seeing the greed that had forced the world and it's people to that state, took the wish for immortality, and sealed the world inside of Ishkander's soul, to preserve it, and removed Iskander's heart to remove the aging. Finding his new heartless body to his liking, Ishkander went out to renew his empire.

While travelling through the darkness, a call for attention in the dark drew Ishkander to Kairinne. Figuring that since he could gain more power through absorbing more to him, and that she'd provide a foothold in another world from which to gain power, he'd answer that call, transferring himself to Kairinne, and found himself sealed inside of her.
