(OOC: Yes, but the Zanbato style is a weapon style, not a taijutsu style.... At least, that's how I think of it sweatdrop .)

Sora, as she flipped over from the Mist Sword style to another style--the Seven Gates style of Leaf to be exact--used her other hand to pull a book out from underneath a couple others. "Already did," the girl replied as she held it out, the title made it clear that the book was specifically for the Zanbato style, "but I don't think it'll work out for me. I mean, it'll really help me balance my speed with strength but the sword is just too large. The extra weight might make it easier for me to trip. That and I don't think I could easily lug a sword as large as that around without attracting too much attention...."

As she finished her comment on the Zanbato style the girl shut both the Cloud Taijutsu book and the book of general taijutsu then replaced them with another pair of books. One of them seemed quite small and battered, almost like a personal journal of sorts. The other one was another random reference. Opening both books at the same time, the girl began to skim the pages of one first and then the other. After a couple rounds of this, though, Sora began focusing more on the battered book. Whatever was inside of it, it had captured her attention.

(May I ask, how does the library of cloud contain the information on Leaf and Mist village styles? Village Styles can only be learned from an RPC of that village.)

((well you were talking about the mist's sword style, so I assumed you were loking at both.
@Gregar, I guess that's true, any information Kumo did have would probably be a very vague description of what the style looks like.))
Nagisa stepped back as Sora looked into another book. "Well, I won't bother you with your research. Is there anything I can help you with before I leave?" She did, after all, have a report to deliver, and it didn't make sense to interfere when one of the village ninja was collecting information. "If not, you can always come find me or something."

(OOC: Basically what Nagisa said. I'm not looking at specific descriptions, just general ones to get a basic idea of what the style does. It's nowhere near enough to learn from.)

Sora looked up once more from her research and cheerfully shook her head as she politely responded, "No, thank you. I'm good here. What about you? Do you need something from the library? If you do, I can help if you need it." The girl had realized not long after starting her conversation with the jounin that there must be a reason why Nagisa was in the library. It didn't make sense to just randomly step in here for no reason.

Nagisa shook her head. "No, I'm just checking up on the village ninja for now. I'm trying to figure out what everyone needs, and who needsa nice healthy kick in the rump to get them back to work... I'll give you a little time to study before I force you to do something, because I'm nice like that." She patted Sora on the head and then turned back toward the door. "If you do end up needing help, find me and I'll do what I can. As long as I'm not on a mission or something that is" she said aloud, then she shhed the librarian as she was about to try and do the same. Librarians were always so strict, it wasn't like the books (the only ones in the library other than Sora, Nagisa and the Librarian herself) would be terrified by loud noises and run off into the sunset.

Sora simply nodded as she continued to read through the obviously interesting book. As it appeared, it was a personal journal. It was apparently about a fighting style, but the way it was written made it harder to get the entire picture than a regular training manual then. the girl thought to herself as she thoroughly each and ever remark that the writer had made, . Honestly, to Sora, this kind of fighting style seemed to be something made especially for members of a bloodline or clan that specialized in magnetizing objects. At the very least, it had a lot of ninjutsu-like techniques. was the girl's last side-thought before she completely threw her attention into the text.

Enter from Raikage's Office

M
isaki burst through the library doors, panting so hard her lungs threatened to burst. He scanned the nearby area and, after catching a few stares directed at her, calmed her breathing and strode cautiously in. She peeked through a few isles of books, eager to find her friend, but only catching more stares. This place feels old she thought as she stuck out her tongue and hefted her bag tighter over her shoulder. Maybe Sora left to do something else.... I don't think she'd spend a lot of time in this place.

A Misaki looked through the aisles, she would suddenly hear a thunderous turmoil of things slamming into other things, all accompanied by a short, "Gah!" that could be recognized as Sora's voice. "H-how the?!" the girl couldn't help but shout as she sat back up after landing heavily on her back. However, she quickly switched from speaking aloud to thinking quietly after noticing how much attention she was attracting, . Sora wasn't necessarily angry, no she definitely couldn't get angry at something so trivial. She was just surprised and confused. Just as she thought, she had simply been sitting, properly too, when her chair somehow managed to tip over. Since she was sitting properly, she wasn't even tipping her chair, the chair tipped by itself, if such a thing was possible. Whatever the case, the area around Sora was a mess once again, this time even more so thanks to all of the books she had collected to study about taijutsu styles. Another temporary tribute to Sora's incurable clumsiness had been created.

M
izaki could hear the loud rantings of someone off to her right and ran straight towards it. She'd recognised the voice as Sora's, thought she'd spent very little time with the girl to exactly know her, and was really rather glad to see her as she rounded one of the shelves. She looked a bit disheavled, with the mess spread around her, but Misaki didn't care in the slightest. She walked quickly -she was never much of a runner- to her and gave her the tightest hug she could manage. "Sora, Sora! You will never guessed it! I had fun talking to my mother just now!" Her hug tightened around the girl as she continued. "Oh, thank you so much for taking me down from the mountain! How can I ever thank you properly? Oooohhh, you are such an awesome friend!"

Just as she began cleaning up the mess she had made, again, Sora suddenly almost lost her balance once more when she found herself suddenly hugged by someone with a bunch of black hair that was getting in her face and keeping her from seeing properly. "Huh?" was the girl's first response before she could register the voice, after which she exclaimed, "Misaki!". Several, "sh!"s followed the girl's exuberant shout, causing her to shift into an excited whisper. "Really? That's great to hear, and it's nothing really," Sora rapidly replied as she quickly returned the hug. "Although, it might be helpful if you could let me go so I can clean up the mess I made," the girl added with a slight bit of embarrassment as a slight afterthought as she motioned with her one free arm to the multitude of books scattered on the ground. She didn't want to rudely break from her friend's hug, but she also kind of needed to clean up the mess before a librarian came up and saw how badly she was treating the books. The girl didn't want that. She knew from experience that while pleasant to be with for the most part, a librarian could get very unpleasant and scary when he/she got angry. Sora did not like angry librarians.

Genin | Black Salamander
[Enter]

Hibari arrived at the building where the library of the village was at. He took a look at it from the outside for a brief period and then walked in. Hibari went straight to where he could find the Katon jutsu. He wasn't familiar with the library so it could him a while to find where the Katon scrolls were.
Once he found the scrolls he wanted, he looked at each of the scrolls. He knew he wouldn't be able to learn techniques above D rank on his own so he would not waste his time with that, for now. Hibari picked a scroll with Katon jutsu, from E to D rank. It wasn't a small scroll but it had exactly what he was looking for.
With the scroll in his hand, he went to the librarian in order to inform her about the scroll he would be taking with him, he would be acting like a thief if he didn't do that. That fact aside, the genin had already planned what he would do. Learning those katon jutsu would make him one step closer to being ready for the jutsu of his clan.
After he left the library, Hibari headed to a place that would be perfect when it comes to training, the dojo.

iving one last squeeze, Mizaki released her friend and gave a sheepish grin. "Sorry. I was just so excited and so glad to see you again... " She reached to give Sora another hug, but instead brightened her smile and bent to pick up a few of the scattered book.

"What are you doing in here, anyway" she asked, flipping a few books over and examining the covers. "Is this part of your training or are you here for downtime. Downtime is fun. I would spend half the day training with mountain animals, then roll around in the grass and swim in the stream with them." She sighed, already missing her mountain even though a full day hadn't passed. She blushed a little, then smiled nervously at Sora. "D-Don't get me wrong. I'm glad you went up there and brought me down. Thank you so much for that."

(OOC: It's alright. Besides, I made you wait, too, so sorry from me as well sweatdrop .)

As Sora stacked several of the books she had picked up on the table that she had been studying at, she explained, "Erm, both I guess. I've pretty much learned as much as I can in terms of genjutsu and ninjutsu, all that's really left is the universal stuff but I can't find anyone who'd teach me it, so I figured I might as well try and go into another area, taijutsu," Sora then bent down to pick up some more books, "I'm studying up on the various taijutsu styles right now, trying to find one that'd work."

Just then, Misaki sighed and Sora's head jerked up in concern. She returned Misaki's smile and nodded her head. "I'd like to say that I understand," the girl started sheepishly, "but the thing is, I can't. I've lived in Kumo for my entire life so I can't feel homesick," then her tone changed into a more upbeat, optimistic one, "but you know, if you want to, I bet you can just go back up to the mountain every now and then. There's no harm in doing that, right?". While her expressions didn't show it, Sora couldn't help but feel slightly guilty. Here was Misaki, thanking her for an act that she didn't even mean to perform when she had trekked up the Southern Mountain. It wasn't like she was planning anything bad, just searching for answers to her questions, but it still made the girl guilty. After a short pause, Sora allowed the guilt to show on her face as she lowered her head a bit so that she was looking at the cover of the book on the top of the stack she held in her hands. "Besides," the girl muttered just barely loud enough for Misaki to hear, "you really shouldn't thank me. It was just chance that we met and I managed to bring you down here. I didn't even know you were up in the mountains. I was up there for a completely different reason." Sora was no fool, she knew full well that what she said could have some nasty consequences for herself but the girl would rather have whatever consequence was coming than accept praise that she really didn't deserve.

M
izaki straightened, the last few books stacked in her arms. "The friend of yours.... My aunt. I remember your reaction when I said her name. She must be important to you, probrably as important she is to me." She placed the books on the table beside the others. "And yes, I should thank you. If you hadn't taken the letter meant from my dad, I wouldn't've met another human, never would've met my mom again.

the girl thought to herself as she turned around for just a moment under the pretense of putting the books she had in her arms away on the table. When she came back to face Misaki, her trademark smile shone on her face as she nodded her head just enough to make her lemon-pudding-blonde hair bounce a bit. "Well," the girl relented, "I guess there's nothing I can do to make you change your mind, eh?". She then glanced for a bit at the table littered with books, a sight that she enjoyed but also realized that probably struck Misaki as being boring, before sighing even as she continued to smile, "Well, I guess this isn't all that fun for you, eh? What do you want to do Misaki? It's your choice. Should we revisit the mountain? Go get something to eat? Bug your mom? Get some missions done? What should we do?".
