"And how do expect to 'kill him after he kills you'?" The Basilisk asked, his head cocked a bit to the side in curiosity. "In all honesty it's a foolish concept..."

Fidelis nodded in agreement, "Yes quite true... But I wouldn't enjoy your death. You make situations interesting."

"Can't full-fledged demons simply hibernate when they decide to take a break?" Nero asked. Destry shrugged,
"I never paid much attention to what happened with the higher ranking demons unless they were raiding the Human World."
"Some demons can but only for so long. If they stay inanimate for more then a millennium, their bodies eventually shut down for good. Only a priest who's able to speak Latin fluently can bring the body back. It requires a spell of some sort. From what I've heard the spell is normally in ancient texts found in a select few cities in Italy." Fidelis advised. Looking at the group around him.

"Ah yes it is isn't it?" Fidelis asked, his phantom like eyes sparkling with interest. He never came across humans that knew so much about the demon world. Let alone a being who was a demon herself.
"You sure know a lot for being a artificially created demon." Dante mused. Fidelis in turn laid his ears flat against his skull like head and growled a bit.
"Are you saying I should be dim witted?" He asked in return. "You know dogs can have incredible intellect. Artificial or organic."

Tora sighs "you know dogs only make ten sounds for communication while cats make over a thousand" she streches her arms out above her head.

"Ah but who needs noise when one can have unbreakable loyalty? Canines are known throughout history for being loyal creatures when faced with challenges or doing simple acts tat amaze the human mind. Though Cats main exception was in Ancient Egyptian court. Pharaohs apparently admired felines." Fidelis said coolly.

"But of course!" The basilisk laughed, "Felines are almost as sly as foxes!" By this time Destry, Dante and Nero had become bored of no further information regarding Vergil. Destry had now propped herself against a wall to her right and began dozing off.

"Will you two shut up?" Destry growled, her attempts at falling asleep had obviously failed her. She glared at Tora and Fidelis. "We were trying to find Vergil... And since he vanished you two have been bickering back and forth about which freaking animal is better."
