Jarod, apparently unfazed by Lana's slap, grinned. "I'm just the messenger," he said, sounding amused by this whole situation. "Wow, I can definitely see the family resemblance here. You and Myra both give me the exact same glare when I really piss you off." He chuckled mildly to himself. All of the sudden the smile was wiped from his face. "Forced?" Jarod repeated, anger rising. "What did you do to her? Oh, you better not've touched a hair on her head. If Emma comes back with a single scratch, I will kill you."

Now it was Lana's turn to chuckle. "Psh, aww the brother is acting all defensive. Don't tell me you haven't gotten so mad you wished she was dead? Well lets just say, it's just a....a bit......hmmmm. Nevermind. Well you'll see her soon enough." She told the bluecoat. "You know what? When the time comes, I might spare you. You amuse me." Lana chuckled.
((Wait, is Myra the leader of the bluecoats? Cuz I'm confuzzled....))

Jarod looked away. For a while, he had hated Emma. She had run away, leaving their parents heartbroken and he and Seth sisterless and confused. But Jarod had found himself unable to stay mad at Emma; brotherly love had won out in the end. No, it was the redcoats he was mad at now. He hated them for taking his sister away from him. He looked back at Lana, an angry look in his eyes. "I'll see her soon enough? What the hell is that supposed to mean?" His tone got spiteful. "I'd sooner die than live to amuse you. Emma wouldn't have switched sides to save her life. I know my sister! I know that you're lying! And I hate you!"

Eric looked them both and sighed "She did it on free will, she could have been in prison, but yes, i and i touched a bunch of hair on her head, and piggy back rides.....so yep, and i think she is messing with my I-pad"

"Messing with your iPad?" Jarod said, snorting. "That sounds a lot more like the Emma I know." He felt a mystifying wave of envy for Eric. This redcoat had gotten to give Emma piggyback rides? Be, in essence, Emma's big brother? Jarod wasn't sure whether he liked this boy or not. "Did she really switch? Of her own free will?"
