when I come around is my all time favorite..
but stuck with me is my favorite favorite...XPso is it Good Riddance (time of your life) or Time of your life (Good Riddance) ? Because i got in an argument, and i thought it was the first one, but i've seen it both ways

In the coming weeks, we'll be going into the studio with U2 to record a cover of the song "The Saints Are Coming," which was originally recorded by Scottish punk band, The Skids. We were asked by U2 to record the song with them to benefit Music Rising (www.musicrising.org), an organization that replaces instruments musicians lost in Hurricane Katrina's wake. One year later, the devastation is still fresh in our minds, and we'd like to keep it in yours. New Orleans has always been a special city to us, being a hotbed of music and creativity, and it's hard to believe parts of the gulf region still remain devastated. We feel that it's important to continue to raise awareness. "

I was a little dissapointed with the news when I saw it on GD.com...
I dont like U2, but I do like the Skids :]
I thought it was going to be something alittle more surprising the way people had it all hyp'd up.

I dont think u2 and green day are a great combination.
(U2 is way to overrated imo anyways xd )
But who knows, something intresting might pop out dramallama

I am hoping something good will turn out, green day cant handle anymore bad press.. Did I miss something? What bad press? I don't like U2 very much either but they have a good sound and I can see where other people like them. Plus Green Day's members are getting older and U2 has an older mature sound as well, so I think that whatever it is it will be good.

With people critzing it before it came out, the backlash..I would say that wasx bad press unless you consider that good press ...

That collaboration sounds interesting, but I"m not a big U2 fan so I'm not excited to hear it. Oh well, I'll probably still end up listening to it.
