Proposal of Arrancar Reformation
Alrighty, we all got talking and started coming up with ideas for fixing up this dreary ol' Las Noches (one such idea is to rename it as Los-t Nachos =D )
The first idea was to organize the Arrancar into a proper organization instead of an unruly group of inactive tits that do nothing other than fight and then never show up again. We want it changed so there will be a reason to stay active and so it's not all about the fighting. So far we have three group proposals and a short few ways on how to initiate a first member of said group.
Medical Corps: The Arrancar answer to the 4th Division of the Gotei 13. the Medical Corps. would function as proper healers for the Arrancars, it's rank would be filled with Arrancar who are ready to learn medical sciences and put it to use as the ones to save an injured Arrancar (for example, the reparation of lost limbs). I, Shinmei-Jigoku agreed to make a second Arrancar (thus filling my three character limit) who is based around being a healer abilities and all to start us off and would even put my character through a PRP to learn the medical sciences required.
R&D Department: The Arrancar's very own technological field. A group of Arrancar devoted to more than simple slaughter and being emo angst idiots or boring elitists but instead a group that research the technology employed by the Gotei 13 and the more less-advanced prospects of the Living World so that they may build there very own technologies to better service the Arrancar and there home of Las Noches. Zaine93 agreed to have one of his characters go through the learning process of sciences so that he can be an efficient start off for this group.
The Menos Corps. (Name under debate): The Menos Corps. are the front line defense group of Las Noches. Any intruder who successfully escapes the labyrinth of Las Noches will find themselves in the many rooms and corridors of the Menos Corps. domain who are charged with the eradication of these foes, be it through traps or a straight out battle. The Menos Corps. also have the duty of keeping Gillian-
Class Menos in line and have the right to use them as they see fit to aid there defenses. Pad Chief has agreed to lead this group as he is the 10th Espada and Sigeric (the character) is suited to this kind of job.
I'm sure we have more groups to organize and come up with but at the moment this is our initial three (which we have argued about at great length mind you).
The second idea is based around a sort of Job Broker kind of deal. One or a few Arrancar will be given the job of handing out tasks to other Arrancar who feel they are bored doing nothing and want something to do - the jobs will be as inventive as the Arrancar (Job Broker) can make and the jobs type will be decided by the Arrancar looking for a job.
For example one person may want a mission involving fighting and with a partner. The Job Broker will have the task of coming up with a mission idea that involves a battle. (For example a Hollow Rebellion (reminiscent of Nnoitra's past)) If another person is looking for a mission of the same type (in this case fighting) then the Job Broker can pair them up and send them on the same mission as a team. Another example would be one involving talking. The Job Broker again will have to come up with the idea (For example a negotiation between a Natural-Evolved Arrancar group maybe) and send the prospective missioneer on there merry way. Mirouni and Shinmei-Jigoku have both offered to go about the task of being Job Brokers as they both feel up to the idea that they can provide Arrancar with missions.
