Yunalesca didn't bother me. Though I was afraid of the Butcher from Diablo 1 when I was little. (Ahhh, Fresh meat!) Then there are those freaky ghosts with the scissors where you have to slash the masks in Devil May Cry. I Hated them. I thought the marrionettes were kinda cute.

The creepiest thing I ever encountered was...well this is silly. xD
I was playing turok, and when I ran around a corner too fast, I ran into a raptor head on! I almost crapped my pants.

Zophar the final boss of lunar two was CREEEEEEEEEPY, the guy wasn't wearing and PANTS!!! gonk AUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! burning_eyes

Dr. Loboto in Psychonauts...He just...was creepy. It didn't help my lamp looks just like him in the dark. eek

for me, it's a tie between redeads (there's a very funny vgcats about them) and, well...
don't laugh, and sorry if it's been said...
that little skeleton-whale from bubble bobble that would show up if you took too long on a level. this creepy music chord would play, and it would hunt you down like a crazy person. it would only leave after it killed you or you beat the level. it always scared me senseless.. though probably because i was five or so... :XP:

Giant spiders in Ultima Underworld. The first time I played that game, I was walking through the first level and came to small maze-like area where it was pretty dark. I remember for a moment thinking there might be giant spiders there because there were cobwebs in the corners and I had read about the spiders in the manual. Then I laughed at myself thinking they wouldn't throw giant spiders at me in the first level. I literally peed my panties when I rounded a corner and this huge spider suddenly reared up at me on its hind legs. redface
The psychos in Dead Rising are creepy as well, specifically the lesbian security guard who keeps women hostage. Those are scary because you know some people might actually snap like that under extreme stress.

Okay he isn't an enemy, but Voldo from Soul Calibur is... Just... Creepy. xD

The creepiest enemy for me will have to be the Regenerator/Iron Madians of RE4. The way they breath just sents chills through my body, AND NO GAME HAS EVER DONE THAT! gonk
