It has no real special properties, besides coming back like a boomerang, and being able to knock away other projectiles without losing speed. Weakness: If misplaced or lost in battle, it takes 3 posts of 200 words to get a blacksmith to make a new one. Username: mondude RPC Name: Kai Funkazan Rank: AS Technology Name: Pinwheel Shuriken Technology Power Rank: E Description: It is a uniquely shaped shuriken, giving it some different attributes than normal shuriken. It flies much faster, and is thinner, making it much harder to see. The blades are more precise, causing for more deadly slicing, but on a smaller area. Damage done by these shuriken is treated one rank higher. The user can replace any of his shuriken he has on him or her with Pinwheel shuriken. Weakness: The damage is on a smaller area due to thinner blades. Though it flies faster, it can be deflected by average Kunai or shuriken. Picture:  it’s made of metal, not paper, I’m not copying Konan or anything. repost.

With a weapon such as this, it must be rather a nuisance to carry if more than one or two are placed on their person. - Also, are these weapons created by chakra? Meaning does the owner said bombs, have to be Fuuton natured, and put in a set amount of chakra into the weapon to have it 'loaded.' Fuuma Tattoo-So I'm assuming this is technically like a weapon summoning tag except the summoning seal is actually on the person's back. - I would assume though, that by having his tattoo, the shuriken won't spawn through a person's shirt? The individual of this Tattoo would have to have a bare back correct? -And as far as giving the tattoo to another individual I will accept it only if a person of correct qualifications can do it. For example a Medical Nin who can place the seal upon the intended users back. yeah it seems Panthers was

@Mistah No actually that wasn't a typo. I was simply demonstrating the evils of copy/paste usage... sweatdrop It's fixed now the second tech was supposed to be called "Jamming device"
About the Fuuma Tattoo... hasn't Gregar been saying all over the place that The crew is working on weapon summoning stuff themselves and that customs for that aren't going to be approved now?

-Pinwheel Shuriken: The only thing I have a problem with is that it states that it should be treated as being 'One Rank Higher.' If anything, why not just call it D-Rank and keep it simple?

Only Nagisa is able to manufacture and give these away for use, and it is normally on a Temporary basis. Due to the importance of this technology only Chuunin and above are permitted use. Made from very strong material, the Recon Mask is completely transparent, with a heads up display. This display can be used to display the mission data or other information, and has a dictating feature to record any new information and send it to any allies wearing a Recon Mask. The display also has a night vision capability to enhance sight in dark places. A display in the upper right keeps track of any other Recon Masks within a 100 yard area to help keep track of the rest of your team. Weakness: Can be broken by C-ranked jutsu and up if hit directly. If stolen can be used against other teammates using mask. Can't hold up against direct hits from any weapons much stronger than basic kunai. Completely redid it, since I kinda lost interest in the previous version... and I ran into that awesome pic on the net. Mostly just the cool pic. edit: added weakness, forgot it first time around.

Alright looks good, the only thing I want you to change is that bit about normal weapons. If you take a sword to the face I think the mask wouldn't be the only thing in bad shape xD
