"I'm not going to cut off your tail." Ami snorted, setting the sword down. "I told you it was cute, didn't I?" She examined him again. It didn't look bad on him, but it was a bit weird to see him like this after she had been seeing him like a normal human. She shook her blond hair out of it's ponytail and began to put everything back into her bag.

You think it's cute? hm.
Leon was secretly relieved that she didn't cut it off because he was sure that would be really painfull. He also was oddly happy that he liked his tail. He didn't know why so he shook off the feeling. He slowly got himself into a sitting position. He noticed his tail was wagging subconsiously.

Ami who was being hit by his tail grabbed it without really thinking about it. "Wow. Your tail is really fuzzy." she said, feeling the soft fur.

Leon was sitting trying to relax when suddenly something grabbed his tail. He froze as a shiver went up his spine, then whipped it away. He was laughing because his new tail is ticklish when grabbed.
Stop it! It tickles!
Leon realized how annoying his tail will be in the future.

((No problem. Well, Leon and Ami are becoming really close, and I put your Mayla on the couch to sleep. Shayla is mad at Leon, and she has a headache. Marco is asleep in his room. Oh, and Leon grew a tail and ears in his human form.))

Ami, grinning evilly, grabbed Leon's tail again. Then laughing, she stood up and went to the kitchen to find some food. Because she was REALLY hungry. She raided the kitchen and came back to Leon with a cookie jammed in her mouth. She handed him one, and then went to sit on a chair.

Leon felt Ami's hand grab his tail again and he jumped. He was starting to get mad when he was here come back with a cookie in her mouth. He just laughed and took his cookie. Leon loved nothing more then a cookie so it was ok. He stayed still since it still hurt to move. Leon looked at Ami and sighed.
Ami you never answered me. Do you want to go shopping? I figure I'll lose this fight soon so i was wondering if you wanted to go. It wouldn't be as bad if you came.
Leon realized what he said and looked away and blushed. He didn't know why he said that. He sighed and scooted over across the hard floor to Ami. He let out a gasp of pain as he stopped moving. Resting he looked at Ami awaiting her response.

Ami, noticing Leon's blush, also blushed as she replied. "Um...sure, I'll go." she said, shoving the rest of the cookie in her mouth. She'd known Leon for less than twenty-four hours, but she still felt like they were great friends. She also liked Shayla a lot, but she really didn't know Marco or Mayla that well. She smiled. "I guess I'll need to stop at a pharmacy or a medical store or something to get some more gauze and painkillers. Something tells me you're going to need 'em."

Leon heard that Ami was going and beamed. He realized what he was doing and quickly hid his face. He heard what she said about the pharmacy and got a little defensive.
Don't bother. I normally don't get hurt like this but when you are jumped by someone who you used to trust you get caught off guard and cant defend yourself well. I'm normally a better fighter because i use my right hand but after Shayla slammed it to the floor it has hurt since then. That reminds me, I dont like that you dont have a weapon to defend yourself with. Do you have any preticular weapons you like?
Leon glared at where Shayla was resting. He blamed her for seeming so weak infront of Ami.

"Well, I guess I favor bows. I like long ranged weapons." Ami said, looking as though she were deep in thought. She stretched out, then a moment later stood up again. "I want another cookie." she said, once again heading to the kitchen. She pulled a container of cookies out of a random closet and headed back to her chair. She sat down and passed a cookie to Leon again. "I should probably make some real food." she said. "But cookies are sooo good."

Leon saw Ami come back with more cookies. His face beamed. He thought for a second.
Ami do me a favor please. Go into my room and check the back trunk. In there is a brown box. Bring it here and open it, it has something i want to give you in it. Don't look threw anything else in my room please!
Leon always hated people going in his room. He found it to be a invasion of privacy but seeing as he couldn't get in there himself he decided to let Ami.

Ami smiled at him and stood up. She walked down the hallway until she found the place where she had woken up that morning and walked in. She looked around and spotted the trunk after a moment, and headed over to it. She dug through it and pulled out the brown box. She closed the trunk lid quietly before heading back to Leon. She sat back down on her chair and looked at the box. "What's in here?" she asked, not waiting for a response before opening it. She gasped. "It's so beautiful!" she exclaimed. There was a simple reddish-brown long bow in the box, that looked as if it had been polished for hours. "Thank you!" she said, taking Leon into another hug and being careful not to break any of his ribs this time.

Leon winced when he was hugged. Leon was happy to see that Ami was happy. He was glad she liked it. He had put alot of time and effort into making that bow from a tree. He was happy that she won't be defenseless anymore.
I'm sorry i cant take you to target practice. i know it sucks that I'm broken and can't do anything. You can leave and go to the park or something.
Leon looked away sad as he said that last part.

"Naw, I couldn't leave you all by yourself with a bunch of crazy people." Ami said, glancing at Mayla and Shayla who were sleeping on the couch. "Plus, what if I had a seizure or something? Then they'd take me to the hospital." She stretched as she spoke. "You know, what happens when we go the mall? You have a tail and ears to think about." she added, flipping over and watching him while hanging upside down. She wanted to go to shopping with him, but what about being exposed?
