It depends on the purpose, but yes. If you are just doing a daily meditation, or one to calm your nerves that is still very ritual like at the least. If you are doing some sort Shamanistic journey, well that's ritual, At least in my book. If your meditation has any kind of magical purpose, Its a ritual, especially if you have created sacred space for it.
Have you ever been to a ritual that really just went on too long?

i do my own rituals, so they're generally short enough to fit into the hour between when i get home and when my mum and siblings get home. i pity all those who have been in that situation, because i've been stuck in church meetings that went on too long...and it was awful...
what do you do before rituals, to prepare?

I set up my altar and then I shower with pretty smelling soap and think of my intent for the ritual (especially on sabbats). I clear my mind and deeply breath, standing before my altar (clothed after the shower, of course, no sky clad for me)
Have you ever done (or would like to do) a ritual or Sabbat sky clad (nude)?

Yes I have actually. Only one though. It was to make my special concoction of ritual bath salts and it was far too hot in my bedroom to work with the door closed but I didn't want anyone else to walk in on me, so I went skyclad to keep cool.
Ever had a moment when someone says something bad about witches and you just want to shout at them (or slap them, either way)?

yes. and i actually hit him. >.>
what would you do with a person who believed all stereotypes about witches, and disliked you because of them? (ie, green, warty, evil, old ladies, devil-worshippers, flies about on broomsticks, eats babies, etc.)

Id be sad and angry, probably, would try to enlighten them but would let them be ignorant if they chose to cling to their views.

Khaki green actually. I love going on bushwalks and camping, so this is just basic camoflage for me.
What type of incense do you prefer to use; sticks, cones or granules?

I like making herbal incense and burning it on charcoal. Other than that I like Stick. My favorite is Nag Champa for ritual or vanilla just for me.
This has probably been asked before but have you made any of your own ritual tools?

the only tools i've ever used during ritual are kitchen knives for cutting herbs up, so i'd have to say no. ^^; i do have things on my altar that i've made that aren't tools, that are present during ritual.
do you decorate your altar according to the type of ritual you're doing, or does it have the same setup all the time?

Thankfully no, both my frog and my yabbie live in different tanks. Though my frog does like to croak when I'm casting my circle.
Do you have music playing when you're doing a ritual?

@iKillCaustic: what is a yabbie? O.O
no. since i'm doing rituals alone, it distracts me. before and after are fine, just not during. ^__^ if i get to the point where i'm dancing with 20 people at midnight during ritual, then i'd hope the music is blasting pretty loud. but for now it doesn't help.
do yo uwrite your own rituals or follow someone else's pattern?

For now I use other people's, but once I get better at American Sign Language I want to start signing at least part of mine, so I would write it at that point.
Ever done ritual in another language?

do you feel it is important to "cleanse" items before you use them, including whatever you are using as an altar?

Rizu: This my yabbie before he died (sorry it's blurry, I'll find a better one later...): Depends on where the item originated from, if I made it myself, then no, I don't feel the need to. But if it's been bought, then I will usually cleanse it. Ever left a candle burning unattended by accident?
