I know some of you live in Ca and have more access o these sorts of things, but I wanted to share. Starhawk was here in OH for women's History month. She talked for an hour about the herstory of women, from pre history til today. It was very entertaining. Then we were invited outside (its very cold here) to do a Spiral Dance, and then she gave autographs. It was a beautiful experience, one I will never forget. I never thought I would be doing a Spiral Dance with Starhawk. I want to reread all of her books that I have and then read the ones I have never read. She is truly an amazing woman

So we went and fixed the fan in my laptop and all was well, right?
Then a little bit ago, my screen decided it didn't want to work anymore. Just blanked out, like it was off. Nothing I do fixes it.
I think it's getting to be about time to replace the poor thing. I mean, it's going to be 4 soon, and was cheap to begin with.

Yaaay, boyfriend came home for lunch and popped a piece off my laptop, pushed two connectors together, and the screen works again. *cheers*

DID I have fun?? Hecks ya. We went to a sci fi museum (which is in the same location as the space needle, btw the space needle sucks, I went there like four years ago and it's not even that good of a view, but they have a starbucks) we went on the underground tour of seattle and a ghost tour too. It was super fun, plus there was good shopping and a witchcraft shop. OMG we think we caught a ghost on a photo at the underground tour, i'll probably post it in the other thread.

Hmmm...proves you learn new things everyday...I didn't know that we had any witchy sorts of bands in Australia...I must investigate Spiral Dance further...
