{{I'm sorry, but I have to mention this. Minty, you are doing some SERIOUS metagame here and it needs to stop. A. You've never ever met Akio before... you don't even know he's part of Akatsuki... and also, you have no idea that Ty is the Yonbi.
...in fact, me and Aug are here to find out which Jinchuuriki he is. How do your character even come to know we were here?
What is up with Diadem just leaving? Was he mad that Auggy cited the RULES, and so decided to leave? Sai will re-enter in a second, but I have a lot to account for...gimme a sec.}}

 Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninAs the volcano's structure suddenly changed, Sai found himself quickly jumping from crumbling rock formation to the next before landing on a platform that seemed stable... watching as the Sharingan user dodged all of his attacks, just barely. "Pesky Sharingan...", Sai cursed in his mind as he somehow knew that the blades would not connect. within seconds of landing, he saw the fire coming towards him and was in the process of forming a few hand seals to activate the Water Barrier jutsu, when the fire suddenly dissipated and he was shocked to see diadem simply leave the scene, abandoning his comrade.
"How pathetic..." Sai thought to himself as he watched Akio finally join the battle. To watch someone of this man's level simply abandon his comrade was sickening, even to Sai, but at the very least it would enable then to truly achieve their goal. with little time to think, Sai suddenly found the ledge he was standing on himself begin to fall away. The height out of the volcano was too high to jump alone, so Sai performed a few hand seals, holding his hands out to his side and activating it just before it was too late. "Fuuton: Koutai Kaze" winds kicked up quickly all around Sai as he was lifted up in the air by the shifting winds which levitated him to safety within the volcano. with a few more quick hand seals, Sai performed the Kaze Shunshin to escape the volcano and re-join Akio just as Kai was arriving on the scene herself.
Sai tried to catch up on everything that was said, along with all the people who had arrived, but he was somewhat left in the dark as to who they were... though he recognized the Hoage easily amidst the crowd. "kai, what are you doing here? Where is Selene?... why are the two of you separated?"

I've seen a lot....  There was a rustle directly behind Kai before three books flew over her shoulder towards Edward. He held up his hand and caught them even as his clone shot around the girl to block her. "Losing whatever she was writing down about my village." The Hokage looked over at the new arrival. "Huh. Wouldn'a thought you were with these two when my clone reported. I guess this is why you were asking where Ty was earlier." The glow around his hand faded when he caught the books, although he did keep the Soul Shortsword active. "Now, can we keep this civil with your group leaving peacefully, or do we need to come to blows?" The blazing eyes regarded the man who seemed to be the leader of those in front of him. His hand slipped the books into a pouch with expanding seals etched into the leather, which he then brought around to where his belt buckle would be in case the girl tried recovering the books. and I'll see more even when you're gone. ((Sorry Mint, but that info looked too good to pass up. Thanks for the intel on Mist though!))

For the sake of momentary peace answer me this; is Ty the host of the Yonbi or not?" replied Akio, placing one hand on his hip, staring down the motley crew forming in front of him, the only real threats he could perceive were the Hokage and Ty, the rest seemed hardly a match.
This day is becoming increasingly troublesome, more so if we end up having to capture the Yonbi now, since we can't kill him. I might be able to smack him into a brain concussion, but the Hokage is a whole other ball game...

There was Ty, the Kage, and two other younger looking ninja, against the three Akatsuki. it had seemed that with the Sharingan user's removal, that the scene at only evened itself out. they were still fighting a strong ninja and the host, while two others stood by... and if they were weaker as he thought, one of them would easily be able to take the other two.
As he watched the scene unfold behind him as Kai lost her books, he was surprised to see that she was caught off guard so easily... though he had no idea what had occurred either. "That depends, that is, on the response to the question that was posed to the jinchuuriki. Is he or is he not the Yonbi..." Sai gave no clue as to which answer would create which effect, but it was left in the air purposefully to see how they would respond

I've seen a lot.... ((I had a clone sneak behind her and steal the books. Though I will need you to tell me what all is in the books Mint.)) Edward stared at the leader, his clone standing in front of the girl reaching out and snatching the book and tossing it over with the rest. "And you forgot one too." It said, chuckling. Edward's reply to the leader's question took him a moment to formulate. "Hmm. Now why would someone want to know if he is the Yonbi Jinchuruuki? The Yonbi could be anyone, why are you so intent on finding out if Ty is? I have already said he is a Jinchuruuki, does it matter which demon he contains?" His eyes flickered back and forth, inwardly cursing when he saw the genin. One of us will have to defend them so they don't get captured if this comes to blows. Boss? Just making plans Gantoy.and I'll see more even when you're gone. ((Sigh, there's three genin.))
