I have many projects that need to be worked on before the shop re-opens... hopefully two weeks will be enough time.
During the shop's off time I have done several edits and such, so I just haven't been taking commissions.

Sooo.. I was thinking... the last contest I held failed miserably... considering that my only applicant and winner refused to take his winnings. *glares at Vorty*
Anyway, back to the subject, I was thinking maybe it's time I held another contest... this time maybe outside the guild?
Dunno the specifics, but hey... that's the fun of bouncing ideas around.
Possibly for another logo design, maybe for artwork of my OCs?
Prizes would be around the same or I could start up a rolling contest fund in addition to the prizes I offered last time. What were they? Three avatar edits and a drawing from me?
I'll have to look that up.

That's okay...my auction was pretty bad too....only 2 bidders! crying Kinda embarrassing, but what the hell....
As for your contest - I like the "artwork for your OC's" idea, I love artwork and can never afford it. confused Only thing is, you'll probably have to offer some kind of monetary award to bait more artists.

Yep... my last contest had a monetary prize of ... oh heck.. I think it was 5k.
The total value of the prizes was probably... 12-13k.
Maybe I should ask around for some contest partners to up the prize value a bit. ninja
For some reason, I'm just itching to hold a contest of some kind. Probably wouldn't pull it together until late September, seeing as I'd have to make samples and the like for prizes and references... and I'd have to get someone's permission to put up their OC. xd
