 Akio TakamiyaAkatsuki/Special Jounin"Saaaaaaaaiiiiiiiii, hooooooneeeeeeey, I'm Hoooooooome!" called out Akio as he entered the barren Meeting Room, he looked around, and couldn't see Sai or anyone else. Sighing he sat himself down on the table, and waited, he wasn't going to go searching, not even in the base, that would just complicate things. Who knows, maybe Sai was in that room, hidden in the shadows, just messing with him? It seemed like Sai's idea of comedy.

 Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninMoving through the shadows unseen, Sai finally came into the meeting room to see Akio sitting on the meeting table, seemingly waiting for him. He considered appearing in his own chair, but remembering the awkward straddling from before, Sai figured such theatrics were unnecessary as he casually walked out of the shadows upon entering the room. Arriving from the shadows as if he was coming out from behind a curtain, Sai relased the hilt of his blade as the last remaining stringed remnants of the shadows detached from him as he walked towards Akio...
"Well then, I see you finally decided to return. Did you at the very least complete the last task I set you to? You certainly had enough time."

"My last task? Oh you mean blowing s**t up? No, not really, everyone scattered pretty quickly, so I tried to blow off one of the new Hokage's arms; didn't work out so well, but I sure gave him a shake up though. I thought if I could hamper his ability to use jutsu, I could make capturing him easier" Akio shifted uncomfortably knowing Sai wouldn't view that information favorably, but he steeled himself and continued on:
"There have been some changes since we left, very big and quick changes; including the bolstering of the Oinin force, which I would assume is lead by that Incompete-chiha"

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | Sannin"Hmmph, it's just as well. I doubt killing an innocent would have taught any of the fools in that village anything. If in fact that Uchiha is the leader of the Oinin, that's all the better for us as it proves a complete lack of judgment with the hokage, and an incredible lack of ability within the Hunter-nin group. However, we have more important things to discuss." Sai motioned that Akio take his seat as Sai moved to his own, sitting down as he slid back against the high stone back, which was surprising comfortable for how rigid it was.
"It would seem that you were never destined to meet Selene... she has apparently fallen in battle, as have the other members of the Akatsuki... Tenshi, and Death. Unfortunately, the only one to survive was Kai, who was useless enough to both tell me nothing of the circumstances of their deaths, and to leave unexpectedly. I currently have no idea where she is, but knowing her, she's probably locked up by Konoha trying to reclaim her books. I need you to track her for me, so that we can know what our next move is." Sai took a breather in between, sighing deeply as he reminisced at just how much failure the organization had suffered in such a short amount of time. Under his charge however, he resolved that it would be different.
"We have a new member as well... a runaway from Mist, a Jounin. His name is Ragna. If he proves to be as useful as it seems he is loyal to me... then we are almost back on track to being able to move again. He and I were just about to make our way to Sand in order to secure a new set of rings. As all of the rings are unaccounted for, I figured this new start would begin with increased security of our base. Selene initially ordered the rings from a not-so-reputable seller in Sand, so that is where I shall be going."

 Ragna Kamisama Akatsuki | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna made his way to the meeting room as he sighed getting there. Being new and all, made him feel kind of useless right now, but knows that he can do better in the future. "So. Our plan is to go to sand and get some new rings by this merchant. Than we discuss more about the Bijuus. Am I right?" He asked Sai. He also wish that their were more members here so that capturing the Bijuus would be easier. But who is complaining now? He walk over to an empty seat and sat in the chair quietly as he leaning over with his arms on his knees as his arms where down. "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

That'll be a piece of cake, but if she's being held somewhere I haven't been, therein lies the problem" said Akio as he slid off the table and moved round to his seat and sat cross legged in it. Akio turned his face to observe the new member, he wasn't too bad looking and if he was useless in all things shinobi-related, Akio wouldn't get something out of him anyway.
"Ragna, just what are your abilities?" questioned Akio as he reached into his holster to pull out a crystal ball and set it on the table to use shortly.

Ragna Kamisama Mist Runaway | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna look over at Akio for a second, wondering why he wanted him to know more about Ragna. Maybe it was just a meet and greet thing. But the ball rolling on the table caught his eyes as he watch. He then look back at the Akio, ready to answer him. "Well, My abiltys lie in Ninjutsu. My three elements are Fire Lighting and Earth. I don't have a weapon that has sepcial ability but I do carry a claymore on my back. I have no Taijutsu styles and i only know Two Genjutsus. All the rest i make up in Ninjutsu. I also carry on the clan of the Kamisama. I am one of the few remaining." He said as he told him mostly of what his ability lie in. He turn his head to look at the ball to see what he was going to do with it. "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

Akio TakamiyaAkatsuki/Special Jounin"So a ninjutsu specialist feather folk with a big sword, sounds greeeeaaaaaaat to me" said Akio slightly mockingly, he leaned forward and picked up the crystal ball, pouring his chakra in to use the Tomegane no Jutsu (Telescope Technique) and focused in on Kai.
"Well Ragna, with this I can find out anything I want to about you... like how you compensate below the belt with that claymore" said Akio, the first part being mostly true, the latter a lie as far as he know: he was feeling malicious from the troubles of the last mission. Turning to Sai he began to confer what he could actually see in the crystal ball.
"I don't know where Kai is, but I can tell you she's probably captured. My reasoning; she has no hands anymore"

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | Sannin"His loyalty will be his most essential aspect, as we need both dedicated and accomplished ninja alike to reach our goals. when I saw him earlier, he had an interesting chakra signature... quite unique in fact. And for his village to send three Hunter-nin after him, he must have been a dangerous shinobi to lose. He will be of great use to us, I am sure."
"As for Kai, I only need an idea of where she is... beyond that I should be able to track and find her more specifically. for her to be gone this long, she has either defected, been killed, or been captured. All of these situations call for us to find her and deal with her appropriately." Sai stopped speaking as he listened to Akio sling a few strange insults, but was surprised to hear what he said next..."Did you just say no hands?" Sai shook his head in utter disappointment... she had disappeared for merely a few days and now, she has no hands... somehow however, it didn't surprise him. "Hmmm... no clues as to where she is located though?"

Ragna Kamisama Akatsuki | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna did not know who this Kai person was. But it sounded like she was not that useful to the Akatsuki. If so, he had three options to deal with her if she is still alive and was captured. One: Find her and kill her on the spot for the safety of the Akatsuki. Two: Find her and impression her for her delay or punish her. Or three: Leave her be and let them have her. All three came to his mind, but the tired one was likely to be left out. He look over at Sai as he was thinking as well, he can tell. He was not a mind reader but it was easy to tell by the way their face looks. "So. If we do find this Kai person, what should we do with her?" He asked Sai. He look over at Akio and smirk at his insults as it meant nothing to him. He only wish to complete the missions on hand. "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

It stands to reason that they would have a lot to gain from interrogating her. There are others around her but I do not know them... further investigation is required"
Akio saw Ragna smirks and had a devious idea; "Sai, you say he's loyal, huh? When you get back from Sand, I'll probably be pretty tense from spying so long, order him to sleep with me to unwind?"
Akio paused to gauge the reaction from both of them but cut it short: "I'm kidding of course"

Ragna Kamisama Akatsuki | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna look over at Akio with a 'the-hell-is-he-thinking' kind of expression. When he herd him say the just kidding part, he took a deep breath as he was glad that he was not going to sleep with him. Being knew and all still sucks as he will be the one to get pick on, but will have to deal with it. Right now, he was waiting for Sai to answer his question. He needed to know more about this Kai person and why she was not that useful. "My loyalty is to my leader. The Chain of Command is my Power."

Konaga SaiAkatsuki Leader| Konaga Clan | SanninAkio's usual antics met Sai with the same emotionless face as he always portrayed. he watched as Ragna was weirded out by Akio's suggestion, possibly even considering that Sai would order such a thing, to which he would more then likely feel compelled to oblige. Luckily for Ragna however, Sai had no intention of making any such ridiculous order and allowed Akio to continue his spying to see what else he could learn as he answered Ragna...
"Kai has proven to be a burden to the Akatsuki more then once now. She is careless with her information, runs at the first sign of danger, is next to useless on the field of battle, and has disobeyed orders several times. Not to mention the fact that she left her partner, our former leader to fight a Jinchuuriki by herself, resulting in hr death. It should be quite obvious what her fate shall be when I find her. She can no longer serve our cause, and as such, will be cast out. I trust you understand what that means for an Akatsuki, Ragna."

Ragna Kamisama Akatsuki | Kamisama Clan | Jounin Ragna look at Sai as he listen to what he said. He now knows what it means to be in Akatsuki. Disobey order, you will be cast out or killed. He nodded his head to Sai as he will never disobey orders. He is the yes sir kind of guy when it comes to a person that has leadership. Casting out seems to soft for her. it should be death. But it was not really to voice his opinion right now. She may have a life of living hell as well, too great for death. The Reaper will come to her soon. "My loyalty is to my leader. Akio gave a big sigh, switching his attention from the crystal ball to Sai and Ragna, hiving his head a slow shake; his eyes closed so he could rest them temporarily, as scrying tired them out quickly.
"Nothing, nothing at all... there's nothing more i can see. I reckon you two should head off and play patticake with this merchant and I'll keep an eye on this, but I doubt I'll find anything by the time you're back"
