{Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} He turned his dispassionate gaze to the girl standing over him, his voice as monotonous as when they first met. "So? Why are you still prentending to like me? Everyone one else who knew about Houkou either ran away, or... Worse." He tilted his head in a mockery of curiousity, as if he was hanging on her every word, which he actually was, just in a more morbid sense of the word.  "No... He's right in front of you." {Sadistic tendencies, indeed.}

"I'm not?" Kageko answered, figuring that what Hiru had asked was supposed to be a trick question. She really did. Of course she knew that a lot of people were afraid of demons, but she figured that they only attacked jinchuuriki because they never got to know them. The eleven year old was still fairly naive in a lot of things. The girl continued, "I'm not pretending to like you. I really do. Why would I run away from a friend? I'm not sure what other people did to you, but I can guess that they didn't know you as a friend."
Despite Hiruzen's appearance, Kageko maintained her smile just as she did when they first met. She knew where Hiruzen's distrust and morbidity was coming from so how could she be afraid or shocked by it?

(OOC: She read some general info about all of them while she was studying about Kyuubi. You didn't think that the whole stack of books she locked herself up with had only to do with the nine-tails, did you?)

{Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} Almost suspicious of her, he stared her in the eye, his violet gaze boring into her for almosy half a minute, before he blinked and looked away, his cheeks flushed."I... I see." He made no movement to get up from the floor. He'd just been accepted by someone, even though they knew what everyone else had hated him for so far. Was he dreaming? Slowly, he raised a hand to his cheek, and pinched it. "Ow..." For some reason unknown to him, his started burning slightly. He chuckled to himself when he realized what was happening. Why am I crying? I'm not some helpless little kid, right?
So he started laughing. Loudly and cheerfully, while crying his eyes out at the same time. He didn't even know why anymore, but he found it all so idiotically hillairious, he couldn't helping laughing. He was relieved, he was happy, but he was sad, too, even if just a bit. He sat up, still laughing, and turned towards his friend, pausing his laughter only long enough to say, "I guess I really do need to talk to the Hokage, huh?" "No... He's right in front of you."

"Yeah," Kageko simply replied, not knowing why Hiruzen was crying nor why he was laughing, "Although, Havik did say that he wanted to talk with us later so at least one of us had better wait for him." Actually, she wasn't even sure how to answer her friend's last question. The girl turned to look out the window, which was facing away from the sun so the portion of the sky that she was looking at already seemed to be covered in the night. "If you want," she continued after a bit of thought, "You can go and see the hokage while I meet up with Havik here. I can deliver whatever message you may have for him. Although, I do have something I want to tell the Hokage as well."

"Hey Vincente," Kageko completely ignored the nonsense her brother had sputtered out in his first statement along with Hiru's acceptance of Vincente's request, "I'm not sure about the killing part, whether it's meant for me or Hiru, but I am sure about there being a whole turkey in the kitchen downstairs that you might be able to eat without anyone seeing." However, just in case her brother had some sort of prank on his mind, Kageko quickly formed a set of hand seals, keeping them hidden with her long sleeves.

{Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} After a few seconds of watching Vincente saw his way through the flooring- something that he better pay to fix- Hiruzen simply walked out of the door, picking up his shirt along the way. "Fail." Hiruzen went one story lower, and went to the room directly below Kageko's, luckily empty. He dragged the matress off of the bed and placed it under the circle he could see in the ceiling. In the off chance Kageko wouldn't simply side-step the hole, or if she pushed her brother through it for his idiocy, the person falling wouldn't land on the hardwood floor. "No... He's right in front of you." {Smell... Of glum...?}

Kageko watched as her brother sawed around her. "Umm.... Vincente nii-san," the girl asked after stepping out of the semi-circle her brother had made, "What exactly are you doing?".

Otogakure | Curse Mark of Gaia | Chunnin"Nothing special, I'm dividing the apartment of course, this place already sucks, who is to say that I can enjoy it as much as possible, this hole right here belongs to you and what's-his-face, the rest belongs to me." Vincente sheathed his sword and dared not to tap it, it was perfectly placed so touching it would obviously destroy that portion of the ceiling/floor/wall?

{Otogakure | Ninjutsu | Jinchuuriki | Genin} Having heard what Vincente said through the almost-hole above him, Hiruzen couldn't help but sweatdrop at his commander's stupidity. The circle of wood wiggled a bit, before popping off, Hiruzen's head sticking through the hole. "At least just take one room, Taichou, not both. No need to be so inconsiderate." Despite the words coming out in a polite order, his tone of voice was obviously scolding Vincente, a casuallness present in his voice that suggested that he did so regularly. "No... He's right in front of you."

While Hiruzen was scolding Vincente, Kageko had managed to substitue herself with a potted plant in the lobby and had changed their rooms, switching the undamaged one with the one that Hiruzen was in. Walking back up the stairs to the room that her friend's head was sticking out from, Kageko stuck her head in the door and called out, "Hey, Hiru-chan. Change of plans. The two of us will be rooming together in this apartment and Vincente will take the apartment upstairs. You can take this bedroom if you want, I'll take the smaller one." With that said, Kageko continued up to the room that the luggage was still in and promptly began to drag their share off while dropping Vincente's bag in front of his room.
