Description: This jutsu is the preferable approach to executing a prisoner. This jutsu uses a scroll, and requires the blood of the user and the target, as well as all but 1 chakra point of the target (given willfully by the target). The scroll has 2 spots for blood, and only the person with blood in the "user" spot will be able to use the jutsu. The user then applies chakra to the scroll, which wraps around a target and puts them in a stasis web. The user can then enter the mind of the target, and "reprogram" that person with an alternate identity. That person may have all or none of his/her original memories [reliant on the user's preference], and can have false memories implanted by the user. Once the jutsu is complete, the target will become the new identity, and will wake up 1 day after this jutsu is used as the new identity. They will still have control over all types of jutsu learned by them [unless specifically deleted by the user], and will never suspect they have been tampered with IF the user does a great job. However, there is a catch:
Every 100 posts made by the target after the jutsu is done, the user will remember a random memory from the past. [These memories will be any post other than the one where they were reprogrammed.] Each memory will be from a post made sometime before the reprogram, and will appear in the target's dreams. After 500 posts since the jutsu was used, the target will regain a memory that fills in all the blanks, and the jutsu will become undone. The target will then remember everything from the past and present identity. The general idea is that the target will either learn from their mistakes and be good after experiencing a different lifestyle, or the target can have the jutsu used over and over again on them to keep them from truly remembering the past.
Rp Sample
After a long fight at the gates with an akasuki member, the Tsuchiage and his sannin were in the ANBU base with the akasuki member. Deep under ground, the akasuki member was facing a type of trial.
"Well, you've got two choices as far as we are concerned." He pointed to a deep chasm behind the hostage, whom was seated and bound in a chair at the lip of chasm. "We can push you in there, or you can let us try a new jutsu on you. It shouldn't kill you, and when its all said and done, you're free to go." said the Kage.
The akasuki member had only joined for the power the akasuki had promised, and it appeared that that had not been enough. After a few deep moments of thought, the prisoner slowly nodded his head. "I'll do the jutsu, so long as I get to live."
The kage nodded, and guestured to the medic sannin to proceed. She went forward, and pulled a scroll from her pouch. She cut the man's bound finger, and let the blood drip on the "target" circle. She then bit her thumb, and wiped it on the "programmer" circle. "Release as much chakra as you can." Said the sannin, and the prisoner complied. He poured his chakra into the scroll, and stopped just as he was about to pass out. The sannin then stepped back, and laid the scroll on the ground. She then slapped it, and applied an S rank of chakra to the scroll. The scroll jumped into the air, and wrapped itself tightly around the prisoner. The prisoner muffled a little in surprise, and then went silent. The sannin then walked forward, and placed her hand on the scroll. She entered the man's mind, and wiped everything she could, except his base motor skills and memory of jutsu. She then spend the next several hours running through a prepared psyche, and fabricated memories of the target's past, including the learning of all the jutsu he had. Now, for all intents and purposes, he is a Rock ANBU.
She took her hand off the man, and the scroll disintegrated off of the man. She then unbound the unconscious man, and took him to the hospital to recover from the ordeal....
"Mark" awoke in a cool hospital bed, and sat up quickly. He noticed a nurse in the room, and flashes of the fight with his squad appeared in his mind. He had no remorse though, and he assumed that it was because of the ANBU training he had received. He arose from bed, and found nothing wrong with his body. Hmm, these nurses here sure are something.
He left the hospital after checking out, and reported to the Tsuchikage for instruction...

(Mark was running toward the gates, eager to kill...someone. He did not quite know whom. Mountains surrounded him, and he arrived at the break of dawn. He saw guards at the gate, but his was upon them with his assassin speed before they could react. He sliced their throats, and was about to move on right as a heavy blow hit him from the side...)
Mark awoke, and grabbed his head. He had been having such dreams for the past few months now, and they were all strangely real to him. He sat there breathing heavily, and contemplated the newest dream's meaning. Slowly, as he thought, sleepiness enveloped him, and he fell asleep again under the moonlight.

(Mark was battered, beaten, and broken. He looked up to see a strange woman tell him he could either die, or take part in an experimental jutsu. He nodded his head, and...)
Chandler ran over the previous night's dream one more time, and it all made sense. THEY USED ME! He thought to himself as he dressed in the pitch black, and exited the door. He made his way stealthily to his target, the one he had failed to kill 6 months ago...

As his opponent sped at him, with speed equal to his own, Taiji used what strength he had left to hop backwards, while nimbly weaving hand seals. With a quick, and powerful Huff, he spewed a thick screen of smoke, that covered the two of them. This was his chance, he had to either use this advantage to attempt a comeback, or try to make a run for it. Wouldn't it be steam, not smoke? Other than that, its a good jutsu.

The user places both hands on the ground and feed c rank chakra amount into it. Vines then grow up around the user encasing them in a large ball. Anyone else with their hands on the ground within 5 feet also have vines grow around them into a ball. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts and each person being healed must post their own amount. The users are unable to do anything else including talk while this happens. After 5 posts the users are fully healed, if users are missing a arm or a leg it will not regrow. Poison is not removed form the body. Users must force d rank amount of chakra into the ground after the first post for each post. Unless you are the original person preforming the jutsu u do not have to force in the first post of chakra. The user creates a being that looks like a golem that is actually stronger then steel. Being heavily infused with Wood Chakra, making it very resilient to taijutsu damage. Ninjutsu blades can penetrate this golem. The golem can shoot out wood spikes from its body, and also shoot wood bindings from its hands. The golem is also weak to fire and lightning. With each rank the golem comes in different size. D rank the golem is: 3 feet tall C rank the golem is: 4 feet tall B rank the golem is: 5 feet tall A rank the golem is: 6 feet tall S rank the golem is: 8 feet tall S+ rank the golem is: 10 feet tall The user can not learn this jutsu is the user is a puppeteer S+ rank can only be used after mastering every other mokuton jutsu. Jutsu's Element:Spiritual Chakra ( Hidden Clan Jutsu ) Description: * Oblivion ~Genin Description: Outstretching the users hand,they will start to obsorb the spiritual particals in the area. Meaning,is the user was in the forest where wild life and trees lay,the user would be able to sap and steal the life of the area into their arm in which they would apply chakra. In doing this evil move,the user's arm will become engulfed in black flames. This is all done with the user's hand open. When the clentch it,they are condensing the chakra into a thick beam of charka and gathered spiritual energy that will surround their designated arm. This makes the move more accurate. When they hit their target,the opponent will take the fist and be pushed back by it's power but that's not the true power of Oblivion. When the user re-opens their hand,they will release the condensed chakra and spiritual energy into one full blast in which the opponent will be consumed by in the animals mouth that closely impersonates the person's soul. * Nova Oblivion ~Chuunin The same aspect of as the first be provides more power;mostly because there is more suction of the spiritual energy of the area,as well as more chakra being induced. Unforunately,this move comes at a greater cost as unlike the first,the flames don't become condensed and continually eat at the flesh of the user for as long as he holds the technique. The power is also increased as instead of the opponent being incinigrated by one head,two heads will spring from the arm and devour the opponent into annhilation;hence the reason for the name of the move. * Negato Omi Oblivion ~Jounin Again,it's obtained the same way except this time the person applies fragements of their soul into it. The flames with turn white along with the color of the persons chakra as the flames won't hurt as much as pulling your soul into the technique. The user will be rendered unconcious by this move and may also need extreme medical attention. But the power of this technique will definately be admirable. Instead of the animal showing after contact is made,the image of the animal will be showing from the flames of the persons arm. If the user is truly bold,they will be able to use both arms to perform this technique but that would give them an extreme near to death experience. When the user does strike the opponent,or get close enough to perform the attack,the power and destruction of the move and level a tower easily and reduce the remains into ash. It will below the user back a considerable amount of yards back but the pain the opponent would face would be rather quick depending on almost soul was put into the move and how much chakra and spiritual energy they gained;also it would depend on how accurate the strike is. Ultima Oblivion ~Sanin This is the highest level of Oblivion recorded. It brings the user to a fatal point that if a medical ninja isn't there to help the body it is an automatic death. This time,the entire side that the users arm is own,is ungulfed in pearly white flames.(Plus the coloring of their chakra) The spiritual energy gained from this power will be reduce half of the life of the area into naught. Only few can obtain this stage,unless they have a demon/curse mark/or an release the enables them to gain this Sage-like move. This time,the animal is completely seen and roaring at the opponent from the flames. The user won't even half to get as close to the opponent,though they will need to get close enough for their animal to shred through the enemy. When struck with this move it will indefinately level the area into desinigration. Instead of like an explosion like the last few,when the opponent is struck,they will be pressed into the earth,or launched backwards while the animal will consume them and tear away at the flesh and muscle of the opponent. Ultima Negato Oblivion ~ SS The last,and final technique that Zin Naga Tojiro created. He took the clans move to the last and final level. During this move,the user will drain as much life force from the area as he/she can,and add half of their soul into the move. This,enables the user to have powers that only mortals dream of although without a medical ninja near by it's definately not something you want to user everyday nor will you even be able to. As before,the animal that resembles the persons soul will be shown and they will be shown from the chakra flames of the arm of their choosing. The entire arm and body will be engulfed in these devouring flames as before initating the strike. The force of this move,is enough to a small town with only fragments remaining when contact is made. To perfect it,Zin made it a choice of having your fist closed or palm open but the attack will vary accordingly. With it closed,it's more for an individual strike to one opponent and pushing all that inhuman power into one spot. With it opened(palm strike) the power reasonates like an explosion. Having the 'animal' devour a wide radius of area. But this specific move comes at a disasterous price. The user for one week(IN REAL LIFE) will be unable to fight,train or move much. In fact,most of the posts will be your character rehabilitating. THE SECOND WEEK,you character can train but only on techniques from Chuunin-DOWN. With great power there comes a price. Although after those two weeks,you character can be back to their lives.Rp SampleZin sighed as he rather couldn't sleep. His team mates had just finished with their first ever unified mission in transporting the Fire Country's Ambassador and fighting off any unwanted guest that decided to show up. Though his team mates slept soundlessly,Zin couldn't sleep a wink. His mind was going what seemed like a hundred miles a minute. His father had once owned the Rice Country. It is simply that a Genin of our clan can learn this move. The cloaked man,seeing that his nephew was safe from harm,and having sucked all the life force of the tree's that were close to him,he added chakra and started to manipulate the energy that he gained. Slowly,a image of a wolf would be seen emerging from his chakra flames as Zin blinked at the power,"It's......Beautiful....."The boy said softly as he felt the fear in his body yet he was trembling with excitement to see such destructive power formed. As the man raised his fist,he screamed venomously,"OBLIVION!!!!!!" He called out as his punch hit the ground,making what seemed like an earthquake that even from his distance felt strongly as the wolf showed up in the sky just over the 'target'. Once the man pushed the chakra into the ground to complete the technique,the face of the vicious chakra-flamed wolf soared down from the sky and plunged his barred fangs into the ground before exploding in power. Though the distance was claimed to be safe,Zin felt his body starting to get lifted from the sky from the force, before the snake that belonged to the cloaked man clamly wrapped around the waist of the airbourne child and calmly watched his masters power. When the dust settled and Zin blinked in astonishment to the crater made. It seemed as if he made a metor come down from space and slammed into the earth. Everything within the path seemed to be eradicated."It's........Amazing....."Zin said as he trembled from fear of the move as well as excitement of his deadly power. The man smiled to his nephew and chuckled,"And that Zin........Is only one level of Oblivion."The man said with a smirk.

Think of it this way... if Sasuke had this kinda power at those ranks... what would happen?

Panthers7 Your Rank: Genin Name of Jutsu: Katon:Rasengan(s) Rank of Jutsu: C-S+ Range of Jutsu:(only if your jutsu is like an explosion) Jutsu's Element:Katon/Fuuton Jutsu Type:Ninjutsu Description: *Though Zin can't use this move (yet) this is more for the use of the guild. ^^ Katon:Rasengan It is basically the same as the move it derived from. Except it's focus only on the users who have Katon and Fuuton elements. Using Katon Ni,San,or Shi,the user will bring flames to their hands. In which they will tap,and focus on their Fuuton chakra simentaneously and swirl the flames around. This will inturn feed the fire and control it into a raging burning spiraling sphere. Upon contact,the opponent will not only be hit with scorching flames but the wind will cut them up and open their wounds while the flames eat up the flesh. Rank CKaton: Houka Hira Rasengan To even obtain this higher ranked move,the person will have to learn the begining technique Katon:Rasengan. For this move is a step further in the path of this move. By performing Katon:Houka Hira Rasengan,all ninja know that the user will be enabled to have palms in which they can strike with. Yumi,who took this move a step further,issued Fuuton chakra into both palms to make a double Katon:Rasengan technique. Meaning,both hands will be performing the technique. This takes great charka control and training to even get to this step. The move and be used in several ways. One would be to,attack with one hand to break through a person blocking and use the other palm to follow up with a devastating attack. And the other,if the person is bold enough,is to use both arms striking at a point to double the damage in one area with flesh eating flames and slicing wind. Rank:BKaton:Goukakyuu Oodama Rasengan During this powerful move,the opponent will be in risk of being completely incenerated. By manipulating the power of Katon:Goukakyuu no Jutsu,or better known as the Powerful Fire ball technique which as been one of the Uchiha's favorite moves. The user will have to be able,first of all,to user the Katon technique without putting their fingers to their mouths to form the large Katon sphere.(The User will have to know at least 10 Katon Jutsu's.) Then instead of pushing the ball towards the opponent like usual,though the user can,they will out stretch their arm and control the technique while influencing a great amount of Fuuton chakra into the large ball. This will give the chakra ball flamed core,with wind spiraling around the outer portion of the ball. Upon contact,the opponent will be sent into utter oblivion. Instead of knocking the opponent into another solid surface and grind,shred and burn their bodies;this technique will actual envelope them into the large sphere in which the user will push the sphere away from their hand to escape any harm to themselves. As the sphere moves,the oppnent will be sliced opponent in countless areas around their bodies while the flames will devour the person. Unless they have a defense that will help,many won't survive. *Alternative Route: The person,in comparison can make an alternative route to increase accuracy of this dominative technique. Instead of pushing the sphere away once contact is made,the user has the choice to keep their hand on the sphere,making the sphere soild but still cutting up their hand,and ram the opponent into a physical surface. Once there,the user will keep the opponent pinned for a moment before the sphere will become unstable and ultimately explode. Though the opponent will gain an almost guarantee'd fatal injury do to the accuracy improvision,the user themselves will also gain tremendous damage of sever burns. Rank AKaton Tatsumaki Rasengan This move,was thought by Zin for those of the Katon genre. Though he cannot achieve that power just yet of gaining multiple elements,he could still teach it as his mind sees the success of this technique.Most,won't be able to get this far due to the training that it takes to recieve this power but it will definately prove useful in fights that need to be ended quickly or fights that have been pushed too far. Tapping near to fully of their Fuuton techniques,the user will push that chakra into one arm. It would slice up their arm severly but the opponent is in for more pain;so the sacrifce is not in vain. Soon the user will have a funnel of Futton twisting around on arm while in the other hand,the user will have the basic Katon:Rasengan prepared. This move takes extreme speed to pull off,especially since one need to hit and move away so they aren't caught up in the blast. In which,once the attack hits,the user will first hit the opponent with the spiraling arm and pushing the spirals onto the opponent while quickly pushing the Katon:Rasengan into the mix. During this,the opponent will be caught in a vertical tornado or horizonal tornado(depending on the wall the strike is made). But the real zinger of this move,is while they are begin spun around in the slicing blades of Fuuton,the Katon:Rasengan ball will slowly be moving towards opponent. In which,once contact is made,it will explode in a fiery blast. Rank SKaton Siro:Rasengan The fabled white Rasengan. Unlike the others it has nothing to do with Fuuton,but it does bring out the power of Katon to it's truest glory. Sacrificing one's entire arm,the user will gain the white flamed glory within Rasengan. When struck,the opponent will be burned by white flames and engulfed in it's beautiful glory. Unforunately,the use of this technique does disable the users arm for one week.(IN REAL LIFE TIME!) Training Methods The training for this is extremely difficult. It is unlike the way of learning the normal Rasengan but as said before. The pain will be worth it in the end. The next thing you would need to do is actually learn it from Zin Naga.Though he isn't of the element that is required,he visually sees the success of this technique. As he is the creator of his powerful technique. Katon:Rasengan Training MethodsRequired:Must be a Chuunin ~5 Posts of the user holding hot coils. This is to gain resistence to the heat in your palm and the pain it inflicts. ~5 posts of holding the hot coils in ones hand,and levitating it into their palm using Fuuton. ~5 posts to having them actually levitating the coil completely and raising the flames out of the coil and making the flame 'dance' into a sphere. ~5 Posts to them actually learning the Jutsu Katon:Houka Hira RasenganRequired:Must be a Chuunin +/Or an ability to make perform it. ~Must be able to perform Houka Hira no Jutsu. ~5 Posts of the user tapping into their Fuuton abilities and manipulating the flames. ~6 posts of the user actually performing the technique itself. Jutsu's Element:Spiritual Chakra ( Hidden Clan Jutsu ) Description: * Oblivion ~Chuunin Description: Outstretching the users hand,they will start to obsorb the spiritual particals in the area. Meaning,is the user was in the forest where wild life and trees lay,the user would be able to sap and steal the life of the area into their arm in which they would apply chakra. In doing this evil move,the user's arm will become engulfed in black flames. This is all done with the user's hand open. When the clentch it,they are condensing the chakra into a thick beam of charka and gathered spiritual energy that will surround their designated arm. This makes the move more accurate. When they hit their target,the opponent will take the fist and be pushed back by it's power but that's not the true power of Oblivion. When the user re-opens their hand,they will release the condensed chakra and spiritual energy into one full blast in which the opponent will be consumed by in the animals mouth that closely impersonates the person's soul. * Nova Oblivion ~Chuunin+ The same aspect of as the first be provides more power;mostly because there is more suction of the spiritual energy of the area,as well as more chakra being induced. Unforunately,this move comes at a greater cost as unlike the first,the flames don't become condensed and continually eat at the flesh of the user for as long as he holds the technique. The power is also increased as instead of the opponent being incinigrated by one head,two heads will spring from the arm and devour the opponent into annhilation;hence the reason for the name of the move. * Negato Omi Oblivion ~Jounin+ Again,it's obtained the same way except this time the person applies fragements of their soul into it. (5%) The flames with turn white along with the color of the persons chakra as the flames won't hurt as much as pulling your soul into the technique. The user will be rendered unconcious by this move and may also need extreme medical attention. But the power of this technique will definately be admirable. Instead of the animal showing after contact is made,the image of the animal will be showing from the flames of the persons arm. If the user is truly bold,they will be able to use both arms to perform this technique but that would give them an extreme near to death experience. When the user does strike the opponent,or get close enough to perform the attack,the power and destruction of the move and level a tower easily and reduce the remains into ash. It will blow the user back a considerable amount of yards back but the pain the opponent would face would be rather quick depending on almost soul was put into the move and how much chakra and spiritual energy they gained;also it would depend on how accurate the strike is. Ultima Oblivion ~Sanin This is the highest level of Oblivion recorded. It brings the user to a fatal point that if a medical ninja isn't there to help the body it is an automatic death. This time,the entire side that the users arm is own,is ungulfed in pearly white flames.(Plus the coloring of their chakra) The spiritual energy gained from this power will be reduce half of the life of the area into naught. Only few can obtain this stage,unless they have a demon/curse mark/or an release the enables them to gain this Sage-like move. This time,the animal is completely seen and roaring at the opponent from the flames. The user won't even half to get as close to the opponent,though they will need to get close enough for their animal to shred through the enemy. When struck with this move it will indefinately level the area into desinigration. Instead of like an explosion like the last few,when the opponent is struck,they will be pressed into the earth,or launched backwards while the animal will consume them and tear away at the flesh and muscle of the opponent. Ultima Negato Oblivion ~ SS The last,and final technique that Zin Naga Tojiro created. He took the clans move to the last and final level. During this move,the user will drain as much life force from the area as he/she can,and add half of their soul into the move. This,enables the user to have powers that only mortals dream of although without a medical ninja near by it's definately not something you want to user everyday nor will you even be able to. As before,the animal that resembles the persons soul will be shown and they will be shown from the chakra flames of the arm of their choosing. The entire arm and body will be engulfed in these devouring flames as before initating the strike. The force of this move,is enough to a small town with only fragments remaining when contact is made. To perfect it,Zin made it a choice of having your fist closed or palm open but the attack will vary accordingly. With it closed,it's more for an individual strike to one opponent and pushing all that inhuman power into one spot. With it opened(palm strike) the power reasonates like an explosion. Having the 'animal' devour a wide radius of area. But this specific move comes at a disasterous price. The user for one week(IN REAL LIFE) will be unable to fight,train or move much. In fact,most of the posts will be your character rehabilitating. THE SECOND WEEK,you character can train but only on techniques from Chuunin-DOWN. With great power there comes a price. Although after those two weeks,you character can be back to their lives.*Extra Notes: The user,during the gathering of spiritual energy,cannot gather that of big substance. Meaning,large animals,humans,and those of the like are impervious to the gathering of the energy. But small trees,animals,and the like will be relieved of their spiritual energy from these attacks. Slowly,a image of a wolf would be seen emerging from his chakra flames as Zin blinked at the power,"It's......Beautiful....."The boy said softly as he felt the fear in his body yet he was trembling with excitement to see such destructive power formed. As the man raised his fist,he screamed venomously,"OBLIVION!!!!!!" He called out as his punch hit the ground,making what seemed like an earthquake that even from his distance felt strongly as the wolf showed up in the sky just over the 'target'. Once the man pushed the chakra into the ground to complete the technique,the face of the vicious chakra-flamed wolf soared down from the sky and plunged his barred fangs into the ground before exploding in power. Though the distance was claimed to be safe,Zin felt his body starting to get lifted from the sky from the force, before the snake that belonged to the cloaked man clamly wrapped around the waist of the airbourne child and calmly watched his masters power. When the dust settled and Zin blinked in astonishment to the crater made. It seemed as if he made a metor come down from space and slammed into the earth. Everything within the path seemed to be eradicated."It's........Amazing....."Zin said as he trembled from fear of the move as well as excitement of his deadly power. The man smiled to his nephew and chuckled,"And that Zin........Is only one level of Oblivion."The man said with a smirk.

Rank CKaton: Houka Hira Rasengan To even obtain this higher ranked move,the person will have to learn the begining technique Katon:Rasengan. For this move is a step further in the path of this move. By performing Katon:Houka Hira Rasengan,all ninja know that the user will be enabled to have palms in which they can strike with. Yumi,who took this move a step further,issued Fuuton chakra into both palms to make a double Katon:Rasengan technique. Meaning,both hands will be performing the technique. This takes great charka control and training to even get to this step. The move and be used in several ways. It took Naruto weeks to create the Fuuton: Rasengan and Fuuton: Rasenshuriken, which is an S rank technique, and that was with the help of tens of thousands of clones, and that was just ONE element! I'm not even gonna go into the higher ranked ones, this needs to be SERIOUSLY powered down,

This is to gain resistence to the heat in your palm and the pain it inflicts. ~5 posts of holding the hot coils in ones hand,and levitating it into their palm using Fuuton. ~5 posts to having them actually levitating the coil completely and raising the flames out of the coil and making the flame 'dance' into a sphere. ~5 Posts to them actually learning the Jutsu Katon:Houka Hira RasenganRequired:Must be a Sannin+/Or an ability to make perform it. ~Must be able to perform Houka Hira no Jutsu. ~5 Posts of the user tapping into their Fuuton abilities and manipulating the flames. ~6 posts of the user actually performing the technique itself. Rp SampleZin,haven finally become a Jounin,had become much stronger over the years. Whether it be through his training,or through his bloodline,Zin's abilities have grown tremendously each year. During one mission,Zin had taken the body of a Katon user,and manipulated the power into his own to where he could use the Katon element along with his Doton,and Fuuton. After having the Katon element more accustomed to his body,Zin started to look through the ANBU archives in all the jutsu's created from past ninja's in Konoha;mostly to get more information on his late father. But,Zin while going throughout the archieves noticed one move in particular. The Rasengan. The move was utilized by Naruto Uzamaki and he manipulated the wind natured technique multiple times. As Zin thought through it,he wondered if you could possibly turn a main element ultimate attack into a dual ultimate attack. As he thought about it he could only think of one element that he had in his stock,that would best manipulate the Rasengan. Going by the thinking that wind feeds the flames in which would be dangerous if they control the flames and ferment it to get stronger. First,took Zin learning how to do the technique to begin with. First,Zin would think about what Katon jutsu's he could have that would flow with his wind natured chakra. Then it hit him. Using Katon Ni,Shi,or San and then making his Fuuton technique swirl in a sprial until he could make a complete sphere,then Zin could make it with success. But first....he needed to try it one someone. Zin,look over to his ANBU partner,that was looking over new technology for Matsuya. Smirking and hissing softly to Nagi,Zin stood up and spoke softly while raising out his hand and activating Katon:Ni while simentaneously fusing his Fuuton chakra into his right hand to dance with his Fuuton,"Hey....Saito......Remeber that day...that I told you to kill that family and you said they were harmless farmers. Then....."Zin narrowed his eyes,"They were famous arsonist that burned down weaker villages and pillaged their money?"He said softly as he saw Saito stop typing and activated Katon:Shi. The flames in his palm,first,started to make a horizontal spin,until his Fuuton chakra started to flow strong enough that a flaming ring spang fiercely in Zin's palm. Saito looked down and nodded,"I.....I thought they were good. They were an old couple and two children. The children were only ten Zin-san......And the elderly couple was so feeble looking...It wouldn't be right."Saito narrowed his eyes and looked lightly back,seeing the side of Zin that wasn't activating his new technique but he did notice the Nagi slithering in a predatory manner but he knew Zin wouldn't dare attack his partner. Especially after he was placed in the insane asylum when he was only elven. He definately wouldn't be that stupid would he? "Plus....We have no reason to kill them. Yes they were in the enemy village but killing them would be murder. Plus....you got them in the end didn't you. So it doesn't matter."Saito said with a bit of a disgusted 'tch' to Zin,as if seeing something that appalled him. Smirking and licking with his lengthy serpant tounge slowly across his lips Zin hissed,"Ah yes.....They did die in pain. It was actually quite fun. You see......I'm like a psychologist of Death. I knew them better than the family knew them."Zin said as he walked closer as he noticed Saito feeling uncomfortable and lightly moving for his kunai,"When the person is closest to their death....They show their 'true' selves. So funny.....how the mind works....right....Saito-san?"Zin said as he activated Katon:San,and formed the last Katon jutsu that he knew and pushed hard with his Fuuton chakra to make the flames dance and spiral into his hand,while keeping his body angled so that Saito's eyes would only see Zin's left side.When he felt the power....just feeling right. Like he was holding a burning ball in his hand Zin grinned despite the flames that cooked his flesh and the Fuuton that cut his hands while the flames singed them,"Wanna know what they said?"Zin added with a dark grind as he saw Saito's neck twitch and knew he was about to strike. His partner was so predictable. His anger made his moves easy to recognize as he tensed up;in which when he tensed his body would show which what he'd strike even if his speed lightly made up for it. The instant Saito spung around in his chair to hit Zin with the kunai,Zin stepped forward one last time and angled his body like one would do a punch but with his Katon:Rasengan in his hand. From the distance,Saito had the advantage,even if he swiveled in the chair a little slowly because he was far from arm reach of Zin and his kunai was a projectile. But,Saito forgot Zin's abiltiy that he didn't use too much. His soft body manipulation that the Naga Clan held. In which made his arm extended and thrusted the Katon into Saito's face making him get knocked back and slamming him into the wall head first. The flames of Zin's Katon,and the Fuuton that made large gashes upon his face only for the Katon flames to rip it up. But Zin smiled as the move dispersed,"Mmmmm,it needs more work....."Zin said with a sigh as he retracted his arm and looked at it. Saito looked at Zin in horror as his face looked like it was put into a paper shredder,yet his skin was peeled and curved back from the flames. He was about to scream before Zin snapped his fingers and Saito looked to the side as he heard as venomous hiss. His face remorsely turned to the left to see that Nagi had went around the back of his desk and was waiting in the shadows for him."Ain't this some sh-"He barely finished the sentence before the boa sized Nagi launched at him with the speed of a cobra and swallowed his face whole. Strong,crocodile jaws slammed down on his neck and breaking it instantly as Zin walked back to tend to his hand,"They really need to send me more durable partners."Zin said softly as he picked up his milkshake and exited to the ANBU medical office while Nagi cleaned up.

Zin, If the regular Rasengan is S ranked, how would a rasengan combined with TWO ELEMENTS (Which I think might be illegal) be C rank?!?

Zin what Gengar is saying is pretty much this:
A normal non-elemental Rasengan is A ranked.
A Wind Elemental + Rasengan is, in actuality, an S rank jutsu.
Rasenshruiken, a fully elementally infused Rasengan is pretty much an S+ Kinjutsu of massive proportions.
Infusing Two Elements...Well only something with infinite Chakra and Chakra Control of the highest caliber could accomplish...Which isn't humanly possible without a Bloodline that lets you fuse two elements and a high ranking Bijuu.
Sorry bro, it waaay to over powered. Stick to one element mabye?

(( I'm powering it down for a reason >.> So I don't get the it's too OP'd thing >< If you look at my edits,it goes from A-rank,to a SSS rank >.< If that isn't high enough I don't know what is. SO.....I want it powered down so it can be Accepted and not known as godly powerful. Had that for a reassssonnn.))
