For a Wolf who prided himself on being rather quick, he felt as sharp as a marble as everyone hurried off to go into the Main Foyer. He gripped the note in his claws, holding it in 2 claws rather disdainfully. After reading it several times, he shrugged. However, by the time he had finished, he realized he wasn't sure where the Foyer was. Nor did he know where anyone had went. At least being a Wolf came with as many useful advantages as social curses. Leaning his head back, standing straight to his full height, he took in a deep breath. He immediately singled out Shadowpaw's scent, and began to follow it.
As he entered the building, he was astounded at the temperature. It was so incredibly cool to him, yet warm outside. How was this possible? He allowed the thought to consume his mind as his body followed the scent, instincts aware, mind gone. Before he knew it, he was standing in the Main Foyer. He suddenly felt very uncomfortable with being in such an open, environment. He quickly shifted into his Wolf form, and padded over to rest a few feet away from Shadowpaw. She was a Wolf; she was a Loner. He already, regretfully, had an amount of trust in her. He did, however, hardly know her; so he made sure to give her plenty of space.
He couldn't help but tilt his head as she began poking fingers in the air, and speaking the name's of various small pests and rodents. As she continued, getting drawn further into it, his head tilted further and further. His eyes showed complete interest, much like that of a child seeing a new toy, or an elderly person seeing some new, high tech device. It was one of pure bewilderment, interest, and a hint of 'Are you sane...?' He didn't dare disturb her, however, as it may have... Undesirable results. Whether it be hers, or his, would not be specified.

As Shadowpaw finished she quietly thanked the little spirits for coming to her call and shooed them way. Now having her calm surround her, she opened her eyes to see the dark blue gray form of Garbhan's wolf. She smiled at the look of confused wonder, "I take it that's the first time you seen someone call out to the spirits, hu? Did you see the lights?"
She looked around the entry way at the others who also waited for their mission to start. She couldn't help but wickedly grin at the thought of what this mission was to entail. Knowing that this is a school for assassins she knew that she would have a somewhat easy time keeping up with the others in her group. Living with the pack and by herself made sure she had the skills to kill unseen and get away if things went wrong.

Guiseppi had watched the lights converge around Shadowpaw boredly. It wasn't something he was used to, necessarily, but it wasn't unusual, either. Perhaps he shouldn't have thought it so normal--however, when one is surrounded by unusual things, it begins to become normal.
He didn't speak, though; he was concentrating on getting his mind back into a mission's set. He hadn't been back long, so it would be easier than normal. He breathed in and out slowly, concentrating on sharpening his mind. He didn't close his eyes. He didn't sit down. He wasn't meditating, simply concentrating.

Shadowpaw smiled and called out to a playful little spirit and let it zip in between her fingers. She quietly watched the others mill about, she looked to Garbhan and smiled.
((Wow, the school kinda died didn't it xp Hopefully things pick up soon.))

He walked out and promptly made his way to his room. Standing in front of the door, he looked around for any other student, trying to catch anyone in the act of watching for any clever traps. He had a bit of skill with both traps and picks, but mostly he just needed a couple paper clips for most of his abilities. Pulling one already modified out of a hip pocket, he slid it around inside of the keyhole, feeling for the usual pins, even feeling out the usual mushroom head that was standard in locks these days and cleared out the small piece of metal someone had jammed in to keep it tripped at all times. Checking the door jam with a straight paper clip, he felt satisfied enough. He opened the door and dropped the half vest half belt he wore with all the alchemical things he possessed. Relaxing on the bed once he had secured the door, he took a short nap.

((Right, sorry for the hiatus guys. Thing's've been crazy at work and I honestly wanted the other people on the note to show up for this. But it seems they either gave up on this RP or are too busy. SO! We move onwards!))
Hsaaith had already made it down to the foyer before any of the other students had even stepped foot inside the threshold. He made it a practice to observe his students before he began to work with them, no matter who they were. Currently he was perched on the ceiling, still cloaked fully, looking down at each of the students in turn. One of the students in particular seemed rather interesting to him. Shadowpaw was currently playing with some animal spirits that she had summoned to her. It was interesting to watch, how a being of her power used it so lightly. Hsaaith had read the dossiers on all of the students, and Guiseppi was in his 3rd period class last year. He remembered that he hadn't done so well during classes, but that he had potential to at least be a good burglar if he put his mind to it. The others seemed standard enough: a couple of kids ready to test their mettle out in the real world. None of them having a full idea of what could happen, more than likely far too sure of themselves. He had seen it thousands of times over the years, it was just what happened to kids at that age. What made or broke an individual was how they handled their first real mission. That, and how they first handled their instructor for the first time.
It was then that Hsaaith decided to 'introduce' himself to the new students. It was a classic trick of his, but it was a great way to get a first impression of his students. He silently creeped down from the ceiling until he was kneeling right next to Shadowpaw. Slowly he allowed his eyes, just his eyes, to reappear and give off the normal life signs eyes would. To anyone's knowledge, a pair of yellow, floating eyes would have suddenly appeared next to Shadowpaw. All Hsaaith had to do know was judge the new student's reactions to this.
New students were such fun sometimes.

((Yeah, Guiseppi tends to wear loafers that can be heard by their clicking. He's not unobtrusive, really.))
Guiseppi smirked in amusement, having seen this trick before. It was Hsaaith's normal self-introduction, and after his initial shock a year or so previously (he did not keep a particularly accurate track), he found it amusing. It was very interesting to watch when you knew what was happening.

((Seeing how you didn't say weather or not your giving off a smell I will just react how she would if a nonsmelly lizard creeped up on her.))
Shadowpaw felt the air move beside her, but being unable to smell whatever caused the air flow startled her. The spirit as well was spooked and flitted away, causing her to roll away from the spot she sat. Coming up in a crouch a foot away, she spotted a pair of yellow lizard eyes. Growling softly she looked into the eyes not giving away her emotions as best she could.

Uriyu's ear twitched as his extra sensative hearing picked up the small usually inaudible fall of a stone. His hand moved slowly to his sword while the other held the dagger at the ready for defense purposes. The tie for his blindfold was positioned directly beside his sword for emergency circumstances. He heard Shadow paw also reacting to something meaning it was closer to her. However since Guissepe wasn't moving it was either harmless or he was completely clueless as to what was going on.

Her legs moved fluidly, almost naught a sound resonating from the small black heels on her petite feet. Her large, porcelain doll-like eyes scanned the...castle? No, she was pretty sure that this was the right place. Her throat felt dry; she hadn't had a good drink in a while. She hadn't really brought anything along with her. It was just her, her dress, and...the wind, really. Siobhan held back an exhale of breath, stepping into the front hall of the school. From there, she took in a whiff of the air. She snarled, her eyes flashing crimson. Other creatures, especially werewolves. She was the only vampire? It might not end well.
Siobhan bit back the urge to bark out an order, and instead started for the Main Foyer. That was where all of the smells came from. She twisted her head, worriedly, and her snarl suddenly got lower, but much more heavy. Wolves, wolves everywhere! She shook her head, and held her breath, stepping inside. She looked like a complete doll; one that walked and talked and ate. Not a creature that looked suited for assassination.

Guiseppi looked over at Siobhan when she entered the hall; he may not be so great at stealth or athletics himself, but he thought himself to be relatively talented at knowing when someone entered a room, whether they made a sound or not. He lifted an eyebrow at her. Like him, she didn't look the type to be here--however, unlike him, she also didn't look the type to possibly be involved with crime rings. Guiseppi could admit that his clothes sometimes would imply such things (like now, for instance, if one cared to think for more than two seconds).
He wondered what she was doing here.

((I'm sorry guys. I honestly don't have a good excuse for letting my post go for so long this time. Eylios kinda whisked me away to MFHS with a small plot bunny of hers, and I devoted all my time and inspiration into making that plot snowball unbelievably. I'm also sorry to say that I won't be able to post for the next few days since I will be traveling back home for the weekend. I promise to keep up with this thread, but I've other threads I've been neglecting as well, so please bear with me.))
Hsaaith chuckled lowly to himself at the sight of Shadowpaw jumping back in surprise at the sight of his floating eyeballs. Her reaction pleased him. She wasn't scared or high strung, merely quick to react. That was a good trait, one he hoped that Shadowpaw would be willing to train into a deadly skill. As for Uriyu, Hsaaith was glad that he picked up on the rock falling near him and was now ready to read his surroundings, ready to attack whatever enemy might have just made itself visible. And Guiseppi was just as he always had been, still dressing sharply and going with the flow of the moment. If ONLY he would stop wearing those designer shoes, he might have actually passed Hsaaith's class last year.
But all that didn't matter now because Hsaaith was now allowing himself to become visible once again. As his form became visible it was becoming more apparent that Hsaaith was now leaning against the stone walls, his arms crossed in front of his chest. His smile was wide and teeth sharp as he addressed his new wards for the mission politely. "Good morning. My name Hssssaaithhh. You new sssstudentsss. Missssssion issss for completing. Knowledge be here. Read, undersssstand. We leave 15 minutesss."
It was then that Hsaaith threw down a folder that contained the student version of the mission briefing that he himself received earlier. It was far thinner than his, and held only information that the students were allowed to know. Missions were designed to test the students not only as individuals, but as a team unit as well. And giving them limited information was one of the easiest ways to test their skills.
The pamphlet read as thus:
Students,
Your mission is to infiltrate a drug den in northern Prague. You must kill the leader of the drug ring and liberate any valuables you find within the complex. You have 2 days to complete this assignment from the time you step foot in Prague. Once completed, you will IMMEDIATELY return to school grounds.
Your reward for completing this mission is one request from the school. Should you manage to gather useful intelligence in locating higher members of the cartel, you will be granted an additional request.
